A cozinha estava muito suja na chegada, o que arruinou minha intenção de tomar café da manhã e jantar em casa (-Eu estava na mercearia) 5. AC sopra um ar malcheiroso em pelo menos dois dos apartamentos (cheirava um pouco a xixi de gato); dito para a geladeira; 6. O ar-condicionado estava muito sujo e provavelmente nunca tinha sido limpo, pois havia uma grande pilha de poeira nele (-realmente groce) 7. Havia uma grande barata negra nojenta na minha cama (na primeira noite). Meu marido pegou e mostramos ao gerente. Ela teve a gentileza de nos dar outro apartamento, mas foi um grande amortecedor nos meus primeiros três dias (porque eu estava com medo de que outra barata pudesse pular na minha cama a qualquer momento). 8. Conclusão: Fiquei muito decepcionado, pois o apartamento é muito bonito. É uma pena que a limpeza não seja adequada. Eu posso superar a barata, mas não posso superar a falta de higiene.

Está convenientemente ubicado y cerca de todo lo que necesitábamos.La suite de dos dormitorios era moderna, espaciosa y muy cómoda. Internet fue rápido y me permitió trabajar y recibir llamadas de Zoom sin problemas. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada con electrodomésticos Viking. La lavandería tenía grandes lavadoras y secadoras LG y la piscina era genial.Pero lo mejor de este lugar es el personal. El personal de la recepción suele estar formado por hombres físicamente imponentes, pero muy agradables, serviciales y amables. Discutían regularmente sobre cuál sonreía más mi bebé y se apresuraban a ofrecer ayuda en todos los sentidos. My family stayed here for a month while we were moving. This is simply an awesome facility and our family was sad to leave. It is conveniently located and close to everything we needed.
The 2 bedroom suite was modern, spacious and very comfortable. The internet was fast and allowed me to work and take Zoom calls without issue. The kitchen was nicely equipped with Viking appliances. The laundry room had nice big LG washers and dryers and the pool was great.
But the best thing about this place is the staff. The front desk is usually staffed by men that are physically imposing but are so nice, helpful and gentle. They would argue regularly about which one my baby smiled at the most and were quick to offer help in every way. The rest of the staff was just as helpful and kind.
If you have the opportunity to stay here, you won't regret it. We hope to have the chance to go back.

Simply outstanding. Just finished a month’s vacation there. Can not wait to go back there soon. Beautiful modern rooms with lots of space. Excellent cleaning and fully functional apartments with high speed internet and satellite television. The staff was beyond friendly and professional and the location was great. This place is so convenient and the staff is extremely helpful. We are here for several months andit is so very easy. The apartments are so nice and set up brilliantly in their simplicity. I can’t recommend this residence enough. The tv is also very good as well.

Estuvimos las pasadas navidad toda mi familia y yo en New York y nos hospedamos en este hotel/apartamento. El trato y amabilidad de los trabajadores fue increíble. Las habitaciones enormes, nuevas, limpias, cuidadas. Destacar las vistas, el lobby bar muy bueno también, tiene sala de cine. Hasta el jabón y el champú eran de Bulgari, volvería sin duda en mi próxima visita a NY.

1. great staff: friendly and helpful; 2. very comfy room with a wonderful bed (loved the tv); great sheets 3. beautifully decorated apartment overall; 4. Kitchen was very dirty at arrival, which ruined my intention to have breakfast & dinner at home (-I was groced out) 5. AC blows bad smelling air in at least two of the apartments(-smelled a bit like cat pee); dito for the refrigerator; 6. The AC was very dirty and had probably never been cleaned as there was a big pile of dust on it (-really groce) 7. There was a big black nasty cockroach in my bed (the first night). My husband caught it and we showed it to the manager. She was kind enough to give us another apartment, but it was a big damper on my first three days (-because I was scared that another cockroach might jump on my bed at any given moment). 8. Conclusion: I was very disappointed, because the apartment is very beautiful. It’s a real shame that cleanliness is not on point. I can get over the cockroach, but I can’t get over the lack of hygiene.
