Nice room but the people in the room above had a kid running back and forth for hours. The room next to us had a dog that was barking for about 20 min. Front desk said they could do nothing about the kid running. Not a very pleasant stay unfortunately 😕

10/10! I’m a very picky hotel stayer and I rarely feel relaxed and comfortable in a hotel especially with kids. I typically miss my own home while away, feel cramped and messy due to lack of space and storage, and by our last day I’m usually ready to book it back home. But not this time — I did not want to leave the AKA White House! With a baby and a toddler, the spacious room, two bathrooms, full kitchen, and on site parking made for a marvelous stay. The beautiful design and warm toned, dimmable lighting made for the perfect place to unwind after a long day sightseeing. The in suite washer/ dryer and kitchen were so convenient for the laundry and bottles that come along with babies. The “pros” of this hotel are endless: There was plenty of spacious storage (the hallway closet alone even fit our entire stroller and all of our extra diapers and luggage!) The bathtubs are deep and spacious. The water pressure is excellent for a hotel. The TVs have plenty of features and apps. The cups and cutlery were sparkling clean. The floors were spotless. The lobby is gorgeous. The location is unbeatable. I cannot say enough wonderful things! We will 110% be back every time we’re in DC!

You're pretty much getting a one bedroom apartment for the cost of a hotel room. You also get access to the gym and an in house movie theatre which is small, but a cool feature. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I fell in a trap of reserving and paying in advance without a reimbursement in Covid times and couldn’t travel. They didn’t return me the money and didn’t provide me an offer to postpone. Booking.com failed me too. Be careful with this trap if you have to make a reservation! I didn’t have the chance to even see, if the quality they profess is really the best. As a client I am super disappointed 😔

Wow. Just WOW. My husband & I stayed here for 11 nights while I was recovering from from surgery. These people went above & beyond accommodating us! The accommodations were clean & perfect! The location was excellent! The price was unbeatable! We will return.
