Muito acessível. Limpar. Ótima localização. Quarto minúsculo, que ainda é perfeito para o que eu preciso. É um prédio antigo, mas pelo preço é ótimo. Os elevadores são um pouco lentos.

Hotel incrível! A vista é excelente, o serviço muito organizado e o bar no terraço é maravilhoso. O restaurante é ótimo e o serviço de café também muito bom. Os quartos são limpos e agradáveis com paredes de vidro com vista para a cidade. A localização também é muito boa, dá pra ir andando até o Empire State, a quinta avenida, a Broadway, o Central Park... A localização é realmente muito boa. Adorei a minha experiência neste hotel.

Schitterend hotel, goede locatie en bereikbaar met zowel taxi als metro. 5 minuten lopen naar metrostation waar je lijn 4 rechtstreeks naar Grand Central Terminal kunt nemen.Het hotel is op 15 minuten loopafstand van Times Square, elke avond bij metrostation Times Square uitstappen en s'avonds over Broadway teruglopen naar het hotel.Mooie nette kamers, goed verzorgd, vriendelijke personeel. Het dakterras is leuk, mét glazen vloer, je kijkt door de vloer op het voorbijgaande verkeer van West 31 street.

I really wanted to like this place. Don’t get me wrong the views are absolutely amazing and the staff was nice. I just thought a few things fell short, especially for the price. Check in time is at 3pm. We showed up and the room wasn’t ready and they weren’t able to tell me when. I asked if it would be about an hour and they just kind of gave me a vague answer and told me they would call me when it was available. I was slightly annoyed, but took it in stride and walked around the neighborhood. About an hour later and still no phone call I checked back at the front desk. I was told our room was ready. Why didn’t they call like they said they would? Who knows. I didn’t ask, I just wanted to get up to the room. We arrive in our room on 23 floor. Like I said amazing views. Floor to ceiling windows, unfortunately there were hand prints all over the windows, which was a disappointment. The black out shades were broken and couldn’t be pulled down. The sheets had stains on them, and lastly the pillows were literally as thin as a pancake. Like no joke you could drape the pillow over your arm like they were deflated. The second floor lounge was a nice place to chill and very spacious. There is a roof top bar, but unfortunately it was closed due to the weather. And there’s tons of delicious Korean food in the neighborhood which is great of you’re into that. All in all a pretty good experience, just felt some things fell short.

Time and time again this place never fails to make me feel like the warmest guest in the city. Miguel and his team are top notch and I couldn’t see myself staying at another property while visiting NY. Be sure to ask for a corner city room (glass corner) and or the Empire State Building view is sick! Cheers to the Arlo NoMad team, see you all very shortly once again.

Room is small. Air conditioners are also super loud through the night and continue to pump air despite being on auto (they don’t shut off when they reach temperature to at least provide you with some quiet). Bathroom is wonky but the oddest aspect is that the shower still has a shower curtain - mine smelled like mildew. Bed is comfortable but average - and the carpets could use an upgrade - you notice the dirt specifically when the room is so tiny. Lighting is surprisingly good - and the views are nice but they don’t quite make up for the other stuff. Staff also has been really nice. They did upgrade me and they helped me to switch my room after I complained some of the stuff above. And they transferred my luggage to the new room. All in - small rooms with high turnover rates and lots of usage, nice staff, good location, a fun bar on the roof - its a bit of a toss up but comfortable and cheap for the price.

This hotel NEVER fails! My boyfriend and I stayed here a while back for his birthday. Since then every month we’ve stayed in the city and non of the hotels can compare. We just returned for our anniversary and the service we received was amazing. So friendly and detail oriented just so they could make a strangers anniversary special. It is beyond clean and comfortable, with a view you will never be able to forget. This is surely our home away from home.

Had a wonderful experience! Booked last minute and was easily accommodated by the staff on the phone and in person. Smaller room, but functional and pretty. Great location, good vibes, and an amazing rooftop open to guests during the day. Will definitely be back soon.

We had a really nice experience here. The room was clean and nice (shower head fantastic! Shower door weird but oh well). Our view was lovely, and the access to the top of the building made it even better. We got great pictures, and walking on the glass bottom balcony was a total trip! Loved the location too. I'd recommend this spot to anyone. The rooms are small, but if you aren't ok with that you probably shouldn't be staying in Midtown.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Arlo for the first time this past weekend. The lobby is small but very welcoming and the front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating as well. They told us about the rooftop and made us feel right at home. The rooftop was full on Saturday night which is expected so we weren't able to see it. However, our room was aesthetically pleasing, clean and small. Even though we had a small room, it was fine since we only stayed one night. The bed was very comfy and the shower was great too. We didn't discover the mini fridge and safe until the morning so make sure to open all the cabinets! We loved the easy check out too. Our favorite part was the collage wall by the elevators. It shows little notes/pictures from the people that stayed at Arlo and where they are from! It's the little things like this that made our stay at Arlo :) We would definitely return!

Increíble experiencia! Hotel Impecable en una ubicación espectacular. El restaurant Lamalo es increíble el ambiente y la comida. El rooftop tiene una vista panorámica de NYC y las habitaciones perfectas para lo que uno necesita. Nos quedamos en el piso 26 y teníamos j a vista de otro nivel. El único punto bajo fue que en el checkout, al revisar la cuenta, me percaté que cobraron 2 veces una noche si no hubiera revisado la cuenta.

Un hotel moderno y actual. Las habitaciones pequeñitas pero en las que no falta de nada. Muy céntrico y el personal amable. Tiene una terraza en el ultimo piso espectacular, con unas vistas increíbles. Dos pegas: poco armario y los desayunos regulares, 20$ por persona para lo que ofrecen es abusivo.

El hotel es genial. Está bien ubicado para moverte andando. Las habitaciones son pequeñitas pero muy bien aprovechadas, las vistas son geniales. Hay que subir a la terraza de arriba. Impresionante las vistas, piso 30 y con barra de bar para cocteles. Flojo el desayuno, cuesta 20$ persona y es bastante normalucho, mejor irse a la calle a desayunar.
