Me gusto bastante el hotel tiene muy buen servicio unas habitaciones muy limpias bastante agradable el lugar para descansar agusto con la pareja, las camas estan muy comodas la decoracion de el baño esta muy bonita, me gusto mucho este lugar todo estaba muy limpio y en recepcion nos atendieron bien

The lady who i spoke to not only was RUDE on the phone but won’t honor a refund (we were willing to even receive half a refund) DUE TO THE WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC going on right now. are you kidding me??? the city of boston is SHUT DOWN...we wouldn’t even be able to come and stay even if we wanted to. She claimed we had to call the company where we booked through bc if their “terms and conditions” which I found out was LIE bc when i called the company they told me okay no problem let me call the property directly and see what they say. when they called she “couldn’t understand what was going on”...probably another LIE. when booking.com emailed her she had no problem responding quickly stating we couldn’t get a refund and if we canceled we would have to PAY A CANCELLATION FEE. UNREAL. i’m so disappointed. we didn’t want this to happen...this is all out of our control and who ever we spoke to (management? front desk? idk) was so rude and so unaccommodating. i will never step foot in this establishment and i’ll make sure I tell everyone how UNFAIR and RUDE they were to me.

Eu voei para Boston e minha empresa me reservou aqui por uma noite. É um pouquinho longe do aeroporto e um táxi vai custar $ 20. Agora, não há central de atendimento ou mesmo um único funcionário aqui para ajudá-lo. É uma estadia compartilhada em um hotel com check-in self-service, que está nas linhas de uma estadia em casa. Haverá um armário com as chaves da porta principal. Abrir este armário usando a combinação que teria sido dada a você é difícil porque para mim ele não abriria. Mas é tão organizado que o número do gerente fica na porta, e caso você não tenha um SIM para ligar, pode usar o wi-fi do hotel para fazer a ligação. Depois de lutar com a caixa, consegui entrar. Não tem elevador e têm cerca de 3 ou 4 pisos. Portanto, você terá que transportar suas malas até o topo. Agora, são basicamente apartamentos com 2-3 quartos. Você tem direito a um. A sala de estar e a lavanderia da cozinha são compartilhadas com outros ocupantes. Os meus eram muito decentes, elegantes e educados. Cozinha muito bem abastecida com sanduíches e bebidas complementares. Boas máquinas de lavar. Acima de tudo, quarto muito limpo, lençóis imaculados e boa TV. Pequeno e pitoresco, mas confortável. De manhã ou sempre que fizer o check out, é só deixar as chaves na mesa de cabeceira e ir embora. O pessoal da limpeza vem à tarde. Quero agradecer especialmente à senhora que parecia ser a proprietária que veio pessoalmente no dia seguinte e reservou um táxi para me levar ao trabalho. Ela foi a melhor e mais educada pessoa que vi nos numerosos hotéis que visitei. Mesmo ao telefone, ela foi paciente e bem educada enquanto eu expressava angústia por ter lutado com a caixa de segurança. Eu definitivamente encorajo as pessoas a ficarem com ela se você estiver com um orçamento pequeno e precisar de acomodação temporária.

Ótimo! Eles tiveram lanches, uma cozinha cheia para nós prepararmos comida e cuidou de um assunto de fogão depressa quando nós informarmos isto. Toalhas foram frescos e cama foi impecáveis. Até mesmo o meu marido, que estava céptico sobre o conceito "cozinha / banheiro compartilhado" disse que era ótimo e melhor do que ele esperava.

Even though this place was so very different from all the hotels I've ever stayed at and so limited in terms of its service, I still absolutely loved it so much !!! I flew into Boston and my company had booked me here for a night. It's a teeny-weeny bit far from the airport and a taxi will cost you $20. Now, there is no service desk or even an single employee here to assist you. It's a self check-in, shared hotel stay which is on the lines of a home stay. There will be a locker with the keys to the main door. Opening this locker using the combination that would have been given to you is tough because for me it wouldn't open. But it is so organized that the managers number is on the door, and in case you don't have a SIM to call her, you can use the hotels wifi to make the call. After struggling with the box I managed my entry. No lift and they have like 3 or 4 floors. So you will have to haul your bags all the way up. Now, it's basically apartments with 2-3 bedrooms. You are allotted one. The living room, kitchen laundry are shared with other occupants. Mine were very decent, elegant and polite. Very well stocked kitchen with complementary sandwiches and drinks. Good washing machines. Above all very clean room, spotless bedsheets and good TV. Small and quaint but comfy. In the morning or whenever you check out, just leave the keys on the nightstand and go. Cleaning staff comes by in the afternoon. I especially want to thank the lady who seemed like the owner who personally came by the next day and booked me a taxi to take me to my work. She was the best and most polite person I have seen in the numerous hotels I have visited. Even on the phone she was patient and so well mannered while I expressed anguish over struggling with the lock box. I definitely encourage people to stay her if you are on a small budget and need temporary accommodation.

Great! They had snacks, a full kitchen for us to prepare food in, and took care of a stove issue quickly when we reported it. Towels were fresh and bed was clean. Even my husband, who was skeptical about the "shared kitchen/bathroom" concept said it was great & better than he expected.

We loved our time at Boston Luxury Suites! We needed a place to stay for approx 2 weeks during renovations. With two kids, a standard hotel room wasn't an option which led us here. It was perfect! It lives like a condo, close to all Boston Luxury's hot spots, and the staff is very friendly (especially the manager, Rick). Highly recommend!
