I am so grateful that they gave me a place to live when no one else would talk to me. I couldn't even get to put my name on a list no where else. Management talked with me with kind words and treatment , and I am grateful for that. I am the type of person that appreciates the fact that I'm not homeless and in need of shelter and food. Home is what you make of it. You see I come from nothing and I appreciate coming to my apartment and closing my door to privacy.It's nice and clean over here. Yeah it's a little busy on boulder but I'm getting use to it. I do have roaches but I'm working on them. Like I said earlier I'm just happy that I have a place to lay my head . The rent is not that bad. I like the fact that I just have to worry about one note. Neighbors are really friendly also. I just looks forward everyday to get to unlock my door to enter into a place of quietness. I know everything and everyday is not going to be perfect but it's perfect for me. Thanks boulder palms for giving me a place to live.
Estoy tan agradecida de que me hayan dado un lugar para vivir cuando nadie más me hablaría. Ni siquiera pude poner mi nombre en una lista en ningún otro lugar. La gerencia habló conmigo con palabras y trato amables, y estoy agradecido por eso. Soy el tipo de persona que aprecia el hecho de que no estoy sin hogar y necesito refugio y comida. El hogar es lo que tú haces de él. Verás, vengo de la nada y agradezco venir a mi departamento y cerrar mi puerta a la privacidad. Es agradable y limpio por aquí. Sí, está un poco ocupado en Boulder, pero me estoy acostumbrando. Tengo cucarachas pero estoy trabajando en ellas. Como dije antes, estoy feliz de tener un lugar donde descansar. El alquiler no es tan malo. Me gusta el hecho de que solo tengo que preocuparme por una nota. Los vecinos también son muy amables. Solo espero todos los días poder abrir mi puerta para entrar en un lugar de tranquilidad. Lo sé todo y todos los días no va a ser perfecto, pero es perfecto para mí. Minha experiência com a gerência do Boulder Palms Senior Apts. em relação a um problema de manutenção foi agradável. Entreguei um pedido por escrito para que meu fogão elétrico fosse examinado porque me chocava sempre que minhas mãos estavam molhadas. Dois dias depois entraram no meu apartamento e resolveram o problema. O serviço foi rápido e eficiente. Estou completamente satisfeito.
Me encanta el equipo de reparación. A la hora de enviar la orden de trabajo, Chuck estuvo aquí y reparó mi unidad de aire acondicionado A los minutos. Gracias por su rápida respuesta.
Mi experiencia con la administración en Boulder Palms Senior Apts. en lo que respecta a un problema de mantenimiento fue agradable. I love the repair crew. Within the hour of submitting work order Chuck was here and repaired my ac unit Within minutes. Thank you for your prompt response.
My experience with the management at Boulder Palms Senior Apts. in regards to a maintenance problem was a pleasant one. I turned in a written request to have my electric range looked at because it was shocking me whenever my hands were wet. Two days later they entered my apartment and fixed the problem. The service was prompt and efficient. I am completely satisfied.

Vivida en Boulder Palms durante 3 años. La unidad / terrenos se mantuvieron en excelentes condiciones. El personal siempre estuvo disponible y dispuesto a ayudar. Muchos eventos locales para personas mayores.

Lived at Boulder Palms for 3 years.The unit/grounds were maintained in great condition.Staff was always available and ready to help.Lots of local senior events.
Mi amigo vivió aquí, y fue HORRIBLE que te muestren un apartamento, pero luego, al mudarte, te dicen que es un apartamento diferente. Además, algunas de estas críticas son falsas, sus amigos de los administradores de propiedades. Y no tratan bien a sus inquilinos. Terrible terrible terrible. Pero si tienes problemas con ROACHES, este tubo de repelente de cucarachas se llama Combat Roach Killing, colocas una gota en las esquinas, debajo del fregadero, incluso se lo conté a mi amiga y se deshizo del suyo en aproximadamente una semana. . Mas se você está tendo problemas com ROACHES deles este tubo de repelente de baratas é chamado Combat Roach Killing você coloca uma gota nos cantos, embaixo da pia, eu até contei para minha amiga sobre isso e ela se livrou do dela em cerca de uma semana . O tubo durou cerca de 2 meses custou 9,99 você não precisa usar tudo de uma vez que eu usei porque eu queria me livrar daquelas criaturas nojentas. Aliás, meu amigo realmente morava lá. Não estou dizendo um "amigo" e era realmente eu. Não se mova neste lugar
My friend lived here, and it was HORRIBLE they show you one unit but then upon moving in you are told it's a different apt. Also some of these reviews are fake, their friends of the property managers. And they don't treat their tenants right. Terrible terrible terrible.But if you're having issues with ROACHES theirs this tube of roach repellent its called Combat Roach Killing you place a drop in the corners, underneath the sink, I even told my friend about it & it she got rid of hers in about a week.The tube last about 2 months it cost 9.99 you don't need to use it all at once I did due to me wanting to get rid of those nasty critters. BTW my friend really did live there.I'm not saying a "friend" and it was really me. Don't move in this place
En primer lugar, debería haber investigado más sobre este lugar y debería haber leído las críticas de otros. ¡El primer día de desastre no pude conseguir mi seccional! L sofá sin gran cosa, lo peor de lo peor Vi tres cucarachas, una cucaracha bebé junto al fregadero de la cocina y luego vi una cucaracha grande, Brown Roach corrió debajo de la estufa y luego Vi otra gran cucaracha trepando por la pared de la sala de estar. ¡Estoy muy decepcionada! ¡Podría lidiar con no tener mi sofá seccional, pero cucarachas! Absolutamente no aceptaré el hecho de que Roaches ESTÁ en este lugar. Hablaré con el gerente a primera hora de la mañana. No viviré con ROACHES !!!!!!! Absolutamente inaceptable !!!!! ¡¡¡¡¡¡VOY A!!!!!! no ser parte de esta comunidad. Em primeiro lugar, deveria ter feito mais pesquisas sobre este lugar e deveria ter lido os comentários de outras pessoas. Primeiro dia de desastre, não consegui arranjar meu sofá secional !!! l sofá em nada pior do que pior vi três baratas um bebê Roach perto da pia da cozinha e então vi uma grande barata Brown Roach correndo para debaixo do fogão e então eu vi outra grande Barata subindo pela parede da sala de estar. Estou muito desapontada !!!!!! Eu poderia lidar com não ter meu sofá secional, mas baratas !!!!!!! Eu absolutamente não vou aceitar o fato de que as baratas ESTÃO neste lugar Eu estarei falando com o gerente logo de manhã eu não irei morar com as ROACHES !!!!!!! Absolutamente inaceitável !!!!! EU VOU!!!!!! não faça parte desta comunidade. Eles têm configurado onde você tem que escolher pelo menos uma estrela, mas se eu fizesse do meu jeito, absolutamente não vou escolher nenhuma estrela, nem um pouco !!!!!
First of all I should have done more research about this place and I should have read the reviews of others. First day of disaster I could not get my sectional!!!l couch in no big deal worst of worst I saw three roaches a baby Roach by the kitchen sink and then I saw a big roach Brown Roach ran up under the stove and then I saw another big Roach crawling up the wall in the living room I'm very disappointed!!!!!! I could deal with not having my sectional couch but roaches!!!!!!! I absolutely will not accept the fact that roaches IS in this place I will be speaking to the manager first thing in the morning I will not live with ROACHES!!!!!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!!!! I WILL!!!!!! not be a part of this community. They have it set up where you have to at least choose one Star but if I had it my way I absolutely will not choose any Star not one bit!!!!!
Se você quer que você e sua família sofram ... venha aqui! A única coisa que gosto são os pisos de madeira. Os apartamentos estão INFESTADOS! A gestão é fraca. Eles só estão preocupados em ligar para seus advogados e usar isso como um meio de ameaça se você não pagar em dia ou por muito pouco. O pessoal é despreocupado e não tem paciência com os idosos e o gerente é pior. Eles falam com os idosos de uma forma muito condescendente. Queremos partir.
If you want you and your family to suffer... come here! The only thing I like is the wooded floors. The apartments are INFESTED! The management is poor. They are only concerned about calling their lawyers & using it as a means to threat if you don’t pay on time or for very little thing. The staff is care-free and have no patience for the elderly and the manager is worse. They talk to the seniors in a very condescending way. We want to leave.
