Everything was in great shape. Check-IN parking was a little confusing. There were no parking signs and constructions.

The kitchenette feature in the room as well as the assurance in being checked for temperature normality at the hospital when entering to go to the hotel Brent House. I did not realize it was a hospital hotel, which threw me off. But in the end it was a nonissue.

Convenience to Ochners and many other stores in the big main atrium. They have some wheelchairs available and carts for luggage carry in and out. (Self serve). They have a few walk in showers on request and provided me with a shower chair. They try to be. No bell captains to help, no valet, very expensive when you are staying with a patient long term-give no discounts for that. Really need hand held shower head for the disabled.

That there was free parking & although located inside a hospital we felt safe. Did not like that it was difficult to find & that it was located within the same grounds as a hospital. The sheets were heavily bleached/starched they were stiff & uncomfortable. On the upside we felt safe due to being in a hospital

Room was nice. The hotel Entry was mostly blocked by hospital staff. Overall surreal experience. I would not have wanted to stay at a hospital during this time. No food in cafeteria! Brent house is part of a hospital. It would have been nice to know this upfront during Covid. I felt like a patient. Doctors, nurses and patients everywhere, had to follow the guidelines as if I was patient. Front desk seemed to be manned by hospital

I like that they offer to clean the rooms everyday. I also like the little snack store in the hotel. But most of all the convince to the hospital. I would suggest hardship prices for those cant afford it and who are here with a loved one in the hospital.

The room were large. This hotel is NOT located adjacent to a hospital. It is inside the hospital. The room itself was dirty. I called the front desk because there was literally caked on dirt in our bathtub that they attempted to cover up with a bathmat. Very gross.

Very nice rooms. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was very expensive looking. Everything was good except for the tv and it sounded like the speakers were going out. A lot of crackling noise.

It is very convenient to the hospital, it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure is quite low, but sufficient to take a shower.

Cleanliness and comfortable bed. The hotel was a long way from downtown a Thirty minutes plus bus ride. The 39 bus leaves from just outside the hospital and was very entertaining, one of the highlights of my trip

Location and bedroom was clean Hotel was basically for hospital patients. Do not stay in unit 557. Bathroom vent does not work and tub lining ripped out. Water pressure is low but at least it was hot.

The distance to the hospital is really good, being a travel nurse, not having to deal with the traffic in New Orleans. Everything from a place to eat, gym, and even to get your hair did. It is a nice, clean safe place for travel nurses. The only con to staying would be the pricing, better rates should be given to travel nurses. I drive back and forth.. I stay when I m working and drive back home when I m off.

The hotel was close to the zoo which was the reason we came down to New orleans. There was a sticky stain on the carpet. We took cold showers b/c there was no hot water. The staff didn't really care. There were kids running up and down the hall for 3 hours even after calling the front desk and complaining. Very poor customer service

Very clean, nice older hotel. Staff was great. Yes, its connected to a hospital, but that did not bother me at all. Nice Bistro downstairs. Quiet part of New Orleans, which was fine by me. Convenient to downtown and the airport. Parking garage was really busy.
