Me senti humilhado pois o hotel só está preparado para americanos ,menosprezar antigos hóspedes se tornou rotina de uma equipe descaracterizada ,apática da qual até os gerentes que deveriam trabalhar honestamente sorriem e mentem , tive que sair do hotel muito triste pois sempre escolhi o catamaran como o hotel preferido para minhas férias,lembro ainda a recepção que apesar de não falar inglês com perfeição falo português e entendo espanhol,muito diferente da Laureen que só fala inglês.Espero que meu comentário sirva para que vocês olhem para si mesmos e tentem refletir sob os acontecimentos,na primeira vez que estive aí 2011 me roubaram uma bicicleta,paguei sem reclamar ,qdo estive aí em 2013 os seguranças do hotel invadiram meu banheiro gerando um constrangimento sem fim .Hoje afirmo a vocês na minha opinião vocês não deveriam hospedar Brasileiros pois nos não somos engraçados e sim felizes,se escolhemos o país de vocês para as férias e porque gostamos .que Deus abençoe a todos .

It has been years since I have stayed at a resort where the service was as impeccable as this Resort. I could give AAA+ from the second I got out of my car the valet, bellman,concierge, front desk staff, for the most helpful courteous and friendliest people. I never had to look for someone there to answer my question or service me. The rooms are dated the kitchen was old
But the location and choice of beach or ocean made up for it. The grounds are welcoming and beautiful , great area to walk to plenty of restaurants nearby
I cannot wait to go back!

Participou de uma conferência no Catamaran. O bar e restaurante no local são bons com bom serviço. As aves tropicais também são um plus!Os espaços públicos eram “ok”, mas as pessoas são boas. Todos são muito gentis e prestativos. O resort poderia usar alguma atualização sobre todos. Meus colegas que ficaram no resort tinham quartos que precisam desesperadamente de reforma. Um colega tinha um quarto reformado que ela disse ser bom. Fiquei grato por ter sido reservado em outro hotel.

Attended a conference at Catamaran. The bar and restaurant on-site are good with good service. The tropical birds are also a plus!
The public spaces were “okay”, but the people are good. Everyone is very kind and helpful. The resort could use some updating over all. My colleagues that stayed at the resort had rooms that are in desperate need of renovating. One colleague had a renovated room that she said is nice. I was grateful I was booked at another hotel.

Minha família e eu passamos férias aqui todos os anos. Em primeiro lugar, a equipe é sempre acolhedora. Em segundo lugar, meus filhos adoram a praia particular. Eles têm noites de cinema ao ar livre que são imperdíveis. Sempre pegamos um quarto com um pátio aberto. Há árvores paisagísticas, uma lagoa e animais que fazem você se sentir como se estivesse em algum lugar tropical. Tudo que você precisa está a uma curta distância também. 100% satisfeito.

My family and I vacation here every year. First and foremost, the staff is always accommodating. Secondly, my kids love the private beach. They have outdoor movie nights that are a must. We always get a room with an open patio. There are landscaped trees, a pond and animals that make you feel like you're somewhere tropical. Everything you need is within walking distance too. 100% satisfied.

Grande experiência aqui em geral. Ótimo atendimento e atenção às necessidades do cliente. Adorei os assentos no gramado sobre a baía. A caminhada simples até o oceano também é agradável, pois o tráfego da maioria das pessoas é mínimo nessa parte da praia. Caminhe facilmente para vários lugares de comida deliciosa. Dog amigável e familiar torna o local perfeito para fugir da família.

I stayed in the Garden View Room at Catamaran Resort for three days. The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities one could possibly need (including a full sized kitchen). The room did not have a view of the garden as suggested by its name, but rather the city and a bit of ocean which was nice in itself. The hotel also has access to beach, a good size pool and ponds with fishes which added to the experience. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great experience here overall. Great customer service and attention to customer needs. Loved the seats in the lawn over the bay. The simple walk to the ocean is also nice as most of the people traffic is minimal at that part of the beach. Easily walk to numerous delicious food places. Dog friendly and family friendly makes it the perfect get away spot for the family.

Ficamos no hotel nas noites de 06 a 08 de abril de 2022 no quarto 113. O quarto tinha vista para um jardim verdejante com um belo gramado, algumas pedras e um grande número de pássaros, uma piscina estreita e tortuosa com peixes de muitas cores, belas árvores e um clima maravilhoso brilhante e quente. A proximidade do mar foi uma grande vantagem adicional. O lago raso bem em frente ao restaurante e a faixa de areia limpa para caminhadas, gramado verdejante eram realmente ótimos. Os únicos pontos negativos que gostaria de destacar são (1) ausência de uma cadeira adicional. O quarto tinha duas camas confortáveis, uma mesa, mas não podíamos conversar sentados em uma cadeira em momento algum. (2) o abastecimento da despensa do quarto era inadequado, tínhamos um conjunto de café, dois pacotes de açúcar e leite em pó, mas nenhum saquinho de chá, e para nós dois por dois dias havia apenas 4 borrões de agua. A equipe do hotel, restaurante e lojas foram todos muito úteis. Havia uma máquina de venda automática em um canto remoto das instalações, mas não funciona quando você precisa e ninguém por perto para ajudar! Eu gostaria que essa instalação pudesse ser colocada em um local mais acessível.

We stayed in the hotel on the nights of April 06-08, 2022 in Room 113.The room had a view of a lush green garden with a nice lawn, a few rocks and a large number of birds, a narrow & tortuous pool with fish of many Colours, fine trees and a wonderful bright and warm weather. The proximity of ocean was a great additional plus. The shallow lake right in front of the restaurant and the strip of clean sand for walks, lush green lawn were really great. The only negative points I wished to point out are (1) absence of an additional chair. The room had two comfortable beds, a table, but we couldn’t have a chat sitting on a chair any time. (2) the supply of the room pantry was inadequate, we had one set of coffee, a couple of packets of sugar and milk powder, but no tea bags at all, and for two of us for two days there was just 4 blotted of water. The staff of hotel, restaurant and shops were all very helpful. There was an automatic vending machine in a remote corner of the premises, but it won’t work when you need, and nobody nearby to help! I wish this facility could be placed at a more accessible place.

Incrível no dia a dia. Linda propriedade. A equipe é muito simpática e prestativa. Não dê ouvidos a críticas negativas. Quase mudamos por causa deles. A única coisa que não decepciona nesse hotel é a localização. Todo o resto é decepcionante.O hotel é muito caro para o que você recebe. Gastamos cerca de US$ 400 por noite e não valia mais de US$ 200. Aqui está o porquê:1- os quartos são muito antigos. Nosso quarto, que era uma das suítes mais caras com cozinha, tinha uma porta da varanda quebrada que deixava entrar muito barulho e ar frio e não conseguíamos dormir. A torneira do banheiro estava vazando, o que dificultava ainda mais o sono. Uma grande parede inteira é janela, uma parte da janela é coberta por persianas escuras, mas uma grande parte da janela é coberta por persianas de madeira que deixam entrar muitas luzes. Então, todas as manhãs, assim que o sol saía, todos nós acordávamos. O que é muito desagradável quando se está de férias. A cozinha é incrivelmente antiga e básica. Você não pode cozinhar lá. Não há ferramentas suficientes. Mudamos de quarto e o novo quarto teve seus próprios problemas.2- hotel cobra taxa de resort cerca de 35$ por noite. Este é um hotel não um resort. Normalmente existem diferentes atividades ou eventos em um resort, mas nada aqui. É literalmente apenas um hotel. E você está pagando taxa de resort para nada.3- os quartos estão sujos. Como exemplo, os tapetes no canto das paredes são cobertos por camadas de poeira.4- os funcionários não são nada amigáveis.No geral, eu nunca vou ficar aqui novamente e não recomendo.

The only thing that is not disappointing about this hotel is the location. Everything else is disappointing.The hotel is too expensive for what you get. We spent about $400 per night and it wasn’t worth more than $200. Here is why:1- rooms are very old. Our room, which was one of the more expensive suites with a kitchen, had a broken balcony door which let in lots of noise and cold air and we couldn’t sleep. The bathroom faucet was leaking which made sleeping even harder. A whole big wall is window, a portion of window is covered by black out blinds, but a big portion of window is covered by wooden blinds which let in a lot of lights. So every morning as soon as sun was out, we all woke up. Which is very unpleasant when on vacation. Kitchen is unbelievably old and basic. You can’t cook in there. There isn’t enough tools. We changed rooms and the new room had its own issues.2- hotel charges you resort fee about 35$ a night. This is a hotel not a resort. Usually there are different activities or events in a resort, but nothing here. It’s literally just a hotel. And you are paying resort fee for nothing.3- rooms are dirty. As an example, Carpets on Corner of the walls are covered by layers of dust.4- staff aren’t friendly at all.Overall I will never stay here again and do not recommend it.

Amazing in everyday. Beautiful property. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Do not listen to negative reviews. We almost changed because of them. The rooms are a bit older (getting updated as we speak March of 2022). This place is almost perfect. Other than no comp daily breakfast. That would make it perfect

The view from our tower room and the grounds are beautiful. The rooms are gross. We had no hot water. We had to call maintenance twice. He came and said ‘sorry, no hot water’. The hotel offered to credit us the $35 daily resort fee since we didn’t have hot water, or switch us to a room without a view. Really!? We paid for a room with a view. Didn’t realize hot water was extra. It’s also super noisy. From the top floor of the tower (room 1452) We could hear workers outside on the grounds talking. I would not stay here again or recommend it. How does this place have 4.4 stars? EDIT: Our massage at the catamaran spa was 5 stars. The spa is tiny but the massage was fantastic.

The Catamaran Resort Hotel was perfect place to have a wedding. The wedding was beautiful. The food was delicious. The staff was gracious. We were blessed that the impending rain in December held off for the outside wedding. It was a magical evening that everyone enjoyed. 🍻 Cheers for a beautiful beginning. ❤

Acudí a un evento que tomó lugar afuera del hotel, frente a la bahía. Proveyendo una vista espectacular del atardecer. La comida fue muy buena, habían opciones vegetarianas. En general la experiencia fue excelente.
