Muito boa localização. Sinceramente, eu só precisava de um lugar para dormir, então isso era perfeito para isso. Nada excessivamente especial ou agradável sobre este hotel, mas as pessoas eram amigáveis e o quarto era limpo!

Really good location. Truthfully I just needed a place to sleep so this was perfect for that. Nothing overly special or nice about this hotel but the people were friendly and the room was clean!

Um grupo de cinco nós que estávamos em um casamento na cidade reservou quartos no Charlesmark por causa de sua localização e também porque, de acordo com seu site, o hotel tinha um bar, restaurante e saguão onde poderíamos passar o fim de semana juntos . Quando chegamos, ficamos surpresos ao descobrir que todas as áreas comuns estavam completamente fechadas e em reforma. Foi um fim de semana extremamente agitado na cidade e não houve oportunidade de reservar em outro lugar. Embora a localização seja excelente, acreditamos que o hotel se enganou. Ficamos lá na terceira semana de outubro de 2021 e parece que eles têm pelo menos um mês ou mais para terminar. Embora eu entenda que as reformas podem começar tarde e chegar tarde, você deve avisar os hóspedes em potencial para que possam tomar uma decisão informada. Teríamos ficado em outro lugar se soubéssemos da situação.

Gostei de tudo sobre este hotel. De nossas interações com a equipe até nosso quarto bem decorado. Sim, nosso quarto era pequeno, mas muito bem pensado. Um dos hotéis mais limpos em que estivemos em muito tempo. Tudo estava em perfeitas condições de funcionamento e em perfeitas condições. Embora o estacionamento não estivesse no local, a garagem era muito conveniente e sem complicações. Estacionamos nosso carro por 3 dias e pudemos caminhar do Charlesmark a todos os lugares que queríamos visitar. Muito divertido para se sentir como um local. Muitos restaurantes e lojas mesmo à porta. O Charlesmark foi fundamental para tornar nossa viagem a Boston ainda mais especial.

A group of five us who were attending a wedding in town booked rooms at the Charlesmark because of its location and also because, according to its website, the hotel had a bar, restaurant and lobby area in which we could hang out together over the weekend. When we arrived, we were surprised to find that all the common areas were completely closed off and under renovation. It was an extremely busy weekend in the city and there was no opportunity to book elsewhere. While the location is terrific, we believe the hotel misrepresented itself. We stayed there the third week of October 2021 and it looks like they have at least a month or so more to go before completion. While I understand that renovations can start late and go late, you should give potential guests a heads up so that they can make an informed decision. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known the situation.

Disfruté todo de este hotel. Desde nuestras interacciones con el personal hasta nuestra hermosa habitación. Sí, nuestra habitación era pequeña pero muy bien pensada. Uno de los hoteles más limpios en los que hemos estado en mucho tiempo. Todo estaba en perfecto estado de funcionamiento y en perfectas condiciones. A pesar de que el estacionamiento no estaba en el lugar, el garaje era muy conveniente y sin problemas. Aparcamos nuestro coche durante 3 días y pudimos caminar desde Charlesmark a todos los lugares que queríamos visitar. Muy divertido sentirse como un local. Muchos restaurantes y tiendas justo afuera de la puerta. El Charlesmark fue fundamental para hacer que nuestro viaje a Boston fuera muy especial.

Enjoyed everything about this hotel. From our interactions with the staff to our beautifully appointed room. Yes, our room was small but very well thought out. One of the cleanest hotels we have been in in a long time. Everything was in perfect working order and in pristine condition. Even though the parking was not on site the garage was very convenient and hassle free. We parked our car for 3 days and were able to walk from the Charlesmark to everywhere we wanted to visit. So much fun to feel like a local. Many restaurants and shopping right outside the door. The Charlesmark was instrumental in making our trip to Boston extra special.

Eu serei positivo primeiro. A localização é otima. Bem na área de Back Bay. Mas é aí que termina. Normalmente não escrevo comentários, mas realmente achei necessário escrever este. Primeiras chaves de metal para a porta da frente e sala. Realmente não me faz sentir seguro em uma cidade. Em segundo lugar, o quarto cheira funky. Janela que não tem vista, apesar da promessa da recepção quando liguei que quase todos os quartos queen size têm uma boa vista. Os lençóis da cama parecem lixa. E um dos travesseiros cheira sujo. Bruto! Sinceramente, sempre me pergunto quando as pessoas falam sobre os lençóis se sentindo desconfortáveis. Eu me sinto bem dormindo em lençóis no Holiday Inn Express etc. Mas esses lençóis são horríveis .Como eu disse, eu nunca deixo comentários, mas eu realmente senti como se quisesse avisar as pessoas. Muito esbanjador para nada de especial.

Meu marido e eu ficamos aqui há alguns anos para seu aniversário de 40 anos. A localização era ótima. O quarto em que estávamos era um quarto micro (um quarto com cama queen-size) com uma "vista". A vista era de uma grade de janela. Eu já fiquei em muitos hotéis de Boston, a maioria é pequena, mas este quarto era absolutamente como um armário. Além disso, era EXTREMAMENTE barulhento! É melhor você gastar mais alguns dólares para ficar no Revere.

BED BUGS!Ewww….. I tried to get a refund but they refused and moved me across town to a sister property …. Which was NOT convenient to my stay in Back Bay. Do NOT stay here. I DID end up bringing their BED BUGS home and cost me over $1,000 to exterminate and buy a new bed and bedding.The manager was rude and condescending…..I have pictures of the BED BUGS in the Charlesmark Hotel room which the manager denied were Bed Bugs.Stay there…. And bring home some special souvenirs!

My husband & I stayed here a few years ago for his 40th birthday. The location was great. The room we were in was a micro room (a queen bed room) with a "view". The view was of a window grate. I've stayed in a lot of Boston hotels, most are on the small side-but this room was absolutely like a closet. On top of that, it was EXTREMELY noisy! You're better off spending a few more bucks to stay at the Revere.

I will be positive first. The location is great. Right in the Back Bay area. But that’s where it ends. I typically don’t write reviews, but it really felt necessary to write this one. First off metal keys for front door and room. Doesn’t really make me feel safe in a city. Secondly the room smells funky. Window that has no view despite the promise from the front desk when I called that almost every queen size room has a good view. The sheets on the bed feel like sandpaper. And one of the pillows smells dirty. Gross! I honestly always wonder when people talk about the sheets feeling uncomfortable. I feel fine sleeping on sheets at the Holiday Inn Express etc. But these sheets are awful .Like I said I never leave reviews but I really felt like I wanted to warn people. Pretty spendy for nothing special.

Coloquei minha mãe e meu pai no hotel durante uma visita recente (agosto de 2021). Eles não podem dizer coisas positivas o suficiente e nem eu. A localização é ... literalmente perfeita. É limpo, bom preço e excelente equipe. A melhor parte disso é a conveniência. O hotel é ótimo, mas o que o torna minha escolha é que ele está perto de todo e qualquer tipo de comida, compras, até mesmo lojas de conveniência.

I put my mother and father up in the hotel during a recent visit (Aug 2021). They can't say enough positive things and neither can I. Location is ...literally perfect. It is clean, good priced and excellent staff. The best part about this is the convenience. The hotel is great but what makes it my choice is that it is near any and every type of food, shopping, even convenience stores.

Os quartos são espaçosos e muito confortáveis e a equipe foi ótima. Acabou tendo que ficar uma noite extra e eles foram muito acolhedores. No entanto, em nenhum lugar online eles anunciam que seu “bar e lounge chique” não está aberto no momento e parece estar em construção, mas também que não se parece em nada com o que é online. As opções de café da manhã também eram praticamente inexistentes. Se o bar abrisse novamente, eu recomendaria alguém para ficar aqui, mas provavelmente não o faria agora, uma vez que esse foi um grande motivo que decidimos ficar lá e ficamos muito decepcionados.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable and the staff was great. Ended up having to stay an extra night and they were very accommodating. However, nowhere online do they advertise that their “chic bar and lounge” is not currently open and seems to be under construction, but also that it looks nothing at all like it does online. The breakfast options were also pretty much nonexistent. If the bar opened back up I would recommend someone to stay here but I probably would not right now since that was a big reason we decided to stay there and were highly disappointed.
