I stayed here a few days and enjoyed my time. Free parking in a nice area of San Francisco. The workers are all kind and the rooms are very clean. Cant beat it for the price! Would highly recommend if you’re a first time visitor to SF

I booked this hotel (room 116) when my family visited me from out of state. We found BEDBUGS too. When I first arrived at the hotel the manager (Mr. Lee) was very aggressive to me. He couldn't even let me get out of my car, he stood on the doorway and practically interrogated me as if I wasn't supposed to be there. It took me more than 10 minutes to prove to him that I have a booking and that I only needed to get to the front desk to get everything figured out. He finally got out of my way, went into the front office and waited to come confirm my reservation. As a young Blackman, it was clear that he looked down and had no respect for me.
It took me a lot of deep breathes to stay calm and to not call out his micro aggression right at the moment. On the first night my family stayed there, they found at least two bedbugs. When I told Mr. Lee about it, he told me that the bugs may not have been bedbugs. He practically called me a lier. He showed no remorse, he wasn't listening to what I was saying, and he was very aggressive. I am a doctoral student, but this man could not see pass his stereotypes and my appearance as a young Blackman.
When I told my family about my interaction with Mr. Lee, they were amazed at how someone like him could be a manager. We could not wait to leave the hotel, and we will never again...

This hotel is perfectly located, and the staff are very welcoming and helpful! It is so easy to walk from there either downtown towards the district or uptown. This is the second time I have been there in five months. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a great view. The bonus was their stunning flower displays. I strongly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay here! If you are looking for a quality hotel near your area then look no further. This is the best hotel for you. The rooms are spacious compared to global standards and you can get all the amenities you need. Staffs are kind and supportive as well. I could say that we are 100% satisfied!
