Poeirento, sujo e com insetos !! O lobby elegante não combina com a experiência que você obtém nos quartos reais. Quando entramos em nossa suíte, podemos ver porque o preço é tão acessível. Such a cool vibe! Excellent price and very modern! Not a fan of the food selection. Need more vegan options. However, room was modern and cool and really good value. Highly recommend this place. Very smooth check in and check out! Clean as well!
Dusty, dirty and with bugs!! The stylish lobby doesn't match the experience you get in the actual rooms. When we got into our suite we can see why the price is so affordable. It's a super cramped tiny room with no space to walk. The bathroom is reminiscent of an airplane bathroom, with the shower right in front of the toilet with no space in between. Perhaps the worst part is the extreme dustiness and dirtiness of the room. We found bugs, stray hairs from previous guests, and a bunch of dust floating around the air. I would absolutely not recommend anyone with allergies to stay at this place, or anyone wanting a spacious and comfortable stay. Unbelievable.

This place is fun and funky!The rooms are small but efficient- encourages you to spend time out on the town. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved the blushing cucumber drink at the bar. Next time I visit Seattle, I'll be staying here!
My husband and I stayed at the citizenM hotel in Seattle in October for our wedding anniversary. This location is PERFECT walking distance to so many Seattle attractions, like the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming during our stay. This hotel is STUNNING and complete with beautiful spaces to rest. !!!Please note that the hotel rooms are meant for 2 people. The rooms are all the same size and they are on the smaller size, so if you're looking for a suite--this place won't be it. It was perfect for us and I cannot wait to visit again.

Very chic and cool decor. Perfect location. 10 minute walk to the Space Needle and the surrounding museums. 15 minute walk or 20 minute stroll to Pike Place and the farmers market area. The lobby or "living room" is very clean and filled with cool pop art. The rooms are small but offer everything you need including a large bed and fridge. The lobby has a full bar and they serve buffet type breakfast. I'll definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone. Oh.... and the staff is SUPER friendly and helpful.

The only thing wrong with this place is the lack of larger rooms. Otherwise this is a great hotel. Control your entire room from the inner room iPad. Visit the bar where the drinks are amazing and the bartenders are friendly. If breakfast isn’t included in your reservation you can buy it in the morning for about $15 a person. Or if you would like to purchase your own food and sit in the lobby feel free to do so. Pro tip, Grab a seat by the window to do some people watching. Make sure you take a look at the museum like decor all around the space.
Citizen M Seattle was the first hotel in their chain, my virgin experience if you will. As a person who has worked hard to minimize my material possessions and maximize the comfort this is basically the best fit Hotel for me. Smaller room with amazing showers, needs, and connected technology to make the environment match your mood. Not only that they have many toiletries available, at the time of writing for no additional cost, if you just ask. To say their staff is friendly is an understatement. Seattle has usually great people in the service industry, but somehow Citizen M found the greatest, I just feel welcome at each location I visit. The Living Room is amazingly set up to relax and grab a cocktail. I recommend ordering off the ones they craft in house, it's like visiting a bar that specializes in cocktails. While I'm travelling, I'd choose Citizen M hotels over any other and I'd even go as far to encourage others to give them a try. Looking forward, -Troy

We loved staying at citizenM! All the rooms in this hotel are the same size, so there’s just one price to pay and you never have to worry about paying for extra. The room size is perfect for a couple or solo traveler with just enough space to be comfortable. This room feels very European in layout but very modern in its amenities. Would recommended for anyone looking for a unique stay in a great area of the city.

We had a great experience staying here and will definitely be back! The staff here were all very friendly and attentive. Everyone was very personable, helpful and seemed genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable. Kat at the front desk was amazing and Jordan made an excellent old fashioned that we enjoyed in the lounge that was filled with interesting art, books and sculpture. Everything felt safe even in the lounge area you could space out to enjoy the atmosphere with others spaced out even during covid times. The rooms were modern and had a brilliantly planned layout with color adjustable lighting.

A sala de estar é muito moderna, com livros e móveis legais. Localizado no centro de Seattle perto de Whole Foods e muitas opções de restaurantes. A equipe foi atenciosa e amigável. Estou ansioso para ficar em outras propriedades.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The rooms are small but very cleverly designed and packed with amenities. The decor is funky. The location is great. The thing which makes this hotel stand out is the amazing team. Everybody we dealt with was friendly and kind and went out of their way to help and make sure we had a great stay.
9/21/2020: Stayed for 2 nights. Really enjoyed the decor and cleanliness. Bed is very comfortable and the lighting options in the room is very neat! Living room is very hip with cool books and furnishings. Located in downtown Seattle near Whole Foods and lots of dining options. Staff was attentive and friendly. Looking forward to staying at other properties.

Second time staying at a Citizen M hotel and I just love the concept. Took a one night trip to Seattle and was able to book a room here the day before. I really appreciate how they focus on things that matter (as long as you don’t need a huge room) - the bed is soooo comfy, perfect weight comforter, a convenient iPad that controls everything in the room and the shower is a rainforest style with nice water pressure. Service is top notch - all the people I’ve interacted with are super nice! They stop serving alcohol at 10pm in the bar but there is someone there 24/7 if you want non alcoholic snacks and drinks. For COVID precautions - The place is super clean, limit 2 people in the elevator at a time, hand sanitizer everywhere, and I asked them what kinda air filters they use - they have MERV 13 grandeer filters. They said they wait 48 hours in between guests as well. Highly recommend.
Newly opened hotel in a great spot of Seattle for the best price. My fiancè and I stayed for over a week and were greeted each time we left the room, the staff was incredibly friendly (shout out to the night manager) and allowed us to occupy the lounge into the late hours. The room wasn't as small as you would think and had an amazing shower to accompany it. We were a block away from grocery stores and a few blocks from the lake so it was perfect for us. We will definitely be back soon and to the other Citizen M around the world.
