Hospedagem muito agradável, café da manhã continental americano. Os funcionários foram bem agradáveis, o hotel guardou minhas encomendas enviadas para lá sem problemas. Os quartos limpos, a localização é muito boa junto a uma das avenidas principais de Orlando, e a pequena distância ( de carro ) de vários outlets e com fácil acesso aos parques. Serviço de tíquetes para os parques da cidade. Recomendo

Ficamos desconfortáveis com a taxa que nos cobraram, de 5 dólares por dia, haja vista que não estava vigente quando contratamos. Tentamos negociar com a atendente brasileira (muito receptiva por sinal) e ela foi justa e nos disse que estornaria tal cobrança, no entanto quando fizemos check out com outra atendente, apesar de explicarmos, não houve conversa e nos cobraram algo que não havia sido acordado. Já nos hospedamos em outros hotéis em Orlando e no quesito limpeza, não recomendo, pois além do carpete e do banheiro não serem limpos adequadamente, tinha ácaros e nos deu alergia. O café da manhã é bom para os padrões americanos. Não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel.

Hotel bem tranquilo, atende bem o propósito para quem vai viajar pra Disney e passa a maior parte do tempo nos parques. Oferece uma cama confortável,um banho bem revigorante, um café da manhã farto e saboroso. Os funcionários são educados e prestativos. Recomendo com certeza

Amei o hotel! Ambiente agradável, recepção, limpeza , quartos arejados e limpos, café da manhã bem servido. Ah! Tenho que falar da Rosana e Jose, pessoas muito simpáticas e nos ajudaram muito com a localização e dicas de passeios. Recomendarei a todos brasileiros que conheço. O hotel fica bem perto dos parques da universal. Ele é bem simples, mas bem organizado e limpo. Tem uma grande área de estacionamento. Os quartos são grandes e limpos, mas o colchão era bem mole. O Wi-Fi funciona bem. O café da manhã é bem simples, com poucas opções. Pelo preço da diária o custo benefício do hotel é bom.

Bem localizado, cafe da manha bem no padrao americano mas dentro do esperado... depois de alguns dias enjoa... O maior problema é o carpete em todo o hotel, para quem tem renite não é muito legal... Não possui cofre nos quartos, mas possuem cofres na recepção.

Quarto com cheiro estranho assim que você abre a porta, banheira antiga pequena chuveiro não esquenta para o tempo frio que às vezes faz aqui, limpeza do quarto deixa muito a desejar deixei uma embalagem amassada para testar. Se era varrido e o encontrei bem e salvo no mesmo canto. Café da manhã um dos mais simples que já recebi em um.hotel as frutas são de conservação é cobrada uma taxa extra de 5 dólares por dia de garantia na entrada e outra taxa q bem entendi do que Os colaboradores são muito prestativos e a vista e muito legal Camas são amplas e confortáveis

I've stayed here many times. Most recently I arrived in Orlando after being awake 29 hrs on flights from London and a layover at JFK that got expanded to 10 hrs. So I checked in at 4 a.m. Desk clerk gave me "late check out" for noon. I slept 6.5 hours ... very comfortably. I hear they still have delicious waffles and more for breakfast. But for me SLEEP was the thing and a good hot shower the next morning. Very restful and much needed stay at this quiet, clean, comfortable motel.

Off the beaten path, but will stay here every Orlando trip. Only downside is parking is at a premium. Perfect for Universal or the Orange County Convention Center. Inexpensive with a solid breakfast. Hot machine is a nice option. Staff is over the top exceptional.

Las habitaciones son viejas y sucias...los asensores son demasiado viejos...desayuno gratis( un frasco de agua pequeña , una galleta de cereal y un ponqué pequeño) que desayuno es eso?. la atención es deficiente. nos trasladamos a otra habitación porque el tv no sirvió y nadie nos ayudo a trasladarnos( pésimo servicio)... nunca volveré a hospedarme en ese hotel

I enjoyed my stay here. There was no breakfast, because of Covid restrictions. Great location,in the Universal StudioArea, so many attractions near this hotel. Walking distance to International Drive. The hotel is clean, it has a washer and dryer for a reasonable price, exercise room, and a swimming🏊♀️ 👌 pool.

The rooms in this hotel are POORLY maintained. The first room we were assigned smelled old and musty. There was hair all over the telephone (long brown hair to be exact). We asked to be given another room and we were warmly accommodated by the staff, however, it may have been better if we stayed in the first room. This room was even worse with the smell; I sprayed my perfume to relief our nostrils, but that did not last long. The room smelled old, raw and musty. The sheets and pillows were dingy. The carpet even had a stain at the foot of the bed that looked like blood or ketchup...whatever it was, it was disgusting. There was no mini fridge, no microwave, nothing!!. I used my towel on the pillow to sleep because I was afraid to put my bare face on the pillow. Honestly, if we did not get there late in the afternoon and so tired, I would have booked another hotel. This was my first time at this hotel and I cannot recommend it to anyone. Management needs to do better with how they care for the rooms.

Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, well maintained and well managed. It is also conveniently located within walking distance to nice restaurants and attractions. Will definitely be coming back to stay next year!

Un insulto a lo que llaman desayuno. lo único que te dan es una bolsa de snacks como para niños de primaria; un muffin, una barra de cereal, una manzana y un agua pequeñita pero eso si, todo eso lo cobran como un desayuno continental entero adentro del precio de estadia. Aparte que los cuartos y baños se ven viejos. No cobren por cosas que no van a proporcionar o simplemente no digan que tienen desayuno. NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ESTE HOTEL. Por más central que esté.

Debido a la pandemia se cerró el comedor y los desayunos otorgados no son ni la mitad de lo que se tenía pre-pandemia. La atención es amable y los precios son muy accesibles. Lo bueno que tiene Orlando, es que los hoteles te brindan estacionamiento gratuito en su gran mayoría,cosa q no sucede en Miami.

The location was great and was super close to places to eat. The room I stayed in with my sister was nice, spacious, and clean. There were two tvs which was a nice feature, but we certainly didn’t need it. The bathroom was a nice size. The hallways smelled musty, but it wasn’t too bothersome.I didn’t mind the bagged breakfast as we stayed there for one night to make a day trip to Disney. It consisted of a granola bar, apple, water, and a blueberry muffin. Coffee was downstairs if you wanted it. I do wish they mentioned the bagged breakfast on their website as a lot of people are expecting that.The one thing I was super upset with regarding this hotel is the shuttle situation. They only have two shuttles: one for Universal and one for Magic Kingdom. The shuttles also only pick up at one time to take you to the park; it doesn’t have multiple times.My sister and I were going to Magic Kingdom which had already left at 7:10 am. I really don’t understand why it would have left at 7:10 as the park opens at 9 am for those who don’t have early admission. So I had to spend $25 extra dollars to pay for parking when I was not anticipating it. Pick up to go back to the hotel is also late like after 10. They didn’t have the paper out regarding the shuttle pick up until the morning when I got breakfast at 7:20. If I would have known this, I would not have made a reservation here. Also, didn’t see any cookies as also advertised. I spent $189 for the night, and it was not even worth it thanks to the false advertising on their website.Definitely not going to recommend if you’re looking to use the shuttle service and are looking to have a hot breakfast. If you don’t care about any of that and just need a room for business purposes, then go for it.

Not as bad as other reviews have stated. I was just happy to find an affordable room right before a holiday weekend. We had a 1 bedroom suite. For the price, I was very pleased with the location of the hotel and layout of the room. Yes, the room could have used a deep clean. Sheets and such were worn, but clean. I don’t know why mgmt was so stingy with the towels, but the front desk gave us fresh ones whenever we asked.
Employees were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Still, banana stickers stuck on the inside bathroom door, and stains on the carpet just meant to me that housekeeping isn’t given time to do deep cleaning. No weird smells that I noticed, and lobby was full of construction material, though I never saw anyone actively working. My vote, charge an extra $20 a night, quit charging a resort fee (you aren’t a resort), and schedule deep cleaning of the rooms more often.
I would easily stay here again. Breakfast bags
were fine. I heard a lot of guests complaining, but my kids were fine with a muffin, granola bar and apple. The small water bottles were great for taking with us to the parks.

The hotel was in a convenient location to universal studios. The hotel itself was not that clean, upon check in there were a partial granola bar wrapper and crumbs on the nightstand. When I went to clean it off, there was a lot of dust as well so not sure how that got by housekeeping. They do not have breakfast, pool was ok. The staff was nice.

This hotel was amazing, it ended up surpassing my expectations in every way. The building itself was beautiful, the staff was very polite, friendly, and professional. (Also very helpful, as my boyfriend and I are not from this area). We were very pleased with our room. It was large and spacious, clean, and our bed/pillows were to die for! The location of the hotel was close to everything we wanted (5 minutes from Universal) but yet it was very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Realmente decepcionante. Un par de veces nos alojamos en esta cadena y la experiencia fue buena. Pero en esta locación, sacando la amabilidad del señor del frontal desk, todo fue decepcionante. Muy lindo por fuera. Por dentro sucio, viejo y descuidado. Con esto del covid, no hay servicio en los cuartos y el desayuno es una bolsa con una manzana un muffin y agua. Pareciera que les vino bien la pandemia para bajar gastos. En fin , decepcionante. No lo recomiendo para nada! Baño viejo, no reponen amenities, pisos sucios, toallas con pelos , ascensores viejos y sucios. En l habitación solo anda una luz , todas quemadas . Etc etc
