Fiquei aqui com meus meninos de 5 e 6 anos de idade por 2 dias quando estávamos entre os lugares. Fui conectar o PS4 atrás do gabinete em que a TV estava e encontrei uma AGULHA HIPODÉRMICA USADA NO CHÃO logo abaixo do plugue. Disse à recepção que pediu desculpas e que falaria com as governantas. Eu acho que essa situação justifica MUITO MAIS DO QUE PESAR. Um dos meus meninos poderia ter pego sem saber o que era. Felizmente isso não aconteceu, mas mesmo sabendo que estávamos em uma sala com isso já era nojento o suficiente. Um reembolso teria causado um impacto um pouco maior do que uma pena, mas mesmo isso não teria impedido a avaliação negativa. Eu sou LIVID

Me alojé aquí con mis hijos de 5 y 6 años durante 2 días cuando estábamos entre lugares. Fue a conectar su PS4 detrás del gabinete en el que estaba el televisor y encontró una AGUJA HIPODÉRMICA USADA EN EL TIERRA justo debajo del enchufe. Le dijo a la recepción que dijo que lo lamentaban y que hablarían con sus amas de llaves. Creo que esta situación justificó MUCHO MÁS QUE LO SENTIMOS. Uno de mis muchachos podría haberlo recogido sin saber qué era. Afortunadamente, eso no sucedió, pero incluso saber que estábamos en una habitación con eso era lo suficientemente desagradable. Un reembolso habría tenido un poco más de impacto que un perdón, pero incluso eso no habría detenido la revisión negativa. Estoy vivo

Stayed here with my 5 and 6 year old boys for 2 days when we were between places. Went to plug in their PS4 behind the cabinet the TV was in and found a USED HYPODERMIC NEEDLE ON THE GROUND right under the plug. Told the front desk who said they were sorry and they'd talk to their housekeepers. I think this situation warranted MUCH MORE THAN A SORRY. One of my boys could have picked it up not knowing what it was. Thankfully that didn't happen but even knowing we were in a room with that was disgusting enough. A refund would have made a little more of an impact than a sorry but even that wouldn't have stopped the negative review. I'm LIVID

Had a reservation but got caught in about 2 hours of traffic so we showed up later than expected. When we arrived exhausted we were frustrated to see the office was closed and we had to go find another hotel.

Affordable and on a direct bus line to downtown. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but the staff is always around so I felt safe and my car was safely parked. Room was a steal (clean, but burn holes in the furniture) for my budget and I was able to cook and save a small fortune on meals.
