Hotel prolijo con atención remarcable de la mano del concierge Tony. Las habitaciónes limpias con un servicio muy bueno, las camas dobles un poco pequeñas. En conclusión, un muy buen hotel para una estadía en la ciudad de Washington.

Hotel horrível. Estão tentando fazer uma reforma com o hotel aberto e só está gerando dor de cabeça. Filas de meia hora para subir ou descer para os andares, pois só um elevador está funcionando. E eles ainda dão preferência para subir bagagem, fazendo com que quem já estava na fila tenha que esperar ainda mais. Uma total falta de respeito. O serviço de quarto também peca e muito. Já é o terceiro dia que peço um simples chinelo/pantufa pois o piso do banheiro é frio e ainda não consegui um. Ainda, o lobby está em reforma, e com isso fizeram uma "sala de estar" bem fajuto para tentar compensar. Virou quase um labirinto. Li ótimas recomendações deste lugar, mas realmente estou bastante decepcionado com o Hotel. Não recomendo a visita pelo menos até as obras terminarem.

Quarto espaçoso e muito confortável. Boa localização. Mas o controle remoto da televisão não funcionou e acionei o pessoal da recepção duas vezes e não mandaram ninguém pra resolver o problema

Cheguei as 2h da manhã e descobri que minha reserva havia sido cancelada. Aguardei 1h ou mais para tentar resolver e nada... Nesse tempo hospedes bebados, gente descendo elevador de roipas íntimas... Não serve

The staff is friendly and the rooms are ok, it’s convenient to most attractions. However we requested housekeeping before 1pm per the instructions of the hotel and by 4:30pm our room had not been cleaned. Another oddity is we have a switch in our room that does not appear to be working and every time you flush the toilet it makes a very high pitched squeal. For the amount of money being asked for these rooms there are much better places to stay in the city.

This hotel was extremely nice. They do not have complimentary anything everything costs money do not touch anything on or in the mini bar it will charge you if you just pick it up and look at it. However they do have a mini fridge hidden in the dresser you can use for your own personal items. The elevator is finicky, also if you leave at a busy time you probably won’t be able to find space on the elevator when it actually gets to you I waited four times in one sitting and could not get on the elevator then I found the stairs and never bothered with it again. The hotel was a great location though sorta close to the White House.

Hotel muy bien situado para ir andando a toda la zona de National Mall. Con metro cercano para ir a cualquier sitio. Muy limpio . Habitación amplia. Tiene un restaurante en el que se come o cena muy bien.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente.Hay que pedir la limpieza de la habitación, aunque a nosotros no se realizó correctamente (se dejaron la papelera llena de basura y la limpieza correcta de ciertos espacios)Estamos hablando de un hotelde cuatro estrellas !!Les pedí un ordenador para realizar los trámites del vuelo y me dijeron que no funcionaban hace tiempo que, a lo mejor, el día siguiente se arreglarían.El trato del equipo de larecepción fue bastante áspero y sin interés en ayudar al cliente.Por otra parte, rato del personal latino fue excelente y cordial...

Hotel muy lindo. La atención del personal fue excelente, resolvieron dudas antes y después de nuestra visita, su servicio fue eficiente. Habitaciones limpias, con todo lo necesario. Su restaurante es muy bueno. Sin duda es una gran opción para regresar.

This is an old style hotel. We stayed just for one night so not able to try all the facilities.
Our room was good but should be renovated. Modern hotels have the shower not inside the bath with typical old style curtains. Cleanness to be improved. Not value for money.

The room was comfortable. My complaint is in regards to the service. Their Restaurant Staff was not very accommodating, although I left a 20% tip. My Husband and I informed our Server that we were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary, and he did nothing to make our dining experience special. We were not offered the opportunity to sit outside, although other guests were. The Manager of the Restaurant checked on every table around us, except for us. Upon checking out, my Husband greeted the Manager, and the Manager barely greeted him back; no eye contact. We will not return to this Hotel, nor will we recommend it to our network.

This hotel is surviving off of its legacy and that alone. I have stayed here years ago and it was great but I didn’t have that experience this time. First, the front desk service staff wasn’t very friendly. I got the sense they didn’t think I was important enough to be at this hotel. My crew also got weird vibes as well. The rooms were smaller than I remember. The room furniture is dated but the artwork in the rooms and technology to access rooms and elevators are nice/updated. I felt safe. Valet parking is ridiculously expensive to me ($59). There were positives though. We requested additional towels and they were in our rooms within 10 minutes. The other hotel staff were very attentive.

Great staff, clean hotel, close to White house.; but a bit of a walk to Smithsonian. Comfortable bed, bathroom products are the giant size pump with very strong peppermint smell, a bit too much for me , nice water pressure in shower.Stayed on 2floor but a bit noisy from street sounds, would recommend staying higher up.The hotel bar had great burgers.

I was worried by some of the reviews, but my stay was terrific. Kind, attentive staff. Nice room. Comfy bed. Mini-fridge (which I love). Great meal in the restaurant. Sure, its an older hotel, but that gives it character and charm. Great walking location.

It wasn't my favorite. Not terrible, but wouldn't be my choice again.... Edit -I would contact the "owner" of this hotel had they given me a way to, But I feel they only responded to keep face. So let me be a little more direct. The room was absolutely filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. Underneath the sink where the towels and washcloths are housed, was grotesque. We stayed for 4 days and asked for no housekeeping, and handled that ourselves. Except on the third day, I called and asked to have our towels replaced. After waiting an hour and a half from being told they would be right up, I called again. Only to be met with sass and rudeness. The overall look of this hotel, is dingy and gross. I hope you're not expecting a doorman, because they are sporadic at best! ... Are you in line to check out of the hotel, that doesn't matter, they will put people checking in before you. Do You hope that the receptionist people will be decent when you do finally get to them, not a chance. Do you have hopes for the restaurant attached to the hotel? Don't! Do you want to get a good night sleep in a comfortable bed, good luck. Do you like pillows? Too damn bad, The Hamilton's pillows are a joke. Do you want to be able to control the temperature of the water in your shower, I suggest you stay elsewhere, cuz you're not going to get it there... When we inevitably have to go back to DC. I would pick a Holiday inn over this place.

The hotel room was great. The hotel was very pretty and well maintained.my only complaint really was that there was not vending machines or a small shop to allow you to buy small necessities like bottles of water, etc. However, the staff was very friendly. They even brought us a microwave to our room when I asked if there was a way to heat up left over food.

Great hotel location let down by surly staff, hidden charges and a complete lack of services. If your experience is like ours, you will arrive to a dirty room (it looked like someone had gobbed on the wall and lamp - really unappealing during a pandemic), no clean towels, no room cleaning, only way to request anything is via text message which they take as an invitation to spam your mobile constantly. I get that the labor market is tough, but don't take it out on your guests.

Ubicación inmejorable y gran estilo. Estuvimos solo una noche, pero nos hubiera gustado quedarnos mucho más por lo lindo que era el hotel, sus instalaciones y habitaciones. La habitación era muy cómoda y estaba excelentemente decorada. Los empleados fueron amables también.

Muy bien situado. La habitación agradable y amplia aunque poco limpia. No tiene atención en castellano en la recepción. Precio moderado, sube mucho por las taxas y otros conceptos que suman ellos por noche. A pesar de ello es un buen hotel a tener en cuenta.
