Inventaram uma multa de 150 dólares na hora que eu fui fazer o check out, me disseram que se eu mandasse um e-mail para o gerente para resolver isso ele me responderia, faz 2 semanas e nada. Não consegui resolver isso na hora pois o gerente não estava lá e se eu esperasse ele chegar iria perder meu voo.

Hotel muito bem localizado. É antigo e tem aparência de reformado (mal reformado). Os quartos são limpos, assim como as roupas de cama e toalhas. A recepção na chegada foi ruim e não havia ninguém para ajudar com as malas que estavam no carro. Uma escada sem rampa faz com que as malas tenham que ser levantadas. O estacionamento é péssimo e caro. O ideal é já contratar com estacionamento no momento da reserva. Servem vinho aos hóspedes das 17:00 às 18:00h como cortesia, mas se for comprado fora desse horário é caro, principalmente para um vinho desconhecido. Alguns dos funcionários do hotel são nota 10, mas outros parecem estar fazendo estágio e com muito mal humor. O café da manhã é péssimo. Nunca tomei um café da manhã tão ruim. Pior que qualquer café da manhã de beira de estrada no Brasil. Vale pela localização, mas há muitas opções melhores. Estivemos em fevereiro de 2019 por quatro noites.

Fui com a Muriely e queria dizer que não causamos nenhum dano ànenhuma sala ou quarto ou cômodo que seja. Estou tentando falar com eles desde o dia 23 de setembro, mandando e-mail toda semana, e eles não me responderam até hoje. Gostaria de conversar com eles pois a multa foi realmente muito injusta, mas nem o diálogo é possível. O mais engraçado é que a avaliação ruim que a Muriely fez eles responderam rapidinho! Não corram o risco de passar por isso também!

Madelyn, was the very best , she was friendly and informative , very professional as well as helpful . She was extremely attentive to our needs , she even warmed up our food in the microwave "who does that". I will make sure I revisit just because of her service. Its very rare that you feel appreciated by the staff at some of the big hotels. Madelyn took care of everything , and you can tell she loves her job and to me that makes all the difference.

The hotel location is very good. Walking distance from the beach with good restaurants right around the corner.The area is quiet at night which for a business traveler was perfect. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are modest but comfortable and clean. The only notes to improve could be a full body mirror in the room and electric plugs close to the bed.

Quando chegamos ao hotel, fiquei encantado com o atraente lobby em estilo boutique. A área de café da manhã é bastante pequena e, além desses lugares, não há realmente nenhum outro lugar para sair. Eles tiveram um happy hour servindo vinho tinto e branco no saguão. Eu também não liguei, prefiro algo mais doce. Mas eu realmente gostei da atitude dos funcionários. Muito positivo e receptivo. Nosso AC não estava funcionando direito e acabou encharcando o chão. Depois que dissemos a recepção que nos deram um quarto muito melhor para o inconveniente. Funcionários simpáticos, quarto agradável, gostaria que tivessem mais opções de vinho, mas eu gostei disso no geral!

BUGS IN BED . AC CAUSED A SOAKING WET FLOOR NO REMOTE FOR TV IN ROOM. Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NO ONE SPOKE TO US ENTERING IN AND OUT OF HOTEL . THE Complementary breakfast was joke . Literally expired yogurt and bread they keep in freezer. NO WAFFLE MAKER . No eggs no SAUSAGE AND HIDDEN ADDITIONAL HOTEL FEES once you check in. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE . I didn’t even want to give a star to this place its literally a motel 8 with semi decor to make the hotel seem updated and upscale .Oh by the way the hotel manager was hard to even reach she was “ sick” when she checked up in on day one she was fine . A lot of other ppl had the same issues who stayed there .

The hotel is smaller than most (2 floors no elevator) I came for surgery and the afternoon girl at the front desk made sure I had everything I needed. She kept me on the first floor because I wouldn't be able to walk and told me to call the front if I needed anything at all. Even when I felt like I was asking too much she continued her pleasant demeanor and helped me. I felt very taken care of. The breakfast is the only thing I didn't like it's just bagels and yogurt but it's not like eating was on my mind anyway.

When we arrived at the hotel I was charmed with the cute boutique style lobby. The breakfast area is rather small and aside from those places there's not really anywhere else to hang out. They had a happy hour serving red and white wine in the lobby. I didn't care for either, I prefer something sweeter. But I really enjoyed the staffs attitude. Very positive and receptive. Our AC wasn't working right and ended up soaking the floor. After we told the front desk they gave us a much nicer room for the inconvenience. Staff friendly, room nice, wish they had more wine options but I enjoyed this overall!

The room was nice, the bed is comfortable and the water is nice and hot. HOWEVER, this is a $40 quality hotel, NOT the nearly $300 a night I spent. There is NO laundry service, despite the website saying there is. The walls are indeed paper thin (you can hear everything). I tried calling the front desk to see if they could tell the people to keep it down, but no one answered. Its a decent hotel but it gets two stars because it is obscenely overpriced for what you get.

Pequeño hotel limpio y cómodo a 8 min de la playa caminando. El personal amable. No tiene elevador. Por un suplemento tienes internet y el desayuno (croissant yjugo envasado) el cual tienes la opción de buscarlo en recepción o pedirlo al cuarto. La limpieza al cuarto la hacen alternando días y tienes que solicitarlo en recepción con un día de antelación. Proporcionan toallas para la playa.

I recommend this place for everybody. It’s a quiet hotel with private rooms. The beach is close around 3 blocks away. It has a grate and helpful staff. The rooms are really clean which for me it’s very important. Everything works inside the room and there is an ice dispenser in each floor. So if you want to spend some days in Miami Beach and enjoy it just come and visit them.Le recomiendo este lugar a todo el mundo.Es un hotel tranquilo con habitaciones privadas.La playa está muy cerca a unas 3 bloques o cuadras.Tiene un personal servicial, solidario y dispuesto a atender las necesidades de sus clientes. Las habitaciones están muy limpias, lo que para mí es muy importante.Todo funciona dentro de la habitación y hay un dispensador de hielo en cada piso.Así que si quieres pasar unos días en Miami Beach y disfrutarlo solo ven a visitarlos. GRACIAS HOLA OTA HOLA

This hotel is a little hidden gem. Great staff, simple but nice clean room. Easy parking without the madness you have to deal with further south and the beach area is amazing without the crowd. Oh, and for the rates you just can't do any better. (Yes agree, breakfast could improve but plenty of options near by). We will definitely be back!

Hi, I wanted to say how terrible the welcome service at that hotel was. First, I made a reservation and when I got there, there was nobody at the front desk and I stood there for approximately 15 minutes. When one of the staff came to the front desk, the look on his face looked like he was economically discriminating us. Then, he asked us for our information and we gave it to him and he suddenly came up with cheap excuses to not serve us. We left but first I asked him that I wanted a refund from my reservation and he said he put it back but I recently found out they did not. So, they stole my money and it's not like it's a 5-star hotel. I have been in 5-star hotels in a lot of places. This hotel really disappointed us and there is no way that I would recommend anyone to stay here because it's disgusting. Bad service and they stole my money. Never EVER give your credit card information unless they give you your room card first. Actually, don't even think about staying here! There are other hotels nearby that gave us a nice welcome, good service, and a wonderful stay that would exceed 5 stars. And that is why I give The Landon Hotel a 1 star and 👎.

This hotel is very nicr for its price . I stayed at Loews on South Beach and the Hilton on Marco Island for a much higher price, and the quality is the same. The front desk and housekeeping staff were super nice and the hotel itself is very chic and trendy. Our room, including the linens were very clean. Will be staying here again if I go back.

Really nice hotel. The location is awesome. The hotel has been renovated and we think the room is very comfortable, with a king size bed and nice pillows. The hotel staff were really friendly and also received our packages from Amazon.
They have a resort fee of 15 dollars a day that includes Beach towels, Beach Umbrella and complimentary wine from 5 to 6 pm.
The parking lot is free outside from 6pm to 8am. After that you have to pay US 1,25/ per hour. You can easily pay using your phone at Paybyphone website or app. Don't forget to take a picture of your car licence plate. You'll need that for the parking.
Overall it was a great experience.
My only suggestions to the hotel would be to improve their air conditioning system (it could be more silent), and put a better draining in the bathroom, so that the water doesn't go outside the shower.

Best property for the value. Well arranged. Nice and helping staff. They provide you awesome breakfast, which I super liked. Fine collection of wine offered to you every evening in the launge. Location is a plus. Hotel is small.

This hotel is truly a gem. I was not expecting such a clean hotel for the price. I was invited from Hotel Managent to check the hotel and review them. The staff was friendly, even the guy delivering the fresh bagels made sure to tell me they were hot and delicious as he passed by me in the front entrance. What a pleasant stay.

My husband and I loved this hotel. It was very clean, great location, 15 mins to shopping and the beach. Free 5 pm wine, free breakfast and it was a real joy to stay here. Theo at the front desk was very helpful and an outstanding young man. Parking is available for $18 per day and there is no pool, but with the beach so near, you don't really miss it. We would so stay here again.
