Hotel decente em uma localização central. Café-da-manhã foi média para este ponto de preço. O quarto estava limpo e eu dormi bem. A área circundante não é grande. Fica perto de duas estações de metrô. Você pode caminhar até uma mercearia Ralphs. Fiquei no último andar, mas as vistas não são nada de especial. Eu ficaria aqui novamente. Foi abaixo da média para um Residence Inn, que geralmente são hotéis mais agradáveis.

Decent hotel in a central location. Breakfast was average for this price point. The room was clean and I slept well. The surrounding area is not great. It is near two metro stations. You can walk to a Ralphs grocery store. I stayed on the top floor, but the views are nothing special. I would stay here again. It was below average for a Residence Inn, which are usually nicer hotels.

5 estrelas em toda a linha. Você não vai se arrepender de sua estadia. A equipe fará de tudo para que você se sinta bem-vindo. É estacionamento com manobrista apenas com privilégios de entrada e saída. O estacionamento do outro lado da rua é mais barato, mas você não tem privilégios de entrar e sair. Não deixe de ligar e tirar todas as suas dúvidas.

5 stars across the board. You will not regret your stay. The staff will do everything to make you feel welcomed. It's valet parking only with in and out privileges. The parking across the street is cheaper but you do not get in and out privileges. Be sure to call and ask any questions that you might have.

Great location and the rooms are spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and a stove.The valet is pricey around $60, so I parked across the street which is still $40. Pool and gym is also nice . Free breakfast is also a plus

DO NOT stay here. I assume this hotel received good reviews from previous management or something, truly not sure how they're able to get any good reviews at all. Don't get me wrong, the view is spectacular, front desk are very stiff and rude, but... The worst part was the workers walk into the room unannounced while I was in the bathroom. I ordered shower caps, extra towels. The person unlocked the door and proceeded to walk in while I was naked and prepping to enter the shower. I have travelled all over the world alone as a girl, NEVER in my life experienced this.

Location location location! It was great to be in the middle of everything. The free breakfast buffet was surprisingly good with many choices in a spacious and comfortable lounge area. However, the room seemed to be glued together ... things had literally come unglued, eg, the room welcomed us with the room number lying on the floor, the shower shampoo dispenser lying on the floor. Worse, my wife feared for her safety when the elevator juddered up and down and an automated voice came on to warn about "Technical Difficulties". This happened twice in 2 different elevators (after avoiding the first one!). She reported it to the front desk who appropriately responded promptly.

Localização, Vistas e Ótima Decoração!!! Este hotel oferece muitas conveniências ao seu alcance. A cozinha, banheiro e área de dormir superaram minhas expectativas. Mesmo com o hotel localizado no centro, foi muito tranquilo! Fiquei impressionado com o atendimento ao cliente prestado por Ruby, Nadia e Natalie. Eles garantiram que todas as minhas preocupações fossem abordadas em tempo hábil. Com certeza ficarei aqui novamente na minha próxima visita a Los Angeles.

Location, Views and Great Decor!!! This hotel provides many conveniences within reach. The kitchenette, bathroom and sleeping area exceeded my expectations. Even with the hotel located in downtown, it was very quiet! I was amazed with the customer service provided by Ruby, Nadia and Natalie. They made sure all of my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I will definitely stay here again upon my next visit to Los Angeles.

Percebo que um tema comum entre as críticas negativas é a equipe. A localização é moderna, mas a experiência que você obtém na recepção mancha qualquer aspecto positivo deste hotel. A equipe atua como uma gangue e terá prazer em se recusar a responder perguntas sobre sua reserva. Eles também se recusarão a explicar as políticas, entre outras coisas. Eu acredito que tive um encontro racista e estou procurando mais ajuda para denunciar a equipe. Um homem e uma mulher, ambos baixos e rudes. Sinceramente, foi uma experiência bastante horrível e eu não recomendaria. Há muitos hotéis ao redor com melhor atendimento e atendimento ao cliente. Suga para o Marriott, este local não está à altura.

I notice a common theme among negative reviews is the staff. The location is trendy but the experience you get at the front desk tarnishes any positive aspect of this hotel. The staff acts as a gang and will happily refuse to answer questions about your reservation. They will also refuse to explain policies among other things. I do believe I had a racist encounter and I am seeking further assistance with reporting the staff. A man and a woman, both of which were short and rude. It was honestly a quite awful experience and I wouldn’t recommend. There are many hotels around with better customer support and care. Sucks for Marriott this location isn’t up to par.

Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, tienen una zona de cocina ideal para preparar o calentar algo cuando uno aloja con niños. El desayuno (incluido) es algo simple y monótono si uno está varios dias. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, a 15 min de una estación de subway y a 2 min de paradas de buses. Hay mucho comercio en las cercanías; restoranes, supermercados y tiendas en general. Durante la noche es algo solitario el sector, con una cantidad no menor homeless en las calles, pero es una zona segura. Lo único que no me gustó de la habitación fue la puerta corredera (sobrepuesta sobre el vano de la entrada al baño), la cual no tiene seguro para cerrarla lo cual es un problema cuando alojan varias personas en una habitación ya que no ofrece privacidad...
