Excelente hotel ou apart hotel, no quarto tem cafeteira, microondas, lava louças, pratos, copos, taças, pratos, talheres, saca rolhas. Todo dia o pó de café e renovado. Muito bom mesmo!

Atendente de check in desatencioso, ofereceu um quarto muito aquém do que foi solicitado e cobrou pelo upgrade, chegamos no quarto , ele estava sem shampoo e sabonete , cobra por internet e entregas online , infelizmente minha segunda vez no Elara ficou abaixo do esperado, de qualquer maneira é um bom custobeneficio devido a não ter resort fee

Hotel maaaaravilhoso com uma vista linda de Las Vegas. A localização nota 1000. Com estacionamento gratuito... Piscina enorme e voce desce do elevador e já está dentro do centro de compras en Planet Hollywood. Perto de tudo... Fontes Belagio, Ceaser Hotel, Torre Eifel Restaurant, cassinos, muiiitas lojas e restaurantes, enfim... Tudo perfeito.

Esta é a minha segunda estadia neste hotel. A primeira foi em 2014. Continua maravilhoso, conectado ao miracle miles shopping e ao planet Hollywood. O hotel conta com piscina exclusiva e não há casino. O wi-fi é pago, mas rápido. Se voltar à Vegas, me hospedarei novamente aqui.

Hotel sem cassino, integrado ao shopping miracle miles. Estacionamento gratuito com acesso próximo ao lobby do hotel. Piscina tranquila, sem a lotação das piscinas dos demais hotéis da stip. Quartos espaçosos com copa com, pelo menos, frigobar, cafeteira, torradeira e microondas, com louças para 4 pessoas e armários. A vista dos quartos é espetacular! Tem serviço de lavandaria no quarto andar. Marina de gelo em todos os andares. Meu hotel preferido em Las Vegas!

PLEASE don’t make the mistake I did by staying here!! There are so many better hotels for more competitive prices on the strip! I have not checked out yet as unfortunately I booked a nonrefundable rate, thinking that I would be safe with a Hilton hotel. I have been a Hilton honors member for years, and this is going to be the point where I transition to Marriott or one of the other chains. The management is so unbelievably unaccommodating. We checked in and there was hair and stains in our room. It looked like the appliances had not been wiped down. All we got was a “Sorry, we will come in and try to clean it again.” When we requested to have our room cleaned the next night, they did not clean it. But we did get a text at the last second saying that our water was going to be shut off! Imagine getting to your hotel after a long day of sight seeing to a dirty room and you can’t even clean it or take a shower because the water is about to be turned off! We can see they have every type of room available on their website, but they currently are not willing to move us to a different room. I can’t help but to wonder if there’s a level of discrimination going on here since we are mixed couple? I will be calling corporate and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Something I have never actually had to do before with the hotel. I’m not sure what it is, but I have never been treated like this before by any hotel chain. Let alone, Hilton!

The suite rooms are incredible. Loved the full kitchen, projector on the living room window shades and the jacuzzi tub. The pool is amazing, I spent a lot of time there. Also great location! Being connected to the Miracle Mile shops was so convenient and also in great walkable distance to everything in the strip. 10/10 recommend.

We stay here for the quiet and professionalism of this place in such a notoriously crazy city. The lack of casinos and the heightened security makes us feel safe and comfortable when here on businesses. However after a long day of working when returning to our hotel room we fully expected to be able to shower and relax in our hot tub. Obviously we had to pay to have these added amenities and we are currently unable to enjoy them. We called the front desk and to our surprise were told that our rooms would not have water until the early morning (6am) it’s around 10pm and are just hearing of this situation now. They said they had signs up but neither of us saw a single one. We also left our room key in our room when we left and waited in line for a half hour got in line around 9:30 and when we got our replacement key we where still not told that we would not have the BASIC amenities of running water. We also have a kitchen in our room and if we had not ate out tonight we would not have been able to eat and/or wash dishes. We did not receive one single email about this what I would think is a MAJOR inconvenience to most humans. At the VERY LEAST we should have been personally notified when we checked in a few days ago that we should expect this inconvenience during our stay.

Our entire experience with the Elara was amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the rooms and views were SPECTACULAR. I have never stayed in such a nice room! We had such a relaxing week there. I love that the hotel is connected to the Miracle Mile. We did a ton of walking, the location is great! Everything worth seeing or doing is within walking distance. The staff is so eager to help in any way they can and they truly want your vacation to be wonderful. We stayed there by using my parents timeshare points, and I really hope we are able to stay there again!

Time share! Don’t be fulled by the other positive ratings. I’ve been a member of Hilton Honors rewards and this is the first time I rate Hilton hotel this low. Indeed, the rooms have floor to ceiling windows and the views are good enough. The staff was somewhat helpful. However, there are no casino, no restaurants or in-room dining on property. The room has a small “kitchen” which is basically a sink and a microwave. No drinks / snacks offered in room. There’s only one pool where all chairs are “booked” by ghost guests by 10am. They leave their towels and leave for the day - rude! The outside water / drinks arenot allowed in the pool. The toilet sink was clogged. The fan works 24/7 and it’s pretty loud. For the three nights we stayed, the room wasn’t cleaned once. Checkout time is 10am and checkin is 3pm. Seriously, do you need 5 hours to clean the room? Why would guests need to get up and rush to checkout this early? Lastly, right after we checked in, a woman approached us to push us into “touring” the hotel for time share. They don’t tell you of course. Instead, they offer some discount to fill you. That’s a scheme!

First off, the door to our room would not open without ramming it. The bed was very nice, the TV however had issues as well as the alarm clock kept going off. The service from everyone was great. From the valet to the staff everything else was very enjoyable. Won't stay here again and that has a lot to do with Hilton Grand Vacations over the phone. Sadly they are not as honest and well versed in customer service as the places you can stay. Shady charging us for an extra day of valet parking even though we checked out of the hotel the day before. Modified to 3 stars.

The room was amazing, We had the 1 bedroom suite. The location was good too, not too far from the strip. It is in the same building as Planet Hollywood. It is only across the street from the Cosmopolitan. The only complaint I would have is that they asked me if I want daily cleaning and I said "yes" and they only cleaned my room and stocked it up once which is the second day we were there. Our total stay was for four nights. That was disappointing. We had to call them to bring more bath towels and toilet paper at least. There were some areas in the room that were pretty dusty like the phone and the remotes to the T.V. You would think they pay more attention to detail when cleaning considering the environment we live in today.

A good hotel, but could be better. The room is what I love the most. My room is massive with a four people jacuzzi in the bedroom. I have/had a 2 bedroom with most things you could ever asked for. From the hotel lobby to the miracle mall, made shopping, seeing and visiting the strip a breeze. It is usually over 100 degrees, so walking through the mall made the weather tolerable. With floor to ceiling windows (massive windows) in all the rooms, is (still vacationing) one of the things I loved about my rooms. I could see the street lights of the strip while taking a bubble bath, enjoying the strip without having to go outside. I made the jacuzzi my swimming pool since I was not able to use the pool. It was crowded to the point that I could not find one pool seat to sit on. The chairs were reserved by guests, since I could see towels on them with no one sitting or lying down on them. I had to get back to my room, get dressed and go out to the strip. On my first day, I arrived at the hotel from the airport by 1:30am, there was not a single water bottle in the room, I had to go down and request for it. Shouldn't the management consider that guests need water when they arrived ? No one ever tells you the hotel rules. They just take you by surprise. Like you can't take drinks or food to the pool area, and that there is hotel fees (for hotel activities) to be paid and how much. You just get charged a day later. I don't mind paying it, but I need to be told while checking in. The valets are the best, I had gone to grocery shopping ( because I love to make my own breakfast) and bought much more than I wanted. One of the valets made sure to take all my items and delivered it to my room.Overall, it was an amazing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely stay again and I highly recommend Elara hotel

La primera vez que nos alojamos salio todo de maravilla (en Febrero de 2017). Por eso decidimos repetir este Febrero de 2019, pero nada resulto como antes. Nos dieron malas habitaciones, perdimos un dia para que nos cambiaran a otra habitación, luego hubo un dia que no nos hicieron el cuarto (limpieza), el hotel se nota que ya tiene sus años y le hacen poco mantenimiento, hay habitaciones que necesitan mejorar varias cosas que estan rotas. Dejo mucho que desear por ser Hilton.

El hotel es muy lindo, las camas son super cómodas y la limpieza es buena. La pileta es muy accesible y está en el mismo nivel que el lobby. También en el mismo piso posee un Starbucks y comunicación directa con un shopping. Es un hotel muy recomendable. También tiene una muy buena ubicacion.

Hotel de una gran categoría, un trato exquisito, personal muy profesional y amable, las instalaciones impecables, amplias y lujosas, las habitaciones con grandes vistas a la ciudad a través de enormes cristaleras, una piscina bastante amplia pero sólo de 1 metro de profundidad, para refrescar y tomar unas copas en el bar piscina es suficiente. Pegado al hotel un centro comercial inmenso, lleno de tiendas y restaurantes donde los precios son asequibles aunque nos parezca mentira, en fin un lugar perfecto para conocer las Vegas porque además está en un sitio muy céntrico y estratégico.

En general el hotel no está mal, si alguien de la limpieza no me hubiera ROBADO mi nuevo iphone X, probablemente le habría dado 4 estrellas. Nunca me he encontrado con ladrones en un hotel, nunca esperaría que esto ocurriera en un hotel de 4 estrellas de Las Vegas. Alguien del servicio de limpieza robó el iphone sin abrir de mi maleta. Lo peor es cómo lo intentaron solucionar, más bien cómo intentaron no meterse en problemas, uno de seguridad vino a nuestra habitación, tomó varias fotos y nos hizo rellenar un formulario, y eso fue todo lo que hicieron. Si fuera otro hotel del Strip probablemente intentarían recompensar de alguna manera para no arruinarte todo el viaje, bueno al final, Elara no es un hotel del mismo estandard que los otros hoteles de Strip, si quieres tener una buena experiencia en las Vegas, no te recomiento para nada este hotel, mejor ir a uno especializado en Vegas Experience, con casino, discoteca etc. No quiero ser extrema, pero creo que no volveré a confiar nunca más en un hotel de Hilton.

Hotel tranquilo para las 1000 habitaciones que tiene, sin casino mejor, dentro de un centro comercial y al lado del street, no se paga el extra por resot, y si eliges una habitación superior puede ser más grande que tú casa. Cocina con todo lo que necesitas, jacuzzi en la habitación, proyector en el salón, etc....

Muy buen hotel, las habitaciones son comodas y limpias. Recomendado para familias, se encuentra dentro de un shopping por lo cual se tiene facil acceso a patios de comida. Se encuentra en las Vegas Strip, muy conveniente!en el lobby hay un Starbucks abierto las 24 horas del día!

Hotel muy moderno, impecable, muy cerca de principales lugares a visitar, habitaciones muy amplias y muy buena vista. Tengan en cuenta que las excursiones que ofrecen pueden conseguirse via web ofuera del hotel a mucho menor precio. Lo de los descuentos que ofrecen a la llegada del pasajero no son convenientes. Internet es pago a casi USD 10 por día. En el Starbuck de PB es free.
