Primeiro, só estou aqui porque não tive escolha. Agora para o meu comentário. Meu vaso sanitário não flui, a porta é pendurada de modo a impedir que a trava ou o parafuso de giro se encaixem, as placas-chave falham 90% do tempo. Meu AC não vai ficar por mais do que alguns minutos, mesmo quando eu definir a 60 graus. Vamos! É Nova Orleans em agosto! Eu tive que ir para a mesa do 4º andar 4 vezes para fazê-los fazer o meu cartão funcionar, a solução deles era "agarrar a porta com força real". Para lavar o vaso sanitário, eu tinha que encher a lata de lixo com água e despejar no vaso sanitário. Esta é a experiência mais horrível que já tive em um hotel. Estou nervosa que minha porta não trava (mas preparada * piscadinha *) Enviei fotos de suas baratas. Estes incluem a barata na minha cama. Entrei em contato com o Better Business Bureau. O gerente disse-me que era comum as baratas infestarem os hotéis porque era a Louisiana. Eu inspeciono cafeterias neste estado, eu não vejo baratas naquelas ...

Fiquei aqui na noite passada e tinha pago e reservado um quarto para não fumadores apenas para ser colocado em um andar de fumar, eles deram o nosso quarto. Grande bola de cabelo no chão do banheiro, manchas de batom na fronha. Café-da-manhã continental foi Vazio, não mantido e foi apenas 8:30. Plus: Os funcionários da recepção são muito simpáticos e profissionais. A primeira dica deveria ter sido quando chegamos atrás do NOPD que corria para dentro do prédio. Ah, e não esqueça o contato oi de toda a erva daninha que está sendo fumada neste lugar. Completo desperdício de dinheiro !!!

Este hotel é de longe o pior lugar que eu já consegui na Hotwire, que usei várias vezes em vários locais, incluindo outras em Nova Orleans. Certamente não 2,5 estrelas, nem mesmo uma estrela realmente. Os cheiros no edifício são uma mistura de urina e fumaça. O chão do salão estava coberto de manchas e lixo. Na sala, eu nem sabia o que secava e grudava nas paredes, havia uma gaveta com papel de chiclete, utensílios, brilho labial, estojo de contato, etc. meu marido estava cansado de sair da banheira e quase caiu. Lembre-se de que estávamos lá devido a um Nuerosurgeon por lesão nas costas. O café da manhã era uma piada! Desci após o check-in e disse que íamos comer não havia deixado nada no quarto e pedi que as coisas deixadas na gaveta fossem removidas e a parede limpa enquanto estávamos comendo. Isso nunca foi feito. O agente da manhã nem se deu o trabalho de me receber ou sair da cadeira, apenas coçou a cabeça e perguntou o que eu precisava. O estacionamento estava cheio de pessoas sentadas no capô de seus carros. Eu nunca recebi um hotel sem nome da Hotwire assim antes e acho que não vou usá-lo novamente.

Este lugar é absolutamente deplorável. Publicidade falsa como nenhum dos seus quartos têm camas queen size, eles são todos em tamanho maior. Que pode ser porque as saias de cama oversized estão drapejando sobre o assoalho. O primeiro quarto que eles nos tinham tinha mofo preto visível. Em 3 quartos que vimos, as paredes são imundos, as banheiras são antigos, enferrujado e manchado, pintura descascando as paredes, os telefones no quarto não funcionam, eu tive que usar o meu telefone celular para ligar para a recepção. Nenhum serviço de limpeza, por isso nada foi limpo ou arrumado, eu tive que ir até a recepção para obter toalhas limpas. Os corredores e os quartos fedem. A recepção guy pulverizado febrrez no segundo quarto. Manchas no tapete. Manchas no lençóis e cortina de chuveiro. O café da manhã era muito mínimo e nem sequer comer. O segundo andar tinha um velho mini-frigorífico sentado lá que vazou líquido marrom que foi apenas à esquerda. Nossa porta do armário só tinha uma porta. Não havia alarme de fumaça no quarto. Este lugar precisa de uma renovação completa. O jovem na recepção foi bom e tentou o melhor que podia, mas ele sabe o que está acontecendo.

Eu fiquei recentemente neste fim de semana passado, e lamento dizer que não foi um ótimo hotel. A imagem está na linha que eles afirmam, para ser agradável e limpa, NÃO faz justiça quando você chega. O primeiro quarto que cheirava a fumaça. Nós mudamos imediatamente os quartos em alguns quartos limpos. Para começar, os armários do corredor estavam muito sujos e as paredes do corredor. Quando chegamos ao nosso quarto, as portas estavam muito sujas e a pintura descascava das portas. O quarto era muito desagradável. O sofá tinha manchas desagradáveis. Viramos almofadas e foi pior. Estava rasgado e com manchas de tinta. A maioria das luzes não acendeu. Era difícil dormir no colchão. Muito elástico e muito desconfortável. O banheiro tinha mofo e manchas nas paredes. Encontramos uma barata enorme no chuveiro - o banheiro não estava nivelado. As curtinas estavam na metade da haste com buracos. Eu tinha dado uma estrela, porque você tinha que dar uma para escrever uma resenha. Vi outros comentários que outros clientes escreveram e a resposta da gerência ... foi basicamente o mesmo "Obrigado por sua estadia", analisaremos o problema. Parece que a gerência não fez alterações no hotel a partir dos comentários de datas mais antigos que li. Eu não recomendo ficar neste hotel. Gaste o dinheiro, se puder, para ter uma estadia limpa melhor e confortável em outro HOTEL!

Havia um odor horrível de mofo em todo o hotel. Para um hotel para não fumantes, tivemos que trocar de quarto 4 vezes antes de encontrarmos um que não cheirasse a charutos ou maconha, mas não havia como escapar daquele aroma de mofo em qualquer cômodo. Quartos muito, muito sujos, com mofo nas paredes, carpetes e lençóis da cama. Nunca mais irei. 100% não recomendam ficar aqui.

Había un horrible olor a moho en todo el hotel. Para un hotel para no fumadores tuvimos que cambiar de habitación 4 veces antes de encontrar uno que no oliera a cigarros o marihuana, pero no había escapatoria de ese olor a moho en ninguna habitación. Muy, muy sucias habitaciones con moho que crece en las paredes, alfombras y sábanas. Nunca más volveré. El 100% no recomienda alojarse aquí.

There was an aweful odor of mildew throughout the entire hotel. For a non smoking hotel we had to change rooms 4 times before we found one that didn't smell like cigs or weed, but there was no escaping that mildew scent in any room. Very, very dirty rooms with mold growing on the walls, carpet, and bed sheets. Won't ever go again. 100% don't recommend staying here.

Great pricing and great customer service lousy attitude from the new owners. I have a handicap person that stays with me and they were bugging her about rent payment. And also there was always lots of noise. They also have no handicap facilities. And are not willing to allow someone to make the necessary changes to make a room accessible for a wheelchair bound person.

This hotel is by far the worst place I've ever gotten from Hotwire which I've used several times for several locations including other times in New Orleans. Certainly not 2.5 stars not even a one star really. The smells in the building is a mixture of urine and smoke. The hall floors were covered in stains and trash. The room had I don't even know what dried and stuck to the walls, there was a drawer with gum paper, utensils, lip gloss, contact case, etc. The pillows were awful, there was no comforter, the handicap rail broke as my husband tired to get out of the tub and he almost fell. Mind you we were there due to going see a Nuerosurgeon for a back injury. The breakfast was a joke!I went down after check in said we were going eat had left nothing in the room and asked that the stuff left in the drawer be removed and the wall wiped while we were out eating. It never got done. The morning agent didn't even bother to greet me or get out of the chair just scratched their head and asked what I needed. The parking lot was filled with people sitting on the hoods of their cars. I've never gotten a no name hotel from Hotwire like this before and I don't think I'll be using it again.

This place is absolutely deplorable. False advertising as none of thier rooms have queen beds, they are all full size. Which may be why the oversized bed skirts are draping over the floor. The first room they have us had visible black mold. In 3 rooms that we saw, the walls are filthy, the tubs are old, rusted and stained, paint peeling off the walls, the in room phones don't work, I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. No maid service, so nothing was cleaned or tidyed up, I had to go down to the front desk to get clean towels. The hallways and rooms stink. The front desk guy sprayed febrrez in the 2nd room. Stains in the carpet. Stains on the bed sheets and shower curtain. Breakfast was very minimal and we didn't even eat. The 2nd floor had an old mini fridge sitting there that had leaked brown fluid that was just left there. Our closet door only had one door. There was no smoke alarm in the room. This place needs a complete renovation. The young guy at the desk was nice and tried the best he could, but he knows what's going on.

I recently stayed this past weekend, and im sorry to say it was not a great Hotel. The picture's on line they claim, to be nice and clean, does NO justice when you arrive. The first room we got smelled of smoke. We immediately changed rooms ti a some what clean room. To start off, the closets in the hall were very dirty as well as the walls in the hall. As we got to our room, the doors were very dirty and paint peeling from the doors. The room was very Nasty. The couch had nasty stains. We turned tge cushions and it was worse. It was torn and what look like ink stains. Most lights didn't turn on. The mattress were hard to sleep on. Very springy and very uncomfortable. The rest room had mold and stains all over the walls. We found a huge roach in the shower😠 the toilet didnt not flush right. The curtins were half off the rod with holes. I had gave it one star, because you had to give one in order to write a review. I saw other reviews other customers wrote and managements response....was mostly the same "Thank you for your stay" we will look into the problem. Seems Management has made no changes to the hotel from the older date reviews I read. I highly would not recommend staying at this hotel. Spend the money if you can to have a better comfortable clean stay at another HOTEL!

The entire place smelled like weed. The pool was closed. The "continental" breakfast was a joke and looked disgusting. There were issues going in and out of the property due to several visitors or employees parking in red zones. The key card did not work to open an entrance closest to the elevator. Once we entered our room, their was a lightbulb missing from a lamp! Next, the water shut off. And finally the lights in the bathroom and hallway shut off. If you plan to visit New Orleans for all the tourist attractions, skip this place and spend a little bit more money to stay in or near the French Quarter. Trust me, you will be happier.

They had 5 roaches in the hotel room. No Good Breakfast. Bad Gym. Pee in the toilet. Windows don't lock. Windows can open from the outside. No good customer service. A/C doesn't work. No cable. Insect droppings. This is THE WORST HOTEL EVER.

Stayed here last night and had payed for and reserved a non smoking room only to be put in a smoking floor, they gave our room away. Large ball of hair in bathroom floor, lipstick stains on pillow case.Continental breakfast was empty, not maintained and it was only 8:30. Plus: Desk staff are very nice and professional.First hint should have been when we pulled in behind NOPD who ran inside the building. Oh and don't forget the contact hi from all the weed being smoked in this place. Complete waste of money!!!

I didn't actually stay at this hotel, so this review has nothing to do with the facility or even the staff. It is about the general manager. My daughter tried to make reservations for the hotel at their website, but she had some difficulty and wasn't sure if the reservation was actually made or not, so she called the hotel directly. The man that answered the phone, who was apparently the general manager, told her he was too busy checking in guests to help her and she would have to call back. That was quite understandable and fine. She called back about an hour later. The same guy answered and once again told her he was too busy checking in guests and that she would need to call back. Once again, that's quite understandable, but when she asked him when she should call back, all he said was later. He didn't bother to get her name and phone number and call her when he had a free moment, which would have been a very good customer service. Also, why did he keep answering the phone just to say, "I'm too busy, call back later." It seems that not answering at all would have been the better option it he wasn't planning on collecting her contact information.
At this point, by daughter was very worried. She didn't know whether or not she had a reservation and she had entered her credit card information into this hotels website. She didn't know how to proceed, so she called me. I told her I would call the hotel. I finished what was working on and called the hotel about 30 minutes after talking to her. A nice young lady answered and I told her why I was calling. I also said that my daughter had called twice before and had been told to call back. The young lady confirmed that my daughter did not have a reservation, but then she said to give her a moment. I thought she was checking to see if a room was available but about a minute later, a man came on the phone and said he was the general manager and he immediately began to berate me for calling, He said my daughter and I were being rude and that he was invoking Louisiana's right to deny service and he was canceling my daughter's reservation -- a reservation that the young lady had just told me did not exist. At any rate, after listening to this guy berate me for another 10 or 15 seconds, I told him he was a jackass and I didn't want my daughter to stay there. I hate to use language like that, but sometimes it is appropriate.
You may stay at this hotel and have a great experience, but as for me, I will never stay at this place. Baymont Inn & Suites should seriously consider if their current general manager has the appropriate temperament and personality to serve in his current capacity.

First, I'm only here because I didn't have a choice in the matter. Now on to my review. My toilet won't flush, the door is hung crooked which prevents the deadbolt or swing bolt from engaging, the key cards fail 90% of the time. My AC won't stay on for more than a few minutes, even when I set it at 60 degrees. Come on! It's New Orleans in August! I had to go to the desk from the 4th floor 4 times to get them to make my card work, their solution was "snatch on the door real hard." In order to flush my toilet, I had to fill the trash can with water and pour it down the toilet. This is the most horrific experience I've ever had in a hotel. I'm nervous that my door won't lock (but prepared *wink wink*) I uploaded pictures of their roaches. These include the roach in my bed. I contacted the better business Bureau. The manager told me that it was common for roaches to infest hotels because it was Louisiana. I inspect cafeterias in this state, I don't see roaches in those...

For $80 per night on the outskirts of a major city, you would expect better service. The staff was rude and confrontational when calling me the day of my checkout and saying I was supposed to leave the previous day. I had had a friend pay an additional day by calling their 800 number in India within an hour of my check-in the first day! I guess the system is jacked up because the hotel never got the confirmation and we had to print and fax the confirmation email.There was a large amount of mold growing in the corner of the bathroom that I reported and was told someone would take care of it. I waited an hour and then stepped into the hall and pointed it out to the cleaning lady, who spoke 0 English. She sprayed it with something and left.An attempt was made to enter my room by staff without a knock on the door! Luckily I had the deadbolt thing in place or I might have gone PTSD on their @55! :D When I complained about that, the staff told me they didn't know anyone was there, even though there was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Regardless, it is a good policy in a hotel to ALWAYS knock first right? Am I wrong?I would give this hotel a 1 out of 10 only because the complimentary breakfast was decent.
