Treated my sister and her husband to a stay at the Hay-Adams & it’s one of the very few times I can say that it was absolutely worth every cent. Our rooms were impeccable, every member of the staff we encountered was genuinely caring, & every meal we ate was exceptional. Everything exceeded my expectations. I’ve never experienced anything like it; they must go out of their way to hire the best of the best & treat them well because nothing fell short of absolute excellence. I don’t think I could ever stay anywhere else in the city. It made our time in DC magical.

A memorable experience for my partner and I, the Hay Adams is not only delightfully appointed, but elegance lives here. Colette, the supervisor, is not only professional and caring, but a lovely person in general! She oversaw our stay and made it special. Oh, and the cherry blossoms were beautiful too!

Esta foi uma experiência! Do meu quarto posso ver a casa branca e uma vista tão maravilhosa! Tirei as melhores fotos! O bar do hotel foi ótimo e uma equipe maravilhosa nos cumprimentou. Tivemos muitos quartos reservados e muitos da minha família vieram e todos gostaram! Eu recomendo!

This was an experience! From my room I can see the white house and such a wonderful view! I took the best pictures! The hotel bar was great and wonderful staff greeted us. We had many rooms booked and so many of my family came along and everyone enjoyed! I highly recommend!

What an amazing experience. The location of the hotel is spectacular, the service is amazing and the rooms are beautiful. Special thanks to Brian Thomasson for going above and beyond to make sure my twin boys felt special during the stay. If you truly want a memorable experience, you cannot stay anywhere else. We plan to come back soon…many thanks for the fantastic memories.

No geral, apenas uma experiência incrível. Eu lhes daria 4,5 estrelas. Principalmente porque após a nossa estadia, encontramos alguns danos no aro e pneus do estacionamento com manobrista. Trabalhando com sua gestão para resolvê-lo. Reservei isso através da Amex Platinum. O processo de check-in deles foi incrível. De portas abertas a todos sabendo seu nome, ótimo. Este hotel fica à direita na rua da Casa Branca. Apenas uma localização incrível. Quarto foi great com St. John vista da igreja. Quarto era espaçoso. Chuveiro tinha uma pressão incrível. Gostei do pequeno toque de água e tangerinas. O serviço de abertura de cama também foi ótimo, pois não esperávamos. Nós definitivamente voltaremos. Restaurante e bar/lounge nas instalações são surpreendentes.

Avaliação de pessoa comum: visitando do Sul, e é uma maneira estranha de digitar uma avaliação sobre como os funcionários de um hotel podem fazer você se sentir como uma família aqui enquanto pensa em como é o trabalho deles fazê-lo. Não é um sorriso forçado que eles colocam, mas sim uma atmosfera genuína em tudo o que eles fazem por você. Minha cama era arrumada várias vezes ao dia, minhas roupas sujas estavam cuidadosamente dobradas em uma pequena área do quarto e eu sempre tinha toalhas limpas. (É apenas uma grande coisa para mim)Como eu disse antes, a equipe foi mais do que acolhedora! Um senhor abriu a porta com um sorriso do lado de fora, e outro abriu com um sorriso do lado de dentro. Eu não sou nada de especial, mas a equipe da Hay Adams com certeza me fez sentir como se eu fosse a pessoa mais importante a visitar nos próximos dias!Café-da-manhã foi excelente; novamente, eu sou um sulista, então o café da manhã é nosso alimento básico. Não tivemos a chance de ver o bar da cobertura depois de caminhar 8 milhas por DC porque estávamos cansados, mas tudo no interior e no restaurante era perfeito. Como eu disse no início é exatamente o que eu quero dizer ao terminar; é uma maneira muito difícil de descrever como esse prédio e a equipe fazem você se sentir da família, e não apenas um residente temporário para preencher uma cota de orçamento. Há realmente uma sensação indescritível de que entrar no Hay Adams é como ir a uma casa de parentes distantes. Você não os vê todos os dias, mas quando chega pela primeira vez na varanda da frente, é recebido com uma recepção calorosa que faz você se sentir como se estivesse fora há apenas algumas horas. 5 estrelas.

Average person review: visiting from the South, and it’s an odd way to type out a review on how employees at a hotel can make you feel like you’re family here while thinking about how it’s their job to do so. It’s not a forced smile they put on, but rather a genuine atmosphere in all that they do for you. My bed was made multiple times a day, my dirty clothes were neatly folded in a small area in the room and I always had fresh towels. (It’s just a big thing for me)
As I said before, the staff was more than welcoming! One gentlemen opened the door with a smile outside, and another opened it with a smile on the inside. I’m not anything special, but the Hay Adams staff sure did make me feel as if I was the most important person visiting for the next few days!
Breakfast was outstanding; again, I’m a Southerner so breakfast is our staple. Didn’t get a chance to see the rooftop bar after walking 8 miles around DC because we were tired but everything about the inside and restaurant were perfect. As I said in the beginning is exactly what I want to say by ending; it’s a very hard way to describe how this building and staff make you feel like you’re family, and not just a temporary resident to fill a budget quota. There’s truly an indescribable feeling that walking into the Hay Adams is just like going to a distant relatives house. You don’t see them every day, but when you first arrive on the front porch, you’re greeted with a warm welcoming that makes you feel as if you’ve only been gone a few hours. 5 stars.

Lugar muito bonito, luxuoso, equipe bem educada. Deve se lembrar que a vista para a casa Branca nãoé aberta aos clientes, mas vc pode visitá-laacompanhado de algum funcionáriose nãohouver algum evento no dia. Portanto se for hospedar láapenas com o intuito de tirar uma foto (q por sinal fica muito bonita) pode acontecer de não conseguir. Eu retirei uma estrela, nãode as 5 porque o hotel pede um valor no momento q você hospeda para possíveis eventualidades e esse valor deve ser devolvido depois que vc faz o check out, num prazo de aproximadamente 1 semana. O problema que no meu caso levou quase dois mesese meu esposo teve que mandar diversos emails para que o valor finalmente fosse depositado. Nãoé algo legal, acho que eles deveriam ter mais capricho nessa parte do atendimento e cumprir com o tempo limite que dão,sendo que esse tempo por si sójáé longo.
