O dia do check-in no quarto cheira como se alguém tivesse acabado de fumar um maço de cigarros e a pia do banheiro estivesse inundada. Recepção avisada e ninguém fez nada sobre nem mesmo oferecer um quarto diferente. Foi-me dito pelo funcionário durante a noite que este não era um hotel cinco estrelas, oh e antes que eu me esqueça também havia mofo preto nas paredes do banheiro e teto.
Day of check in room smells as if someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in it and the bathroom sink was flooded. Advised reception and no one did anything about not even offer a different room. I was told by the over night employee that this was not a five star hotel, oh and before I forget there was also black mold in the bathroom walls and celling.

where do I even start...? The one good thing about this place was that it was able to accommodate us last minute. Checked the prices on booking and decided to go. We were gonna pay there as we were a few minutes away. When we got to the desk it was almost double the price. So we booked online then they couldn't see the reservation so this took about 15 to 20 minutes. Once we got to the room we thought it was a joke.... The TV was falling off the wall, the sink and shower were backed up with water and other nasties. The few plugs in the room did not work as they were falling out of the wall. It was a no smoking room but reeked of smoke! Then came the night... and to say we were scared would be an understatement. There was groups of people banging on our door all night, yelling and trying to open the door. Check out was 11am, but they were knocking on our door just before 10am asking us to leave. Don't stay here unless it is your last option! Unfortunately we told the workers and they did not care at all.
Antigo, sem manutenção visível, toda a instalação precisa de atualizações sérias. Pelo menos as camas, lençóis e toalhas estavam limpos. Chuveiro não tinha lugar para pendurar toalhas, nenhum lugar para colocar xampu de sabão, etc e era muito pequeno e estreito. Os ralos do chuveiro e da pia funcionaram bem (ficaram em lugares melhores onde os ralos estavam completamente entupidos). O estacionamento é apertado, muito pouco espaço de manobra, um pouco aleatório (carros estacionados em direções diferentes), a saída do lado oposto está trancada e inutilizável. Paredes do quarto quase finas como papel. Fique se você não pode pagar em nenhum outro lugar.
Old, no visible maintenance, the whole facility needs serious upgrades. At least beds, sheets and towels were clean. Shower had no place to hang towels, no place to put soap shampoo, etc and it was very small & narrow. Shower and sink drains worked well though (have stayed in better places where drains were completely clogged). Parking is tight very little room to maneuver, somewhat haphazard (cars parked facing different directions), opposite side exit is locked and unusable. Room walls almost paper thin. Stay if you can't afford anywhere else.

O atendimento aqui é maravilhoso! Eu gostei da minha estadia aqui. Quartos muito espaçosos para quem procura algo confortável para a família ou apenas para viajar sozinho. Os quartos são limpos e a cama confortável foi definitivamente um plus.
The service here is wonderful! I enjoyed my stay here. Very spacious rooms if you’re looking for something comfortable for the family or just traveling alone. Rooms are clean & the comfy bed was definitely a plus.
Pegamos o último quarto quando chegamos às 20h30. Estava limpo, mas não havia ganchos ou cabides e a mobília estava marcada e alguns anões estavam pendurados. O banheiro era torneira nova na pia. Como este era o último quarto disponível, provavelmente era o pior que eles tinham. Há uma pequena TV com canais limitados. O preço é baixo e a localização é boa, por isso, se os outros quartos estiverem em melhores condições, é razoável
We got the last room as we arrived at 8:30PM. It was clean but there were no hooks or hangers and the furniture was scarred and some dwarves were hanging down. The bathroom was new faucet in the sink.Since this was the last room available it was probably the worst one they had. There's a small TV with limited channels. The price is low and the location is good so if the other rooms are in better condition its reasonable

They were really accommodating there and they realized I had my dog with me which which wasn't allowed instead of instead of kicking me out they let me stay until my check out date and just ask me not to bring a dog next time which was really cool, karma and when I was checking out I wasn't ready at the checkout time So they extended it 30 minutes and then gave me another 20 minutes after that and still continue to be very very nice about it all! They are very understanding and very professional. Not only were they very understanding with me but they also have the best prices of any other motels in the valley and they are super clean and comfortable. (: Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and for being so understanding with me.

Solo la tina no es muy limpia pero buena atención y muy buen precio
Es un sitio horrible, inseguro, está rodeado de gente de la calle y delicuentes que incluso entran al hotel. A mi me persiguió un hombre y pude refugiarme rápidamente. Verdaderamente no lo recomiendo para nada. Las toallas estaban sucias y el baño peor. Que sea su última opción, por su seguridad física y su bienestar.

La fachada del edificio es bonita, pero el interior no tanto, las camas no son tan cómodas, la avitacion está bien pero el servicio no tan bueno y el estacionamiento demaciado chico....
