Amamos nossa estadia aqui. A única desvantagem era que algumas pessoas não estavam prestando muita atenção ao distanciamento social nos elevadores. No entanto, isso não é um reflexo deste hotel incrível. A cama era super confortável. Eu amei o banheiro e a equipe foi mais do que acolhedora. Há um WaWa (uma delicatessen / loja de conveniência) do outro lado da rua, junto com Chopt (restaurante de saladas) e DC Pizza. Transporte público, lojas, restaurantes e muito mais estão a curta distância. Certamente estaremos de volta!

Me encantó nuestra estancia aquí. El único inconveniente era que algunas personas no prestaban demasiada atención al distanciamiento social en los ascensores. Sin embargo, eso no es un reflejo de este increíble hotel. La cama era super cómoda. Me encantó el baño y el personal fue más que servicial. Hay un WaWa (un deli / tienda de conveniencia) al otro lado de la calle, junto con Chopt (restaurante de ensaladas) y DC Pizza. Transporte público, tiendas, restaurantes y más está a poca distancia. ¡Seguro que volveremos!

Loved our stay here. The only downside was some people weren’t paying too close attention to social distancing in the elevators. However, that isn’t a reflection of this amazing hotel. The bed was super comfortable. I loved the bathroom and the staff was more than accommodating. There is a WaWa (a deli/convenience store) across the street, along with Chopt (salad eatery) and DC Pizza. Public trans, shopping, dining and more is within walking distance. We will surely be back!

This hotel is one of my favorite places to stay because of the apparent calming atmosphere!! Both the food and the service are exceptional in contrast. This is a version that you must try!

Took constant smoke breaks outside wearing gore Tex hunting overalls ($600) and went to a hiking store and spent another $700 on a windproof gore tech wear jacket and was as close to warm as you could be outside. Took smoke breaks outside only. Was charged for smoking in the room even though that never happened and I went far out of my way to smoke outside no matter the hour. I wonder if they systematically do this to younger guests.

El ambiente es bueno y el lugar es bonito. Sin embargo la comunicación entre los miembros del staff es desastrosa. Nos quedamos 6 noches nunca hicieron la limpieza y entraron por dos ocasiones a nuestra habitación cuando estábamos ahí. Además cargaron a nuestra habitación artículos que no habíamos pedido. Un desastre!

Not Happy! ~check-in was a hassle. Customer service unable to use my card, which worked seamlessly everywhere else this weekend. I was left with no choice but to place a $200 “amenities hold” on my debit card. ~Waited 4 hours for a playpen. ~Requested late checkout due to 9-12:30 virtual meeting, given 1/2 hour (not enough time) ~Requested comment card: DENIED. The only positive: Rooms were clean. Don’t expect to book here again.
