Eu estava querendo comprar um condomínio 2br / 2ba lá que atualmente é um aluguel. O lugar parece ser um hotel / resort que, creio, é. Cozinha foi remodelada e agradável, mas o resto parecia desgastado. Há uma parede que separa o LivingRoom e a cozinha, o que torna os corredores bem estreitos. Estava razoavelmente limpo, mas a ventilação de CA estava coberta de poeira. Não há cuidado suficiente para os detalhes. Como um aluguel de baixo orçamento, está tudo bem, mas não gostaria de ficar lá por um longo período de tempo, como por mais de uma ou duas semanas. Lugares muito mais agradáveis na área imediata.

I was looking to buy a 2br/2ba condo there which currently is a rental. Place looks like its a hotel/resort which I believe it is. Kitchen has been remodeled and nice, but rest looked worn. There's a wall separating LivingRoom and kitchen, which makes hallways and such narrow. Was fairly clean, but AC vent was caked with dust. Not enough care to detail. As a low-budget rental, it's okay, but wouldn't want to be there for extended period of time like for more than a week or two. Much nicer places in the immediate area.

So you don't clean rooms during the pandemic, that's great. You don't have a mask and gloves to clean the rooms with. And I was charged a random $45 incidental fee for what? Next time I go to borrego I will be staying somewhere else, I have never been charged a random fee like that at a hotel.

The rooms are the only thing available, everything else is closed due to the pandemic. Felt a bit like the movie The shining. A half expected Jack to come wandering down the hallway and say here's Johnny

Entrei no corredor onde meu quarto estava localizado e estava a mais de 100 graus. Acordei depois da primeira noite com coceira no meu braço esquerdo, como picadas de insetos, e descubro que parece que os lençóis não foram lavados e cobertos com pêlos de animais pretos. máquina de café também era desagradável. A equipe da recepção é amigável e educada, e foi por isso que dei a 2 🌟

Walked into the hall where my room was located and it was over 100 degrees. Woke up after the first night itchy with bumps on my left arm like bug bites, come to.find out it looks like the sheets were not washed and covered with black pet hair. coffee machine was nasty as well. Front desk staff is friendly and polite which is why I gave the 2 🌟

Quiet get away! What a wonderful golf course. Relaxing and the staff was friendly and rooms were clean and huge! Living room, kitchen and bathrooms in the rooms were great.
