New hotel so everything was very clean and in great shape. We loved the free charger for our electric car. The location is great- it felt safe, lots of food options nearby, and right off I-15. I would probably give this place 5 stars if it weren’t for COVID, but Hyatt could really do better with their breakfast in these times. We usually stay at Hyatt place brand because of their breakfast buffet. Everything was grab and go and had very limited options and limited stock or out of items when we went down for breakfast. Overall, we would stay here again because we don’t like the atmosphere usually found in Las Vegas, and this was a nice escape from that.

Needed a place while passing through this place is fairly new and very clean. We had a nice quiet stay with a nice grab and go breakfast (due to covid) and it was great! Nice breakfast sandwich with yogurt cereal and oatmeal! Convenient location off the strip but shopping and casino within walking distance.

It was overall pretty good; I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could, but it's either 3 or 4; so 3 because they only have 1 microwave for (COVID-19) breakfast and there was no microwave in the room! When you offer oatmeal and frozen egg sandwiches, you need 2-3 microwaves to respect your guests time, or add a microwave to each room like even lesser hotels do. Yes, there was hot water, but it was a very small container, so not suitable for multiple guests to use other than for tea. Also, the room water (sink) also had the same treated (soft water w salt added) water the shower did, so you'll want to buy some bottled water or ask for some there. They were also understaffed; if you called the front desk, you got no one except voicemail. Check-in and out were both very slow; it seems their process is slow. That's all the bad stuff; the staff was nice and the hotel clean with nice updated rooms. The water pressure was slightly low, but the pocket door to the bathroom was nice. TV Channel selection was pretty good too. I also appreciated the EV charging in the parking lot, there was plenty of it and that is great for those with EVs or plug in hybrids. Walking distance to the Silverton Casino.
