Hotel muito bonito. Quartos pequenos para estadias longas. Bem localizado para quem não gosta de confusão. Pessoal eficiente.

Os quartos são bastante pequenos, mas totalmente acessíveis. O próprio hotel é bonito e bem conservado. O nosso quarto era muito limpo, assim como o lobby e bar / lounge. Você não pode superar a localização. Fica a dez minutos de carro do United Center e a uma curta caminhada do Millenium Park. A área ao redor é segura e cheia de bons lugares para comer e visitar. Vida noturna muito vibrante.

The rooms are fairly small but entirely serviceable. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was very clean as was the lobby and bar/lounge. You can't beat the location. It's a ten minute drive to the United Center and within walking distance of Millenium Park. The area around it is safe and full of good places to eat and visit. Very vibrant night life.

The rooms are ok. There is no coffee machine in the rooms, rather old construction. There is no freezer in the room. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. In addition, they do not clean the room due to Covid measures. Do not recommend.

We used the Hotel Allegro for our wedding block and held our rehearsal at the Allegro. We and all of our guests had a great experience throughout. The lobby was beautiful for photos and the hotel bar was great. The rooms were clean and the staff was attentive to all of our questions and requests.

Amazing property in a GREAT location. When you search reviews they say the rooms are small (they are). The walls are thin (we didn’t notice). And the bathroom is small (they are). None of that matters - the place is awesome. The building was built in the 1920’s - so it wasn’t exactly designed with modern Americans in mind. All that being said - the place rocks. Location is top notch. “Theme” is awesome. Staff is perfectly attentive.

Stayed for a night at this hotel and it is absolutely stunning. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everyone made you feel like a vip. The whole place is well decorated and kept very clean. I will definitely be coming back soon!

I stayed in room 804. The room next to us, closer to the direction of the elevator, had multiple people in it just talking, laughing, and having a good time. They were not yelling. They were doing everything you should be able to do in your own room. It’s now 3:45AM, and the issue is the hotel walls. They are paper thin, so you hear everything. I mean I can verbatim repeat their conversations. So, I called the front desk. I explained they were doing nothing wrong, but that due to the paper thin walls, I have not been able to sleep. He was nice. He told me no manager was available to assist, and that they are completely sold out so there’s nothing he can do. $370.39 for one night in a hotel where I can’t sleep. I’m beyond aggravated. Spoke to Ben, the Manager, and he said, “unfortunately it’s an older building and there’s nothing he can do about the noise. You did the right thing by calling (at 3:30/4:00am)” Thanks, Ben, for absolutely nothing. I will be escalating this above you since you obviously lack customer service skills.
