Tivemos problemas com o esgoto que voltava na banheira, o quarto ficou fedendo e a banheira nojenta, depois de explicamos nos trocaram de quarto. De resto ok, tem frigobar, micro-ondas e tv. Quarto espaçoso e banheiro bom, tem ferro de passar roupas e tábua no quarto. Não tem elevador

Our experience. So we went in and got a room. The room that we got was very outdated the neighbors right next to us were so loud and smoking like there’s no tomorrow and we a family with kids were not happy all the smoke we’re getting in our room so we asked to be moved. So we moved to another room and the second room was also outdated old and everything in the room was worn out we were not told that the room connected to another room there was this awkward door with paper thin walls we could hear everything from the people on the other room literally everything they were playing music and talking very quietly yet we could hear everything that was going on there. So we or them would of complain of being too loud. So we asked of another room for the third time. The third room had a cockroach!! So we just left and requested a refund. So I don’t recommend this place for nobody. We were tired and at night we were clueless looking for a new place to stay for the night. So the for the 3 rooms were never go to sleep in we were like for less than 5 mins I wouldn’t recommend to friends of family.

**** NUNCA FIQUE AQUI *****Garota da recepção rude começou a gritar comigo quando questionei o depósito exorbitante do quarto (que não foi anunciado antes da reserva). Eu nunca vi nada parecido. O gerente atrás dela não fez nada para apoiar seu comportamento / atitude rude e de gueto. O cara realmente gritou comigo como se eu fosse o único que fez algo errado.Absolutamente pior serviço que eu já vi em todos os meus anos de viagem. Mais uma vez, nunca vi nada parecido.Tive que entrar em contato com os hotéis hoje à noite e registrar uma reclamação para que minha reserva fosse cancelada e creditada. Demorou uma hora mas subiu a rua, pagou mais $20 e ficou em um Marriott. O serviço entre estes 2 era noite e dia.Salve-se a frustração. Não fique aqui ....nunca!

Rude front desk girl began screaming at me when I questioned the exorbitantly high room deposit (that wasn't advertised before booking). I've never seen anything like it. Manager standing behind her did nothing support her rude, ghetto behavior/attitude. Dude actually yelled at me like I was the one that did something wrong.
Absolute worst service I've ever seen in all my years of travel. Again, I've never seen anything like it.
Had to contact hotels tonight and file a complaint to get my reservation cancelled and credited. Took an hour but went up the street, paid $20 more and stayed in a Marriott. The service between these 2 was night and day.
Save yourself the frustration. Don't stay here....ever!

Honestamente, posso dizer que essas pessoas estão tentando enganar todo mundo. Sim, eles estão perto da Disneyland, mas os quartos são muito caros. Eles também dizem que oferecem café da manhã gratuito e que está incluído na tarifa do quarto, mas não. Também liguei e perguntei se eles estavam tomando café da manhã e uma senhora disse que sim, por isso reservei. Venha descobrir que não há café da manhã grátis por causa da “pandemia”. Soa um pouco scammy para mim. Diz que o café da manhã está incluído na tarifa do quarto, então perguntei porque não há café da manhã, a tarifa do meu quarto será menor? Eu não ficaria aqui se fosse você, algo não está certo sobre o que eles estão fazendo.

Excelente ubicación para ir caminando a Disneyland con el pretexto de la pandemia ya no dan desayuno pero tampoco bajaron los precios por tal motivo. Los que atienden no se esfuerzan lo más mínimo en tratar de hablar español, según ellos solo hablan inglés, deberían de contratar gente bilingüe ya que es de lógica que en un hotel has huéspedes de diferentes nacionalidades.

Honestly I can say these people are trying to rip everyone off. Yea they are close to Disneyland but the rooms are way too pricey. They also say they offer free breakfast and that it’s included in the room rate but they don’t. I also called in and asked if they were doing breakfast and one lady said yes so that’s why I booked it. Come to find that there’s not free breakfast because of “the pandemic”. Sounds a little scammy to me. It says breakfast included in room rate so I asked because there’s not breakfast won’t my room rate be lower? I wouldn’t stay here if I were you something is not right about what they are doing.

Good location, nice staff, the room was clean. I had never seen an AC machine that used turn knobs before..it was a bit strange to use, but more or less did the job :)As long you don't mind the disneyland fireworks at night (9pm start to about 930pm ends) nights were pretty calm. No loud guests. I did not notice any families but then again I checked in and arrived in the late afternoon. There is an elevator! That is kind of rare in these kinds of 2 or 3 star hotel/motel hybrids.I liked how it included a pamphlet that recommended places nearby to get delivery from (discounted).I was there during the weekday(s) so it did not seem too terribly busy or cramped in the parking lot, nor too busy on disneyland drive. The mornings were a bit busy on that street but manageable.

To be honest I only care about two things when it comes to hotels: safety and sanitation. The floor, sheets and bed was clean. It felt very safe and never had a safety concern. Saw no one hanging out at night.

It was practical. Very thin walls. Lots of noise from other guests and traffic. Bedding was very thin. Good for if you are just needing a place to rest your head. But I did find a cockroach in the shower this morning. Very unimpressed and will not return here.

Se você está procurando uma excelente localização para a Disneyland este hotel é perfeito. Se você está procurando toalhas de banho finas e ásperas, este pode ser o seu lugar. Se você não se importa em ter serviço de quarto em qualquer dia, este pode ser o seu lugar. Se você não quer um café da manhã grátis e tem o covid como desculpa, esse pode ser o seu lugar. Pena que não atualizam este lugar.

Lugar decente para ficar. Os quartos são renovados para serem modernos, não é ruim. Muito estacionamento nos fundos. 1 estrela fora apenas porque o alarme de incêndio do nosso quarto estava com pouca bateria, então começou a chilrear. O hotel está localizado a 1 semáforo da estrutura de estacionamento do Mickey e seus amigos.

If your looking for a great location for Disneyland this hotel is perfect. If your looking for rough thin shower towels this might be your place. If you don't care to have room service any day this might be your place. If you don't want a free breakfast and have covid used as the excuse this might be your place.To bad they don't update this place.

Decent place to stay. Rooms are renovated to be modern, it's not bad. Plenty of parking in the back. 1 star off only because our room fire alarm was low on battery so it started chirping. Hotel is located 1 traffic light away from Mickey and friends parking structure.

Came in on a Saturday with an urgent complex shipment of some products in dry ice. The service by the whole team was outstanding, nothing is too complicated and they really go above and beyond to find the best shipment solution for you in terms of timing and price. Since I need to ship perishable products often it’s an absolute relief to know these guys exist. Thanks again

Excelente servicio! Si buscas algo barato cercano a Disney está es tu opción, hay súper en la gas de la esquina, no esperes mucho de la decoración en los cuartos ya que es un hotel vijito así que no generes expectativas que no son

Buen hotel, me gustó el precio, la limpieza, tranquilidad y que cuenta con horno microondas y refrigerador. Lo que no me gustó tanto es que con pretexto de la pandemia siguen sin ofrecer desayuno y no hacen la limpieza, al menos no en los 4 días que estuve, y algo a tomar en cuenta es que no está tan cerca de la entrada a los parques, se hace entre 25 y 30 minutos caminando. Pero por el precio creo que es buena opción.

Un hotel de paso, suficiente para descanzar.Muy limpio y con lo que necesitas. Habitaciones amplias y parqueadero garantizado. Ascensor y escaleras comodas. No ofrece desayuno ni en box.No me gusto la atencion en recepcion. Complicados en su procedimiento y por tanto tramite me pasaron un cobrode más. No lo han arreglado después de una semana. Eso fué mal. Por lo demas, es bueno para ir de paso y estar muy cerca de los parques.

Es un hotel, con que parte empiezo, está super cerca de disney, aparte muy bien está, tanto de ubicación, de limpieza, parece hotel nuevo, creo que estaba remodelado, los cuartos limpios, buena limpieza y me quedé 6 noches, el puso de madera, el desayuno estaba aceptable, buena limpieza, aunque el desayuno lo quita cuando ya son las 10 ya a las 10:15 no hay nada. No me metí a la alberca porque hacía frío en las noches. Y también a 15 minutos caminando de disney!!!

Estuvimos hospedados por viaje de negocios. Las habitaciones están bien, limpias, correctas. Escogimos este hotel pues se menciona que la red WiFi es buena, pero no es cierto. La señal es pobre en la tercera planta que es donde estuvimos alojados, e incluso en recepción aún habiendo buena señal la red va lentísima. Preguntado en recepción si podían aumentar la señal, nos indican que no van a realizar un upgrade, y que la mala calidad se debe a la cantidad de usuarios conectados. Tratándose de un viaje de trabajo donde necesitamos una buena conexión la ausencia de ésta me parece muy grave y un factor a mejorar. Por otra parte la cuestión del desayuno, si no eres muy exigente y te hospedas pocos días tiene un pase, ahora bien no es muy variado y acabas cansado de donuts y tostadas. Lo más saludable eran las manzanas. Finalmente mencionar que tuvieron el detalle de guardarnos la maleta en el check out mientras hacíamos tiempo para ir al aeropuerto. En resumen, un tanto decepcionante porque la experiencia se vio arruinada por una red WiFi deficiente.

I Stay here for 5 nights and I definitelyrecommend it for you to stay it's nice and clean simple but clean I was scare when I read the reviewsabout finding roaches and bedbugs but I dint see that. Don'texpect these to be a luxury hotel becauseits not. It's a modest place and serve it purposeits really close to Disneylandso youcould go walking or take an uber which it's around 5 dollars. They have free continentalbreakfast (cereal, waffles, fruit, tostbread, donuts, coffee and juice that's perfect bcs you dont have to go out and eat somewhereelse and save few dollars. They had a pool which my kids enjoy every day after getting there and a hot tub which I enjoyed after long walks in the Disneylandpark. I recommendthis Hotel because its peacefuland affordable speciallyif you are on a budget. Les recomiendoeste Hotel no es muy lujoso pero esta en buenas condiciones. Limpio, y comodoesta cercas de disneyland y puedes ir caminando o tomar un uber cual te cobra acerca de 5 dolares.En las manana tienes desayuno sencillo como cereal, hugo's, cafe, fruta y wafflescual te ahora un poco de dinerosi tienes un presupuestoy tambien es economicoel hotel. Tiene una alberca y una Tina con spa cual puedes disfrutar despues de un largo dia en Disneylandy relajarte. Si buscasun lugar con las 3 B's este es el indicadoBueno, Bonito, y Barato. (si quieres ahoarrar mas dinero aun reservalo con tiempo)
