I was immediately greeted by a very courteous and professional staff. Although my room wasn't available when I arrived, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and appreciated. The staff at this hotel, by far, provided the best customer and hospitality service I have ever experienced in my travels. From the bartenders, servers, front desk, and management, they just could not have been better. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and maintained daily, which has become rare in 2022. The hotel amenities are impeccable, and with 3 bar options, I was never thirsty. My only complaint about the location was the limited availability of nice restaurants within the immediate proximity; however, you can't go wrong with any of the food options at the hotel itself! It was truly a great experience!!

Overall I liked the installations, and since I'm a Diamond member they upgraded my room, which I appreciated. The room was very spacious and clean with a modern vibe and a great view. I liked the water with fresh fruit that's down in the lobby, it was a nice touch.Unfortunately the service was not up to par with the rest of the hotel. My wife and I had breakfast at the hotel restaurant on the third floor, and the service was incredibly slow. I cannot stress that enough, they seemed to have plenty staff for the amount of guests there, but they were highly unorganized and repeatedly made mistakes with our order. We both ordered standard omelettes that were unfortunately rather bland and mediocre in relation to the astonishing price of over $60 dollars when you factor in tip. This would be fine if were were at a more modest hotel brand like Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn, but I find this low level of quality unacceptable for the money that we were spending here. It took ages just to get simple things like ketchup and creamer when most of the tables around were already empty. We would have been better off just going to Starbucks.Sort of a smaller issue, but the pool closes surprisingly early. At 7pm it was already closed, despite having appropriate lighting. I'm sure it's because they don't want to pay anyone to hand out towels in the evening, but my advice is to extend the hours a little bit more. Many comparable hotels have 24/7 pools, and the outdoor pool here has a great view. It's a shame we didn't get to enjoy as much as we would have liked to.
Buena ubicación, buen personal, hotel excepcional en general.
Tudo era novo e bem decorado. Os quartos eram espaçosos, claros e limpos. Tínhamos uma varanda de frente para a baía e meu filho de seis anos adorava ver os barcos correndo pela manhã. O custo do café da manhã era razoável. Suco espremido na hora, café e um ótimo café da manhã quente ou frio disponível em seu menu. Espaço muito agradável para começar e responder e-mails pela manhã. Todo mundo sai do seu caminho para que você se sinta em casa.
Eu amo este hotel. A área da piscina e a academia são incríveis. Recebemos alguns dos melhores serviços de todos os tempos. A equipe de arrumação é muito boa. Everything was new and well-decorated. The rooms were spacious, bright and clean. We had a balcony facing the bay and my six year old boy loved watching the boats racing in the morning. The cost of the breakfast was reasonable. Freshly squeezed juice, coffee, and really great hot or cold breakfasts available on their menu. Very nice space to get started and answer emails in the morning. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel at home.
I love this hotel. The pool area and gym are amazing. We've received some of the best service ever. The housekeeping staff are very good. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and coffee in the morning. This area of Miami gets better and better every time I visit. I will be back to the Gabriel! Thanks to everyone who made our trip better.

O hotel e os jardins são muito atraentes. Os quartos têm um toque artístico legal. Meu quarto também tinha uma vista fantástica do parque e da água. Eu tive alguns problemas e preocupações aqui. Incluindo as coisas no quarto que não funcionam, os diferentes departamentos do hotel (serviço de quarto) são difíceis de alcançar e o restaurante no local não tem o melhor serviço. No entanto, Indy Morales, gerente de serviços aos hóspedes, fez um trabalho INCRÍVEL de atender às minhas necessidades e resolver todos os problemas. The hotel and grounds are very attractive. The rooms have a cool artsy flair. My room also had a terrific view of the park and water. I did have some issues and concerns here. Including things in the room not working, different hotel departments (room service) being difficult to reach and the restaurant on-site not having the best service. However, Indy Morales, Guest Services Manager, did an AMAZING job of tending to my needs and addressing all the issues. I think the hotel is in a transition period with new ownership or management. But I will definitely come back to give them another chance.

This hotel and its service/staff were exceptional. My girlfriend and I came for her birthday. I was impressed right away by the hotel. This place takes care of so many little things to make sure people are happy. From the excellent valet service to the helpful staff at the pool, the service was extraordinary. Not to mention that the hotel's restaurant and bar were both unique and very high quality. They gave me coffee for my room without charge which was great. Much better than Starbucks!

Área infantil com tema Alice no País das Maravilhas no andar de cima, super fofa. A piscina é limpa e a vista da cidade da piscina com raia no telhado. As áreas de lounge fecham à noite depois das 9. Não há máquina de fazer gelo. Equipe profissional e amigável.
Beautiful views heart of Miami, do yourself a favor and get a bay view with a balcony. Yummy breakfast with healthy options. Their main restaurant is not open (closed for renovation) but their smaller 3rd floor cafe is nice. Library is great spot to work or relax. Alice in Wonderland themed kids area upstairs, super cute. Pool is clean and view of city from lap pool on the roof. The lounge areas close at night after 9. No ice maker. Professional and amicable staff.
The hotel itself could be super chic and lovely - it has potential and the location close to the cruise ports is perfect for cruise goers. However, the hotel is poorly managed, if at all. The marketing through Hilton portray it as an upscale chic hotel, which as currently managed, it is not. Our room was very nice (Deluxe King Bay View) and generally the staff was very helpful. However, The restaurant on floor three was horrible. The restaurant staff, while super friendly (and food was good), was clearly overwhelmed with the volume and was not even clearing tables. Staff made us aware that they are understaffed, don’t have food runners, and management is rarely around. We sat at the bar, which doesn’t even sit properly due to lack of overhang, and noticed that during our entire time having drinks and light fare, 9 of 11 tables remained soiled with food from prior guests. Not even sure that would pass the health code. Hilton corporate management needs to go in this place and do a major inspection. Could easily be 4.5 star with the right management - the staff clearly want to do a great job but management is not doing their job.
El peor hotel en que me he quedado! No representa en ningún concepto el 5 estrellas. El servicio PESIMO, las habitaciones nada que desear, me cobraron 166$ extras porque les dio la gana... definitivamente no lo recomiendo
Esta foi a pior estadia em um hotel que já tivemos com experiência. ficamos muito surpresos com a má qualidade do hotel (instalações, pessoal, limpeza ...) começou desde o primeiro dia com um hostil pessoal então eu tive que reclamar 4 dias seguidos para o arrumação para limpar adequadamente o quarto que foi nunca feito (exceto para a cama), mas não limpar em tudo. durante a estadia quando finalmente chega a limpeza - o empregada se livrar de algumas centenas de dólares de roupas novas que comprei e deixei na sacola de compras. tentando mentir sobre isso até que eu provasse que eles estavam errados - isso descreve perfeitamente a mentalidade da equipe e hotel. Isso não foi o suficiente, então quando fizemos o check-out, finalmente descobriram que nos cobraram $ 500 além de estacionamento com manobrista que nunca usamos e cobramos nós o quarto duas vezes. se eu não tivesse prestado atenção ao meu extrato bancário, eles nunca teria percebido isso. diz tudo - de A a Z é o pior serviço e hotel no mundo. muito difícil acreditar que é a marca Hilton, embora Eu deveria ser um membro destes hotéis.
This was the worst stay in a Hotel we ever experienced. we were so surprised by the poor quality of the hotel (facilities, staff, cleanliness…) it started from the very first day with an unfriendly staff then I had to complain 4 days in a row for the housekeeping to properly clean the room that was never done (except for the bed) but not cleaning at all. during the stay when finally the cleaning arrives - the housekeeper get rid of few hundreds of dollars of new clothes I had buy and left in their purchase bag. trying to lie about it until I proved them wrong - this describes perfectly the mindset of the staff and hotel. This was not enough so when we checked out we finally discovered that they have charged us 500$ plus of valet parking that we never used and charged us the room twice. if I had not pay attention to my bank statement they would have never notice it. it says it all - from A to Z it's the worst service and hotel in the world. very difficult to believe it's Hilton brand even though I'm supposed to be a member of this hotels.

O hotel é mais antigo do que os condomínios ao lado. O hotel parece incrível. Mas o chuveiro não escoava e o banheiro continuava funcionando. Nós só ficamos uma noite, então eu os informei no check-out. A pintura e a decoração tornam um local bonito, mas a manutenção e a remodelação tornam-no funcional.
El hotel es más antiguo que los condominios adjuntos. El hotel se ve increíble. Pero la ducha no drenaba y el inodoro seguía funcionando. Solo estuvimos una noche, así que les avisé al hacer el check out. La pintura y la decoración hacen que un lugar sea hermoso, pero el mantenimiento y la remodelación lo hacen funcional.

I had the best time staying at the Gabriel! The staff was so friendly and their service was fantastic. Gaston, Trish, Aquiles, and Diego provided fantastic and prompt service. When I asked to extend my stay, they made sure my new room was perfect and it was very clean with a beautiful view. They also made sure I felt very safe with covid by wearing masks and hand sanitizer was everywhere. They also provided great recommendations for places to go and things to do. They were so welcoming and friendly, I had an excellent stay and I will definitely be back! Lilly the security guard was also incredibly helpful.
1st the room I booked specifically said pool view, they checked me into a room facing a wall... after insiiting to get switched out they did. 2nd, the room has literally no drawers but 1.. no bathrobe..the floor was dirty as if it hasn't been sweeped. Also curtains broken and hot water know in shower was whacky at best. Lastly another couple were given keys to our room and at check in and they walked in on us.. basically I understand covid has taken a toll on businesses but for what they advertise and promote themselves as 5 stars it's definitely not. 3 star to 3.5 at most.Good news is the view is nice and pools are heated.Hopefully they get their organization issues fixed cause it's a nice hotel with lots of potential.
Hotel is older than the condos attached. The hotel looks amazing. But the shower didn't drain and the toilet kept running. We only stayed one night so I let them know at checkout. Paint and decor make a place beautiful but maintenance and remodeling make it functional.

Si bien la habitación tenía algunas características realmente interesantes, como el audio de la televisión en el baño para escuchar las noticias de la mañana mientras se duchaba, también hubo algunas fallas. El diseño de la combinación de bañera / ducha dejó el piso de mi baño inundado, mi habitación con una vista, como se describe en la reserva, era en realidad una vista directamente a las habitaciones del condominio vecino, y una serie de otros problemas menores (cortinas rotas, pocas horas para las opciones gastronómicas, imposible abrir la ducha sin meterse en la bañera) me dejó decepcionado. I’m a Hilton Honor Lifetime Diamond member and this hotel should absolutely be removed from the Hilton family We should have read the reviews before booking for our anniversary Almost everything about this hotel is a nightmare Black mold on the balcony floor and in the shower Sinks that don’t drain Waiting 20 minutes at valet (when you pay about $55/day with taxes for parking) Super noisy wind sound in room due to poor seal around doors We raised all issues with front desk and noting done On top of that they charged us more at checkout and we had to notify them to correct the bill Did I forget to mention cold coffee at breakfast??? They have no idea what customer service should be Avoid this hotel as there are many other options
While on the right track, the Gabriel Miami is trying really hard to be trendy but just missing the mark. While the room had some really cool features like TV audio in the bathroom to catch the morning news while showering, there were a few misses as well. The design of the bathtub/shower combo left my bathroom floor flooded, my room with a view, as described at booking, was actually a view right into the rooms of the neighbouring condo, and a number of minor other minor issues (broken curtains, short hours for dining options, impossible to turn on the shower without climbing into the tub) left me underwhelmed. As a loyal HiltonHonors member, there are better properties in the vicinity more conducive to the business traveller experience. That said, the bed was incredibly comfortable, staff were friendly and accommodating (not masked however, even in the restaurant) and the hotel is in a great location.
Hospedado aqui e no Gabriel South Beach. Eu amo esse hotel. A equipe e vibração é tão grande. Todo mundo é amigável e útil. Curta caminhada até a marina que foi muito legal e perto de tudo. Os quartos são de valor fantástico e realmente bom em comparação com outros hotéis, até mesmo outros Hiltons. Eu recomendo totalmente este e o hotel Gabriel South Beach. Stayed here and at the Gabriel South Beach. I love this hotel. The staff and vibe is so great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Short walk to the marina which was really cool and close to everything. Rooms are fantastic and really good value compared to other hotels , even other Hiltons. I fully recommend this and the south beach Gabriel hotel . Depends what part of Miami you want . They also do shuttles between the two properties which is a nice touch. Five stars. First class operation. Thanks 🙏
Stayed in room 1519. Se video for room and view walkthrough. Very close to getting everything right, but some odd misses. A good location, very close to the airport, but still in a downtown area. Room was well decorated and spacious and the hotel had a good decor and vibe overall. The details are where some things need improvement. The toilet was running constantly and was unable to be repaired while I was there. The shower door seal was inadequate; the bathroom floor would be covered in water after even a brief shower. That said, I did enjoy my stay and will return on my next visit.
