The mattresses and bunks are in new condition. There is a fan inside the room. The toilets are very clean and sink. The service is excellent. They come and clean at 11am.sharp and very to the point. Staff Jamal is very nice and working hard. He provided me with luggage storage free of charge. Very convenient.. They have after hour check in with pin pad which is very convenient just make sure you get the code via email if you come late.. There is actually nothing to complain about. I had a great stay. The staff is smiling and working hard. No idea what the bad reviews are about. Its also in a prime area of downtown. 24/7 a and w right next door and 24/7 pizza and 7/11 right down the street. Ive stayed in nearly 70-80 hostels in the world. For the price you pay $30-$40, you cant go wrong.bring ear plugs. The dorms are 6-8 People .

Location is fabulous. Don't expect a hotel, expect a bedroom with a wetroom with bath and toilet facilities. Very basic mostly clean accommodation that offers a place to crash and leave your stuff. Room had AC which was good to come back to in the hot afternoon.
Staff were helpful. 11am check out is at 11am, housekeeping comes to your door at 11am.

I took a private room with a queen-sized bed. This place is clean and quiet. The service was super easy with online check-in, The receptionist Jamal was professional in his job.
I highly recommend this place if you need to stay in downtown and the location is convenient near to the street car.

Stayed for business in a private room with a queen sized bed. This place is good for short stays with little luggage. Check in was done online and a super easy process. While the furniture has some wear, it's part of the whole charm of the building and area. The location is superb-- only steps away from the streetcars, with shopping and great food options in walking distance. I had an issue with the shower handle falling off and they resolved it by the time I returned
Would absolutely stay here again on a future visit.

It was a cute little room that I would describe more like a “crash pad”! I mean for the price and it’s convenient location it’s worth the stay. Please be advised the room does not have a television and/or an AC unit. I mean it’s tidy and it had a walk in shower but no curtain in the window to block out your sun when it rises at 7am. So, if you go out late drinking (what i did) expect to wake up early the next morning. Also, no parking on site and street parking was a bit challenging to find. Luckily, I parked in a nearby residential street and did not receive a parking ticket. Overall, I just stayed for a night and served it’s purpose. I wouldn’t stay here for a multiple day trip with friends or family. Also, it’s quiet and safe!
