The hotel is a really interesting/cool space with an amazing rooftop view, but the lower level rooms are very noisy since you’re on a busy intersection and right next to the train. The biggest downside though, was the rude attitude of the very minutes staff. They act like they’re doing you a favor by letting you stay in their hotel, and also have no problem asking you to change room in the middle of your stay if they overbook your room type and they charged someone else more for it.

Breakfast burger with added avocado was damn good. 9.5 out of 10 only because im not a sweets or onion guy and it had an onion jam I didn't substitute. Still bomb. Adrian, our server, was what all servers should be modeled after. Upstairs is great too.

Worked with the events team to plan a bachelorette party at The Robey during COVID and it went absolutely PERFECT! The team was so accommodating and made sure to make the bride feel special and accommodated everything I had asked for (which I know was a lot since so many things are closed). But also the most important part during Covid, it felt SAFE! Anytime someone was walking around they had masks on or were politely reminded to put a mask back on. And they talked us through the cleaning standards when we arrived. Would DEFINITELY recommend and will absolutely be back.

Pricey hotel but worth every penny! Rooms very modern. Low key hotel and loved the Cabana Club. The atmosphere was great and the food & drinks was even better. The staff was very friendly. I would’ve gave 5 stars but their was no parking for guests. Lot was full before I even checked in & had to pay for meter parking on the street every 2 hours 🥴 Other than that, I recommend this place.. the experience was amazing 😉
