One of the worst service, I will never stay here. There is no communication between Management and Cleaning staff when to clean the room. The cleaning lady threw away my food before my checkout when I was not in room and when I complained to manager he simply said she maid mistake she suppose to go to different room but she is ready to pay. This is hotel management mistake for not coordinating correctly, In this COVID-19 situation management should take responsibility and compensate that instead of asking staff to pay. I refused to take money from cleaning. Also the room were not properly maintained. The first room that I got, I have to slam the door to close and bathroom door lock was not working, plus one light was not working, the reception staff checked but he couldn't fixed that. Next day the manager changed the room but then cleaning lady threw away the food. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Para todo lo que ofrece, me parece que está muy bien. La piscina es calentita, el jacuzzi caliente, extremadamente limpio, espectacular. El servicio a la habitación es excelente. Las habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Lo que podría mejorar es el desayuno, ya que por el Covid solo ofrecen café y jugo, pero hay otras formas de ofrecer ese servicio, xj dar en una bolsita cereales, pan, aderezos, leche, etc. Estuve en dos habitaciones, osea 4 camas, de las cuales 3 colchonesdeberían cambiarse porque están vencidos y para pasar 3 noches fue difícil. Pero son tan amables que si hubiera pedido que me lo cambiaran lo hubieran hecho; tonta yo quejo pedí el primer día. El hotel está situado en un punto ideal, céntrico y con fácil y rápido acceso a muchas tiendas, restaurantes, ruta 15, etc. El estacionamiento es gratis y suficiente para todo el hotel y se une al estacionamiento del chuck-a-rama; otro lugar ideal para almorzar y cenar.

I was able to book a room within hours of arrival. We booked a room with 2 Queen beds as there was my husband and I and 2 kids. Upon arrival (7pm) I asked about the pool hours (9:30pm), they gave us a room right next to the pool :) The room was good and cheap and served it's purpose as intended so can't really complain. Just a few observations to mention though...I would recommend asking for extra towels as we only had 3 towels for showers and there isn't designed towels for the pool. We only had 1 packet of coffee, the coffee pot leaked when brewing (could be my hubby missed something), there was only 3 pillows placed on each bed, which was odd and the blanket was pretty thin (we slept fine). Just wanted to note those few things. Other than that, the room served it's main purpose and was affordable. We would stay again. To each their own.
