Avoid staying here. I never leave reviews, but my experience at Arlo has been so poor that I feel I must, to save others from what I've experienced. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews — this is not a good hotel for anyone that actually wants to sleep or expects a typical hotel experience. A selection of problems in the week I've been here:• Incredibly noisy due to poor glazing / sound insulation. So bad that the hotel gives you earplugs when you check-in (see photo)! It's barely good enough to block out the sound from overhead aircraft but is really bad when there are parties on the roof of the hotel. I'd be sleeping right now but can't so I'm writing this review. • Parking valets are clueless, starting with giving me keys to someone else's car and culminating with them damaging my car by hitting a lift and not informing me (luckily it was caught on camera) causing approximately $3,000 worth of damage to parts such as the wheel (see photo) and bodywork. Also there was broken glass left in valet parking area that nobody cleaned up (see photo). • Bathrooms don't have adequate lighting, e.g if you're trying to see what you're doing in the mirror. Also the hot water takes forever to heat up, so good luck if you need a shower in a hurry. • Closets aren't practical, hard to explain in words but not enough space to hang clothes, and half the space is taken up by the coffee maker (in a closet?!) and you can't slide hangers left to right (the rails are front to back and blocked by slats (see photo). • Weird little things like they give you two little boxes of water when you check-in but you'll have to beg for more after you've had those. These are now being replaced each day (as I've complained) but I was told you only get the two and that's it which seems unusually cheap for a hotel at this price point. • Sometimes at night (not super late, especially for Wynwood) the front doors are locked and you have to awkwardly hang out outside until someone lets you. There looks like there may be card reader but it's broken while I'm here.I tried to check out early after a few days, due to these issues (before my car was damaged) but was told I couldn't. Please don't make the same mistake I did and find an alternative hotel before it's too late. Evite ficar aqui. Parece que pode haver leitor de cartão, mas está quebrado enquanto estou aqui.Tentei fazer o check-out mais cedo depois de alguns dias, devido a esses problemas (antes de meu carro ser danificado), mas me disseram que não podia. Everything is new, the location is perfect since it’s located in the center of Wynwood, the treatment received from the staff was perfect and the restaurants and bars inside the hotel looked amazing (even though we did not try them all). Nevertheless, something to keep in mind, and the reason why I do not give the fifth star, is the noise inside the rooms. We got upgraded to a room with balcony, but the noise coming from the clubs and terraces from other buildings around penetrated inside the room. Considering that Wynwood is a neighbourhood with a well known nightlife, the hotel should consider sound proof doors in the balconies. Other than that, I highly recommend the hotel! O hotel em si é muito bom. Tudo é novo, a localização é perfeita, pois fica no centro de Wynwood, o tratamento recebido da equipe foi perfeito e os restaurantes e bares dentro do hotel pareciam incríveis (apesar de não termos experimentado todos). No entanto, algo a ter em mente, e a razão pela qual não dou a quinta estrela, é o barulho dentro dos quartos. Subimos para um quarto com varanda, mas o barulho vindo dos clubes e terraços de outros prédios ao redor penetrava no quarto. Considerando que Wynwood é um bairro com uma vida noturna bastante conhecida, o hotel deveria considerar portas com isolamento acústico nas varandas. Fora isso, super recomendo o hotel!
I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the Arlo felt like home. We loved the food at MaryGold's, Higher Ground, & at the pool - all fantastic and a great variety from one area to the next. Working in the area beside the lobby had beautiful natural light & good vibes at all times of day. The art in the elevators make them feel like portals to another dimension. All of our plans were a quick drive or walk from the hotel whether in South Beach or Coral Gables everything was max 15-20 min away. We really appreciated the friendly & attentive valet team, the incredible front desk staff (each one truly an angel on earth), the food & beverage teams, security staff, & thoughtful team members who made our stay so memorable. Looking forward to the next visit! Eu realmente não posso dizer coisas maravilhosas o suficiente sobre este hotel. Desde o momento em que chegamos, o Arlo se sentiu em casa. Adoramos a comida no MaryGold's, Higher Ground e na piscina - tudo fantástico e uma grande variedade de uma área para outra. Trabalhar na área ao lado do saguão tinha uma bela luz natural e boas vibrações o tempo todo. A arte nos elevadores faz com que pareçam portais para outra dimensão. Todos os nossos planos eram uma viagem rápida ou a pé do hotel, seja em South Beach ou Coral Gables, tudo ficava no máximo de 15 a 20 minutos. Nós realmente apreciamos a simpática e atenciosa equipe de manobristas, a incrível equipe da recepção (cada um realmente um anjo na terra), as equipes de alimentos e bebidas, a equipe de segurança e os atenciosos membros da equipe que tornaram nossa estadia tão memorável. Best hotel stay ever! First and most importantly, the staff was amazing, so welcoming, and really went out of their way to make us feel special. Huge shoutout to Khalil and Lewis (or Louis, sorry I didn’t catch the spelling) People like them are what make something great into something amazing. Secondly, the location is perfect for experiencing the art district and is walking distance to the Jungle, Oasis, Wynwood Marketplace, and all of the Wynwood Walls murals. The bed was so comfortable, bathroom was large and clean, and the balcony looked out over the city. The rooftop pool was such a cool addition, and also had attentive staff that set up towels/ chairs and has a rooftop bar. I could go on and on, but my point is that we will definitely stay here again and I hope this review helps others know what a great new hotel this is! Thank you Arlo Wynwood! A cama era tão confortável, o banheiro era grande e limpo, e a varanda dava para a cidade. A piscina da cobertura era uma adição tão legal, e também tinha uma equipe atenciosa que arrumava toalhas / cadeiras e tinha um bar na cobertura. Eu poderia continuar indefinidamente, mas o que quero dizer é que definitivamente ficaremos aqui novamente e espero que este comentário ajude outras pessoas a saberem que hotel novo é ótimo! Todo es nuevo, la ubicación es perfecta ya que se encuentra en el centro de Wynwood, el trato recibido por parte del personal fue perfecto y los restaurantes y bares dentro del hotel se veían increíbles (aunque no los probamos todos). Sin embargo, algo a tener en cuenta, y por lo que no le doy la quinta estrella, es el ruido dentro de las habitaciones. Nos pasaron a una habitación con balcón, pero el ruido proveniente de los clubes y terrazas de otros edificios alrededor penetraba dentro de la habitación. Teniendo en cuenta que Wynwood es un barrio con una vida nocturna muy conocida, el hotel debería considerar puertas insonorizadas en los balcones. Aparte de eso, ¡recomiendo encarecidamente el hotel!

Nunca dejo reseñas, pero mi experiencia en Arlo ha sido tan mala que siento que debo salvar a otros de lo que he experimentado. No se deje engañar por las reseñas de 5 estrellas: este no es un buen hotel para cualquiera que realmente quiera dormir o espere una experiencia típica de hotel. Una selección de problemas en la semana que he estado aquí:• Increíblemente ruidoso debido al mal acristalamiento/aislamiento acústico. ¡Tan malo que el hotel te da tapones para los oídos cuando te registras (ver foto)! Apenas es lo suficientemente bueno para bloquear el sonido de los aviones, pero es realmente malo cuando hay fiestas en el techo del hotel. También quedaron vidrios rotos en el área de estacionamiento con valet que nadie limpió (ver foto). • Los baños no tienen la iluminación adecuada, por ejemplo, si está tratando de ver lo que está haciendo en el espejo. Además, el agua caliente tarda una eternidad en calentarse, así que buena suerte si necesitas una ducha con prisa. • Los armarios no son prácticos, difíciles de explicar con palabras, pero no hay suficiente espacio para colgar la ropa, y la mitad del espacio lo ocupa la cafetera (¡¿en un armario?!) y no puedes deslizar las perchas de izquierda a derecha (la los rieles van de adelante hacia atrás y están bloqueados por listones (ver foto). • Pequeñas cosas extrañas como que te dan dos cajitas de agua cuando te registras, pero tendrás que rogar por más después de que las hayas tomado. Estos ahora se reemplazan todos los días (como me he quejado), pero me dijeron que solo obtienes los dos y eso es todo, lo que parece inusualmente barato para un hotel a este precio. • A veces, por la noche (no muy tarde, especialmente en Wynwood), las puertas delanteras están cerradas con llave y tienes que pasar el rato fuera de forma incómoda hasta que alguien te lo permita. Parece que puede haber un lector de tarjetas pero está roto mientras estoy aquí.Traté de salir temprano después de unos días, debido a estos problemas (antes de que mi auto se dañara), pero me dijeron que no podía. Nos encantó la comida en MaryGold's, Higher Ground y en la piscina, todo fantástico y una gran variedad de un área a otra. Qualquer dúvida que tivéssemos antes de nossa viagem, Monica respondeu e até nos ajudou a reservar um quarto diferente com uma cama porque o que reservamos tinha duas. É novinho em folha e tem áreas de lounge incríveis para se divertir. Os quartos são muito fofos!
The Arlo hosted the Wynwood mural festival artist in their penthouse during Art Basel.The penthouse has the best view of wynwood and this was an amazing location to meet other artists. The room was amazing and the staff was beyond friendly!! O Arlo hospedou o artista do festival mural Wynwood em sua cobertura durante a Art Basel.A cobertura tem a melhor vista de Wynwood e este foi um local incrível para conhecer outros artistas. O quarto era incrível e a equipe foi além de amigável!

It is brand new and has amazing lounge areas to hang out at. The rooms are very cute! Open for less than a week and off to a great start. You’re greeted with an enchanting aroma that compliments the sophisticated design of the lobby.The room was EXTREMELY clean, tastefully designed, bright and welcoming. Staff were friendly and took initiative to be accommodating. My only feedback would be to lower the price of the $11 bottled water or increase the size. Overall a total delight. Open for less than a week and off to a great start. You’re greeted with an enchanting aroma that compliments the sophisticated design of the lobby.The room was EXTREMELY clean, tastefully designed, bright and welcoming. Staff were friendly and took initiative to be accommodating. My only feedback would be to lower the price of the $11 bottled water or increase the size. Overall a total delight.
