Horrible customer service! The room they checked us in hadn’t been swept or mopped! They then switched us to another room that was even worse! The floor was just as dirty, and two of the towels were dirty and had been used. They had offered to clean the room and didn’t even have the proper cleaning equipment. A broom with no dustpan, and a dirty black mop with no bucket of clean water or cleaning solution. By the time all this had happened it was about 10 PM and instead of leaving and looking for a new hotel. We decided to stay but I took it upon myself to clean the room. I went to Walmart and bought the proper cleaning supplies and did a proper disinfect and clean up myself. The receptionist apologized for the rooms being dirty and offered to refund us one of the two nights that we were staying. During checked out I spoke to the man in charge about the situation, and even showed him pictures of how dirty the rooms were. He did not refund me a night since I decided to stay. I told him his receptionist was gonna refund me a night for the inconvenience of me cleaning the rooms since they were filthy. And in the end they lied and told me since I had stayed they cannot refund one night. They don’t care about the customer and only care about profits and making money. He even said I got the room at a low price for booking in advance. And said it would have been better if I would’ve left, so he could have sold the room for more that night. I get it’s a business but horrible customer service and dirty rooms! This is the first and last time I will ever stay at thisplace. Atendimento ao cliente horrível! El piso estaba igual de sucio, y dos de las toallas estaban sucias y habían sido usadas. Se habían ofrecido a limpiar la habitación y ni siquiera tenían el equipo de limpieza adecuado. Una escoba sin recogedor y un trapeador negro sucio sin balde de agua limpia o solución de limpieza. Para cuando todo esto sucedió, eran alrededor de las 10 p.m. y en lugar de irme y buscar un nuevo hotel. Decidimos quedarnos, pero me encargué de limpiar la habitación. Fui a Walmart y compré los productos de limpieza adecuados y me desinfecté y limpié adecuadamente. La recepcionista se disculpó por las habitaciones sucias y se ofreció a reembolsarnos una de las dos noches que nos quedamos. We came for a girls getaway but if you are traveling with a family you have room for all the kid paraphernalia. (FYI no tub, only shower). Fiquei três noites (outubro de 2022). Ótima localização, muito limpo e funcionários simpáticos. Há algumas coisas que poderiam usar algum trabalho (ou seja, uma barra de toalha ausente em nosso quarto), mas ficaríamos aqui novamente. Para um hotel econômico, fiquei chocado com a limpeza e o conforto das camas e travesseiros. O Wi-Fi funcionou e o estacionamento gratuito foi ótimo.E os quartos são enormes! Viemos para uma escapadela de meninas, mas se você estiver viajando com a família, terá espaço para toda a parafernália infantil. (FYI sem banheira, apenas chuveiro).

Excelente ubicación, muy limpio y personal agradable. Hay algunas cosas que podrían necesitar algo de trabajo (es decir, falta un toallero en nuestra habitación), pero nos quedaríamos aquí nuevamente. Para un hotel económico, me sorprendió la limpieza y lo cómodas que eran las camas y las almohadas. El WiFi funcionó y el estacionamiento gratuito fue excelente.¡Y las habitaciones son enormes! Vinimos para una escapada de chicas, pero si viajas con una familia, tienes espacio para toda la parafernalia de los niños. (Para su información, no hay bañera, solo ducha).

We paid 240$ dollars for the room for one night. 100$ deposit. Visiting town for a funeral! When we checked out we made sure the room was clean and the guy at the front desk cut the screen in the window when he went to go check the room so he could keep our deposit how rude and scandelous. Pagamos 240$ dólares pelo quarto por uma noite. depósito de 100$. Visitando a cidade para um funeral! Quando saímos, nos certificamos de que o quarto estava limpo e o cara da recepção cortou a tela na janela quando foi verificar o quarto para que ele pudesse manter nosso depósito como rude e escandaloso.

Problemas con lasMaids , no limpiar bien y se molestan , porque damos la queja a los encargados, El problema.de la limpiesa a sido en varians occasiones que hablamos venido.Pelo en El.Shower, en la taza del baño, los dressers sucios . Etc .
Made a reservation weeks before and the day of, the hotel decided to cancel my hotel reservation. Within an hour of me calling the hotel back they said they already gave my room to someone else. They also said they called Expedia and told them they would cancel my reservation. I told him I did not get a reservation through Expedia. Nonetheless, this hotel does not care for customer’s time and situation. I had come to LA with my baby and now I am stranded without any hotel. Just some advice, if you’re looking for a hotel that will make you feel comfortable this is not it. Take your money and go to a different hotel Hice una reserva semanas antes y el día de, el hotel decidió cancelar mi reserva de hotel. Affordable price, clean and tidy environment, large interior space, quiet throughout the hotel, the only drawback is that the water in the shower is too small and the water temperature is not hot enough. Five-star recommendation for accommodation only. This hotel is aesthetically pleasing in the interior. If you are on the first floor you can hear everyone talking in the lobby and sound travels, and the walls inside the rooms are very thin. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the blankets were very light.Wasn’t too bad for a one night stay. Este hotel es estéticamente agradable en el interior. Si está en el primer piso, puede escuchar a todos hablando en el vestíbulo y el sonido viaja, y las paredes dentro de las habitaciones son muy delgadas. i loved this hotel! it wasn’t expensive at all. me & my family went to disneyland and we needed a room last minute & i found this place. it was so modern, they just opened a month & a half ago but it looks great! i definitely want to book another room here again. the staff was very friendly. also, it was very clean, the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, gave us more towels when needed, etc. ¡Me encantó este hotel! no era caro en absoluto. mi familia y yo fuimos a disneyland y necesitábamos una habitación en el último minuto y encontré este lugar. era tan moderno, recién abrieron hace un mes y medio, ¡pero se ve genial! Definitivamente quiero reservar otra habitación aquí nuevamente. El personal fue muy amable. además, estaba muy limpio, las habitaciones eran espaciosas, las camas eran cómodas, nos dieron más toallas cuando las necesitábamos, etc.
