Beach Village é um lugar excepcional para ficar e definitivamente merece uma classificação de cinco estrelas. O concierge foi muito útil antes de nossa chegada, e a suíte estava imaculada, bem como confortável e bonita. Dicas: Se você precisar de acesso desabilitado, avise-os quando fizer sua reserva pela primeira vez. Estávamos em uma suíte no segundo andar e não havia acesso por elevador. Cozinha fantástica, mas sem frigideira, apenas panela (caso planeje cozinhar). Sentado na varanda foi absolutamente maravilhoso e todos nós sentimos que, embora as suítes de nível inferior tenham fogueiras e / ou uma jacuzzi, preferíamos a vista e privacidade do último andar. Se você é sensível à fumaça, esteja ciente de que as fogueiras para s'mores são montadas nas proximidades à noite e se você tiver as portas abertas para a varanda, o cheiro irá encher sua suíte. Dito isto, estas foram as férias mais repousantes e maravilhosas que tivemos em algum tempo, e eu recomendo altamente Beach Village!

Sugerencias: si necesita acceso para discapacitados, infórmeles cuando realice la reserva por primera vez. Estábamos en una suite del segundo piso y no había ascensor. Cocina fantástica, pero sin sartén, solo cacerola (en caso de que planees cocinar). Sentarse en el balcón fue absolutamente maravilloso y todos sentimos que, aunque las suites del nivel inferior tienen fogatas y / o un jacuzzi, preferimos la vista y la privacidad del piso superior. Si es sensible al humo, tenga en cuenta que las fogatas para s'mores están instaladas cerca por la noche y si tiene las puertas abiertas al balcón, el olor llenará su suite. Beach Village is an exceptional place to stay, and definitely warrants a five star rating. The concierge was very helpful prior to our arrival, and the suite was immaculate as well as comfortable and beautiful. Tips: If you need disabled access, tell them when you first make your reservation. We were in a second-floor suite and there was no elevator access. Fantastic kitchen, but no frying pan, only saucepan (in case you plan to cook). Sitting out on the balcony was absolutely wonderful and we all felt that even though the lower level suites have fire pits and/or a jacuzzi, we preferred the view and privacy of the top floor. If you are sensitive to smoke, be aware that the fire pits for s’mores are set up nearby in the evening and if you have your doors open to the balcony the smell will fill your suite. All that said, this was the most restful and wonderful vacation we have had in awhile, and I highly recommend Beach Village!

The place is amazing, the people when you talk to them are nice, the view the vibes, but when you pay for a 5 stars hotel, you expect a 5 star service, it is been literally hour and a half, since a requested a kettle of hot water to make some milk for the baby.I missed the breakfast time at their cottage, it ruinedmy plans schedule for the day, just to wait for a kettle of hot water.Apart from some guy knocking the door at 4 am saying I ordered a sandwich, while I was sleeping and then I woke up to find that sandwich hanging at the door handle.It is not a family friendly service wise, if you have young kidsthat require formula or hot water to make their food, also they don’t provide kids food, or something you could mash like rice or plain pasta to make something for the kid, not even a basic mashed potatoes, you better bring your own kettle/boiler before you visit this property.I had food in their cottage, some dishes felt really tasty like chia pudding, most of the dishes had weird taste to them, the people on the cottage are really nice, nicest people in the hotel I would say.Probably all slow treatment because I’m not a white person, as I noticed other commenters say it, it is clear now.Room looked clean, but full of animal hair on the floor, dusty tables, cleanness is not their strong suit.If I was a single non allergic guy I would’ve stayed here again.
