Devido a uma chegada muito tardia, perdi meu trem de conexão na Union Station e tive que passar a noite. O Comfort Inn ficava a apenas 4 km de distância de Uber. Então, eu tive uma ótima estadia! Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e agradáveis. O quarto estava limpo. Quase 300 pés quadrados. O ar condicionado estava frio. As camas eram tão confortáveis com diferentes tipos de travesseiros para escolher. A pressão da água do chuveiro era incrível e a temperatura da água quente. O café-da-manhã de cortesia tinha ovos, salsichas, waffles, uma variedade de pães, cereais, sucos, frutas, leite, café, iogurte, aveia e muito mais. Está a uma curta distância de muitos restaurantes. Check-out foi uma brisa. No geral, uma estadia maravilhosa. Eu recomendaria definitivamente Comfort Inn. Se eu estiver na área, eu vou ficar aqui novamente.

Due to a very late arrival, I missed my connecting train at Union Station and had to stay overnight. Comfort Inn was only 2.5 miles away by Uber. So, I had a great stay! The staff were all very friendly and nice. The room was clean. Almost 300 sq.ft. The air conditioner was cold. The beds were so comfy with different types of pillows to choose from. The shower water pressure was awesome and the water temperature hot. The complimentary breakfast had eggs, sausage, waffles, a variety of breads, cereals, juices, fruit, milk, coffee, yogurt, oatmeal and more. It's within walking distance to many restaurants. Checkout was a breeze. Overall, a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend Comfort Inn. If I'm ever in the area, I'll stay here again.

This is one of the best hotels in Los Angeles by far. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The parking is asewome since it is indoors and the staff are the best. I was even more impressed and my confidence grew. The girl at the front desk (she had blond hair) was outstanding. My friend and I stayed the night of June 22, 2022. When my friend picked me up I had already checked out and the girl did not know we had stayed the night before. But I was impressed at what she did. My friend came in and wanted to see the bathroom and I am glad she did that because even though I knew and my friend knew were had been guests until 12 she was not aware of it. So she refused to let him use the bathroom and I applaud that. She stooe her ground in securing the lobby from a stranger. So it increased my confidence and I think she did a great job. Had my friend indeed had been a drifter or I myself the other guests would have been placed in an unsafe environment. So thank you ... I did not get your name. Keep up the good work and once again thank you for protecting the safety of the hotel. Kudos to all the staff....

My husband and I flew from Texas to just take a vacay on a budget and after arriving I was a bit disappointed cause of the location and it seems really small and leery at first but I will tell you hands off I’m glad I chose this place. I looked at other google reviews before I booked it and although it wasn’t the best location and was somewhat small it was really clean there and there are not a lot of places in LA that will give you hot breakfast every morning for free including cereals, eggs, sausage, waffles, etc not to mention free parking just with those 2 things I saved money and we stayed almost a week. They are constantly cleaning and are on top of there stuff. I paid by card but when I got there they asked for a deposit but suggested cash since if you use card will take longer to get deposit back do I gave cash and when I checked out they gave me my deposit back. The only thing is they will change your key card daily but it’s okay. I would recommend this place to anyone. If your on a budget best place to go to hands off.

We stayed for 2 nights, room was clean. Breakfast ok. Stuff nice except one lady I think she is the manager. Very rude, no customer service skills at all! One more thing that made me give just 2 stars, we put “no disturb” sign on the door but the housekeeper lady went to our room, took our towels and empty the garbage. Did not leave clean towels and didn’t make the bed. So WHAT was the reason getting into our room??! I will contact Choice to report this!! There was NO REASON for anyone to get into the room when “No disturb “ is on the door!

Oh my gosh!!!! The pandemic phase is over and the waffles 🧇 are back!!!! This was such a spacious hotel. Beautiful rooms and amazing staff. My family and I will only be staying here from here on out, if we can help it. What a beautiful place!

hospedado aqui duas vezes, ótima localização WEHO, pode literalmente ver o letreiro de Hollywood do hotel. Quartos limpos, estadia confortável e acessível na maior parte. O estacionamento também não é ruim. A área é segura e bem iluminada à noite. A equipe é boa, as chaves do quarto desativam com bastante frequência, o que é irritante, mas ei! Um ótimo lugar básico, com certeza, sempre que estou na cidade, perto de restaurantes, cafés e mercearias!

Stayed here twice, great WEHO location, can literally see the Hollywood sign from the hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable and affordable stay for the most part. Parking isn’t bad either. Area is safe and well lit at night. Staff is good, the room keys do deactivate quite often so that’s annoying but hey! A great staple place for sure whenever I’m in town that’s near restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores!

A nice, if small, hotel near lots of unique bars and restaurants.7 Eleven as well.Parking is under the building and gated, with the small nuisance of using the room key for access.Parking is good for a compact car, not good for a truck.Rooms are modern and breakfast is free.There is a hefty deposit of $150, which is refundable.

We rented 4 rooms for 5 nights. We walked into our room and it smells like urine. Went down and asked for a playpen or a crib for our 18 month old and was told that they have nothing like that. I guess they don’t really want families to stay here! Shame!!! Asked if we could have extra pillows then so we can make a safe space on the floor and was told that the pillows in each room is all you get. Needless to say they don’t care about repeat clientele or customer service. Avoid if you can help it. Hope this spares some other family time and trouble.

Buen hotel, sencillo y a buen precio en relación con lo que se encuentra en LA, la zona no es bonita ni agradable para caminar. Incluye desayuno (full, no solo cereales) y parqueadero que pocos hoteles lo hacen sin sobrecosto en LA. Limpio, y remodelado recientemente, habitaciones amplias. Queda sobre una avenida, por lo tanto hay flujo de carros y algo de ruido, pero nunca llegó a ser impedimento para un buen descanso. El aire acondicionado es eficiente aunque viejo y un poco ruidoso, pero tampoco al punto de no dejar dormir. Lo recomiendo para pasar la noche, no como lugar para quedarse.
