Excelente localizacao e com funcionarios atenciosos. O Hotel nao oferece opcao para uso do ar condicionado em qualquer estacao do ano, oferecendo como alternativa a abertura da janela do quarto para refrigeracao do ambiente. Excesso de austeridade administrativa com pequenos itens, como a falta de reposicao de sabonetes para banhos. Poderiam buscar inspiracao no Best Western de Ottawa.

Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't provide room service, no microwave in the room as well. The bed sheets are itchy, and the non smoking room smell like cigarettes. Most of all, there is no parking available, so you have to find your own parking space, go to other establishments like Le Cartier, which provides valet parking for 24hrs $22, but no in or out. Once you need your car to go out , you have to pay again. Better to walk a little bit at Luna apartments. Pay the parking by Indigo on the app. It is $16 for 24hrs. You can go in and out, but that will not change the fact that BW doesn't provide parking for the reason it is under renovations.

El lugar muy bien, sólo el trato en recepción pudo haber sido mejor, no fue malo sólo que no tienen la cordialidad del latinoamericano, y eso no se puede aprender 🤷🏻♂️el taxi fue el punto malo, cuando lo necesité, se pidió en recepción pero el taxista no sale del auto y entra al lobby a anunciar su llegada, sólo se queda afuera y se va si uno no está en la calle esperándolo, y obvio a temperaturas cerca de los 0 grados uno no está en la calle esperándolo.

Rooms are large and the location is perfect as it is right near McGill, subway and within walking distance of many attractions. However, the rooms are dank, outdated and could do with renovations to make them feel cleaner and more inviting.

Room was very clean and staff were very polite.
Best bed and pillows ever!
Close to subway and central so walking 20-30 can get you to other great parts of town.
