O hotel é ótimo, novo, com camas grandes e macias, travesseiros excelentes. Água quente, banheira, preço muito acessível pela qualidade. Recepcionistas que falam i gles e espanhol. Único ponto negativo é que o hotel é muito afastado. Longe de todos os pontos turísticos. Cada vez que íamos sair era 40 minutos de carro de qualquer lugar

We arrived to the hotel very late, tired and hungry.The receptionist on duty was Abigail (from Jamaica). I told her how tired and exhausted I was and really did not need any additional drama.She politely gave me the option of personally viewing 2 different rooms.They were both clean and well kept rooms. She invited us to go to the little snack booth where we grabbed a frozen dinner and heated in the microwave with east.For the duration of my stay, we did not have any problems - wish the housekeeping service was more than once per week, but it was fine with me as I'm always clean and tidy.You could exchange clean towels and linen at the reception as often as you wishI was hesitant to book at Candlewood based on other reviews, especially pet issues, but it was the most convenient to where I needed to be and had full kitchenette and laundry facility. There is no charge to use the laundry either.Every day was a pleasant one.Abigail (my favorite) Jennie, Krystina, Anabelle and Tony are the most amazing representatives. also met a supervisor (can't remember her name but she wore high leather boots), she's also amazing. Front desk se cree la dueña del hotel trata mal a las personasla habitación que me dieron no le Sirve el extractor y de paso la habitación huele a comidahabía venido antes como 2 o 3 veces porque siempre vengo a la iglesia que está al lado pero la próxima vez buscaré otras opciones

I would recommend this hotel to anyone that or looking for a nice place it's very nice and clean beds are very comfortable... Staff or very friendly there one staff name Anna Bell she's was very nice sweet and warm and would take care of visitors quickly and attend to their need very professional. Anna Bell keep up the great work you're going places in the world beyond your amazing imagination!!!

Absolute favorite. We lost our home in Hurricane Ian and we're staying here. Place is perfect. Staff is excellent and very welcoming to us and our 3 dogs. Highly recommend.

Great choice for staying in Kendall area. The rooms are full equipped with stove, fridge, and microwave. Really quiet environment, easy access to main expressways. The staff is very nice and professional. The have fruit and coffee 24/7 which is really appreciated. The pool and BBQ area is nice. The prices is very affordable.

The managers were very rude and unfair. Due to flight cancellation, I was late to arrive at the hotel. I was scheduled to stay for 4 days. They charged me for 5 days (one extra day), since I arrived late due to flight cancellation. After my flight was canceled, I called the hotel and they confirmed not to charge for the missed day when I told them about my delayed arrival. The Internet didn't work for one whole day. Also, the toilet flush was not functioning properly for our whole stay of 4 days. They did not send the plumber despite I called the reception desk on the first day itself. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at any cost.

Hola mi nombre es Alfredo Rodriguez Hicimos la reservación por internet y fuimos a este hotel y el personal del frente me dijo que no necesitamos el número de reservación Resulta que me cobraron 3 veces $117 , $177 y después $127 el me pidió la tarjeta para cobrar $50 de fondo y resultados me cobraron un total $421 por una noche al otro día fui y hablé con la manager del hotel y me dijo que cualquiera puede cometer un error por una persona que esta aprendiendo en el front desk y resultado de todo que nosotros como consumidores no tenemos derecho a nada en este hotel para ella somos un numero mas porqué no le importa si uno regresa a este hotel o no me dejaron la cuenta sin nada cuidado con este hotel y el cobro ojo y recuerda el consumidor en este hotel perdió su derecho ella como manager le da derecho al trabajador quien deja el dinero en el hotel para ellos poder trabajar hay el consumidor

Para empezar me robaron el vehiculo en el estacionamiento en este Enero 2022, ningun tipo de seguridad y vigilancia, lo peor es que no pudieron darme ningun tipo de respuesta que me favoreciera puras excusas y una atencion al cliente bastante deficiente, me ofrecieron cosas que jamas cumplieron, en cuanto a limpieza deja mucho que desear la habitacion con alfombras bastantes sucias al igual que en los pasillos, no volveria a quedarme por nada, no fue nada agradable la estadia
