Quase nenhum estacionamento ao redor deste estabelecimento, especialmente no inverno, quando a cidade joga neve em todo e qualquer espaço aberto que eles podem encontrar. Se você tiver sorte e conseguir uma vaga para estacionar, sugiro que vá a pé em qualquer outro lugar que você deva ir, porque não é provável que encontre outro por algum tempo. Os quartos são pequenos, mas na cidade acho que é de se esperar.

Hardly any parking around this establishment, especially in the winter time when the city has pushed snow into any and every open space they can find. If you get lucky and obtain a parking space I suggest you walk anywhere else you must go because you are not likely to find another one for awhile. Rooms are small but in the city I guess it's to be expected.

Eu nunca vou reservar aqui novamente !! Havia maconha e fumaça de cigarro por toda parte, e a equipe parecia tão acostumada que mal se importava em abordar o assunto. Reclamamos 3 vezes! Além disso, o wi-fi não funciona e tivemos que pedir toalhas e panos de lavagem (que são essenciais para o banheiro). O hotel é um gueto e uma catraca e estou aqui no hotel escrevendo este comentário à 1h05, porque a fumaça está me matando e não consigo dormir por causa disso

I will never book here again!! There was weed and cigarette smoke everywhere, and the staff seemed so used to it that they barely cared to address the issue. We complained 3 times! Plus the wifi don't work AND we had to ask for towels and wash rags (which are basic bathroom essentials). Hotel is ghetto and ratchet and I'm here in the hotel writing this review at 1:05am, because the smoke is killing me and I can't sleep because of it

A pior experiência de todas. Recusou-se a nos dar duas camas quando nossa reserva foi bagunçada no hotel.com. Eu tenho um filho em uma cadeira de rodas e ele precisava de uma troca de fraldas ... ele se recusou sem que pagássemos $ 40, então ele queria nos cobrar $ 60 para conseguir uma cama dupla. Worst experience ever. Refused to give us a two bed when our reservation was messed up on hotel.com. I have a son on a wheelchair and he needed a diaper change.......he refused without us paying $40, then he wanted to charge us $60 to get a double queen . This place made us feel like $hit, and still 3 hours later we are searching for an alternative BEWARE

Este é um dos melhores hotéis de escolha na área da cidade de Nova York. Tem uma primeira disponibilidade primeiro estacionamento. Também estacionamento ao lado da estrada está disponível, mas para tirar proveito de que você precisa estar lá antes das 17:00 para encontrar um local. Entrada do hotel é muito limpo, área de check-in é bem decorado, o hotel tem um toque moderno para. O quarto é confortável, bem como a cama, mas quarto muito pequeno. Temo com este hotel pode não fazer bem como resultado da liderança lá. Gerente é horrível, eu me pergunto como ela é o gerente. Meu check-in foi terrível, ela não poderia sequer encontrar a minha reserva mesmo depois de dar-lhe o meu ID.

This is one of the nicest choice hotel in the New York City area. It has a first come first parking availability. Also road side parking is available, but to take advantage of that you need to be there before 5pm to find a spot. Hotel entrance is very neat, check in area is well decorated, hotel has a modern feel to. The room is comfortable as well as the bed but room very small. I fear with this hotel might not do well as a result of the leadership in there. Manager is awful, I wonder how she is the manager. My check in was terrible, she couldn't even find my reservation even after giving her my ID.
