Nosso grupo de 4 teve uma ótima estadia! Adoramos a piscina, o quarto espaçoso, a vista deslumbrante da cidade e o belo chuveiro. A pressão da água pode ser melhorada, mas no nível 32, é compreensível que a pressão da água seja um pouco menor do que o normal. A manutenção da casa é excelente. No geral, 5/5. Altamente recomendado!
Hemos estado en varios HOTELES CONRAD y han sido excelentes. Por eso elegimos el de las Vegas, para celebrar mi cumpleaños, de hecho fueron dos matrimonios más con sus hijos, por la experiencia de otros Conrad, pero que desilusión De hecho a ellos les regalaron una noche de hotel, porque un matrimonio fue y reclamo el servicio. No queremos regalado, firme un baucher de garantía, cuando hice el check IN, la persona del mostrador, dijo que eso no se cobraría y se destruiría automáticamente, oh sorpresa, que al llegar a México, me dí cuenta que me habían CARGADO, el Boucher del Resort Fee, Impuesto diario Pero INDEBIDAMENTE me cargaron el Baucher en Grantía por $280.00 usd., mismo que la persona del mostrador me dijo que se destruiría. Nos Cargaron el Baucher en Garantía. Por esta razón les he mandado dos mails y no han tenido la atención de responderme, ni de abonar el cargo indebido. La experiencia, desde la llegada, es larguísimo, el tiempo de espera para el registro. La distancia del estacionamiento a la habitación es enorme. La limpieza de la habitación es terrible, falta de papel de baño, falta de jabón en una de las botellas. Falta de Toallas Limpias, y para cerrar con broche de oro, la última noche, llegamos como a las 10.30 y no habían hecho la habitación. Tardaron una hora en mandar a la camarera. Estuvimos del 21 al 28 de Julio. De la manera más atenta, pido me reembolsen este cargo, en virtud de que he enviado dos correos y no ha habido respuesta. Gracias por sus atenciones.
Our group of 4 had a great stay! We love the swimming pool, spacious room, stunning city view and beautiful walk-in shower. Water pressure can be improved but at level 32, it's understandable that water pressure is a little bit lower than usual. House keeping is excellent. Overall, 5/5. Highly recommended!

Quarto era bonito, limpo e você pode dizer que é alto padrão no Resort World. Eu sei que é apenas um hotel, mas ainda precisa de um microondas! Por isso coloquei quatro estrelas. O serviço ao cliente foi excelente. O processo de check-in foi tranquilo, sou um membro de honra do Hilton de ouro. A piscina estava lotada, mas no geral agradável! Com certeza ficaria novamente.

Me parece que ea una buena opción económica y lujosa para hospedarse en Vegas, el hotel es muy bonito así como el casino, los restaurantes me parecieron bastante caros, aunque hay varias opciones. Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas, aunque el teléfono me pareció muy anticuado para ser un hotel nuevo, al igual que las cortinas me extraño que no fueran automáticas como en otros hoteles. La ubicación no es mapa, hay mucho comercio en los alrededores, inclusive hay un centro comercial que aún hay muchos locales vacíos. Lo malo de la ubicación es que está lejos de los principales puntos del strip.
La ubicación del hotel me gusto porque está hasta el último de la strip lejos del tumulto de gente me quede 4 noches y solo nos hicieron la habitación un día no lavaron nunca los vasos no nos cambiaban las toallas para que lo tomenen cuenta si lo comparan con un treasure y un Mirage está mejor este pero tomen en cuenta que corren el riesgo que no les hagan la habitación de 10 de los un 7.5 de todo
Room was beautiful, clean and you can tell it's high standards at the Resort World. I know it's just a hotel, but it still needs a microwave! That's why I put four stars. Customer service was excellent. Check in process was smooth, I'm a gold Hilton honors member. The pool was crowded but nice overall! Would definitely stay again.
The hotel is nice and new however still some issue. The hotel key was the main one had to request 4 different key card keep not working. The is hotelbit north and some of the space in the resort is still empty. Once is fully build should be nicer and more active. The sun up restaurant is a bit salty nothing special. The famous street was is a mix for me, some of the food is good and some a let down. The pool is really nice not as big but still good compared to other pool on the strip. Will visit again.
We decided to stay here after seeing great reviews here. we booked two nights suite King size bed, the room is spacious with a beautiful living and powder room. Love the bath tub. Our experience has been horrible with the concierge. They never came to clean our room, we asked during lunch and dinner, said they would send someone, but no one showed up. We stayed with a lot of trash for two nights. For the price of a suite room, and the resort fee they charge, we expect the service to be above and beyond. Totally not worth the $500 plus per night! Sorry to say, we won’t come back here again.
Funcionários simpáticos, quartos bonitos e limpos. Edifício muito espaçoso e luxuoso. Estacionamento gratuito foi muito útil; 5 minutos de carro ou 30 minutos a pé da faixa principal. As piscinas foram excelentes com excelente equipe. O principal problema foi ser cobrado um depósito (esperado na maioria dos hotéis, então não me importo!) sem ser informado e reembolsado quase 4 semanas depois. Ninguém da Hilton poderia explicar a taxa extra até que um recibo fosse enviado 4 semanas após o check-out. Também não há buffet de café-da-manhã, mas o crédito de café-da-manhã Hilton Gold foi útil. No geral, ótima estadia e voltaria se eu não estivesse preocupado em estar na faixa principal.
Friendly staff, beautiful and clean rooms. Very spacious and luxurious building. Free parking was very useful; 5 min drive or 30 min walk from main strip. The pools were great with great staff. Main issue was being charged a deposit (expected at most hotels so I don’t mind!) without being told and having it refunded almost 4 weeks later. No one from Hilton could explain the extra charge until a receipt was sent 4 weeks after I checked out. Also no buffet breakfast at all but Hilton Gold breakfast credit was helpful. Overall great stay and would return if I wasn’t fussed about being on the main strip.

Pésimo servicio en FD agotaron el crédito de mi tarjeta ya que cargaron 4 veces la reservación y garantía, hace 1 semana que salí y aun no me liberan mi crédito. No hacen la limpieza todos los días.
Was invited by my sister and went here last week to enjoy some weekend getaway after a long week of work. The check in time is incredibly long and the kitchen staff is slow and very aloof with your table. I thought the newer the hotel the better the service would be… but I guess this is not true. I would have thought they would improve the level of service after all the negative review, but I guess they are still working on the logistics ? Kind of scared of coming back again, but unfortunately we are since we are coming back for lovers and friends concert in two weeks. Let’s see if things are improved. Looking forward to see and re review this hotel.
No geral hotel muito bom. O quarto é espaçoso e bem mobiliado, o check-in foi bom, o estacionamento é gratuito e amplo. É um lugar mais elegante do que outros na Strip, e a clientela também reflete isso.A única queixa real é a área da piscina. A música é muito, muito alta. Mesmo com fones de ouvido é inevitável. Os alto-falantes estão por toda parte e muito próximos uns dos outros, então também não há um lugar para se afastar deles. As fileiras de assentos ao lado dos jardins com os alto-falantes são inutilizáveis porque fica bem na sua cabeça. Ficaram com os dados do meu cartão para resort fee e insurance, porem minha surpresa depois de alguns dias do fim da viagem foi que fizeram 3 cobranças extras de coisas que sequer usei, como o minibar. Não consumi absolutamente nada, sequer retirei algo do lugar.They got my credid card data for insurance and resort fee, but charged 3 extra fees for things I have not even used like minibar. I am very very disappointed.
Overall really nice hotel. The room is spacious and well-furnished, check in was fine, parking is free and ample. It's a classier place than others on the strip, and the clientele reflects that too.Only real gripe is the pool area. The music is way, way too loud. Even with headphones on it's inescapable. The speakers are everywhere and very close together so there isn't a place to get away from it either. The rows of seats next to the gardens with the speakers are unusable because it's just right by your head. The sound level in the nightclub was more comfortable.Edit to add: The other pool gripe is the hours as they relate to the hot tub. The whole thing closes at 6, so no hot tubing in the evening. For how much they spent on building this it seems like a very poor decision.The view from our room is sort of the strip, but the curved shape of the hotel means each room has a different view angle. Bed is very comfy, shower is spacious (but the hot water could be a bit hotter).If you want a nice room and a nice pool with music that's uncomfortably loud, this is the spot for you.

I've read the previous reviews, and I think the experience is much improved for the Conrad. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The Strip view wasn't spectacular, but the room was very nice. We requested housekeeping on our second day just to tidy up the room, and I think they could have done a better job as they didn't stock some of the towels and made only the comforter layer of the bed (not the sheets beneath). That was really the only miss. The elevators are very fast, there's complimentary parking on the far side of the building, and the lobby is very inviting. I will definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay here. It's still new so of course it's nice. We just wanted to stay in the room.We stayed on the 34th floor and had a nice view of the strip. Several places to eat and choose from is nice down stairs.The pool looked beautiful but it was closed. I was disappointed but they said it was due to the weather.
The Conrad Las Vegas itself is lower end than any other Conrad I've stayed at.Service isn't up to par and the rooms are not as nice or luxurious as I would expect for a Conrad.Our room was missing tissues and lotion and I found stains and trash on the floor.I had to repeatedly ask for our room to be cleaned. The beds are very comfortable.As a Hilton Diamond member, I asked for an upgrade to a suite upon checking in, I was told they did have plenty of suites available but that I would need to pay $150/night for it!Instead we were given a standard room without even a strip view.The fitness center is one of the nicest I've seen in a hotel. The casino is very nice and not much smoke. The pools are also very nice, heated and open in the winter.Restaurants were good. On our last day, we had an evening flight and I asked for a late checkout, which is another Diamond benefit. The hotel was not at all busy. Instead of letting us keep our room til 3pm as I asked, the person at the front desk told me that would be $150! I mentioned that I'm a Hilton diamond and have never been denied late checkout before, she then told me that they "really aren't a Hilton property, but Resorts World and that it's just a marketing partnership". So don't stay here if you are expecting to be valued for your Hilton loyalty or have luxury service typical of a Conrad, you won't get it here.If you can get a room cheap, then just lower your expectations and you will be fine, but don't stay here expecting Conrad service.If you want a truly luxury hotel in Vegas, just go across the street to the Wynn.
Eu gosto da estética moderna deste novo resort. Como um ex-funcionário de um navio de cruzeiro, posso ver que não há muito de um fator wow que queira que eu gaste mais dinheiro que este resort não tem. Além disso, o estacionamento pode ser um problema às vezes se houver um evento no resort. Levei cerca de 20 minutos para encontrar estacionamento uma noite. I like the modern aesthetics of this brand new resort. As a former cruise ship employee, I can see that there isn't much of a wow factor that wants me to spend more money which this resort lacks in. Also, parking can be an issue sometimes if there is an event at the resort. It took me about 20 minutes to find parking one night. I can understand since this resort is still under construction. Overall I'll still return but it will take some time to get the full benefit. The staff is friendly.
Rooms, bathrooms and hotel in general were comfortable, clean and pretty. Minibar wasn’t completely stocked upon arrival. There seemed to be a lack of personnel, as concierge was alone once at noon and the rooms were not made except for one day out of three. Called in to ask why and they said that’s how it is, only housekeeping every third day. Also, my kids were disappointed to find no bathtub in bathrooms, just a (very nice) shower.

O novo cômodo estava bom, mas havia comida jogada embaixo das gavetas. A pessoa que nos trouxe nossas chaves foi rude a ponto de ser rude. There are so many issues at this hotel. They put us in a dirty room. At first we were nervous that they had not checked out and may come back. Then they wanted to stand in the hallway in front of the new room with our luggage, no offer of help and people ahead of us. They made it clear we were not a priority. The new room was okay but there was dropped food under the set of drawers. The person the did brings us our keys was blunt to the point of rudeness. We then went to a formal dinner, off property, late after the check in problems. While telling our friends about our experience the waitstaff ask if we staying at The Resort. When we confirmed, they nodded knowingly. The next day our room wasn't cleaned. Sadly there was more. I think the pandemic has them short staffed but corporate is demanding a profit so the GM, stuck in the middle, is allowing more bookings than they have staff for. This is JUST MY GUESS. The property is beautiful but they have a lot to work on.
Very Beautiful resort Hotel. Everyone was helpful and they are really professional when it comes to COVID 19 protocol. I would stay there again. Especially since I'm a Marriott card carrier. I'm impressed.
Checked in at Conrad and greeted by friendly Hilton front desk team member Alexander.He made our stay as wonderful as it can be.Smooth check in and check out with a smiling face. Excellent customer service by Alexander.Conrad rooms are roomy and clean. Well stocked body wash, shampoo, conditioner etc.Love their overhead shower and hand held massage shower.Their Alle Lounge on 66 skybar lounge is a must visit. Excellent views and appetizers.Pools are heated.Made swimming during winter possible .Great foodselection at their Famous Food street eats.Resorts world / Hilton Conradis huge and clean.. Will definitely stay at Resorts World Conrad Hilton again.I
AVOID HERE IF YOU CAN OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE TO SLEEP IN THE BED NOT CHANGE SHEETS!!! Even during COVID! I would give no star if I could. I check in at 12pm and when I get to my room I found the bedsheets is not changed and there is still last guest’s hair in it. So I called the front desk and housekeeping cone to change it. I wait in my room But no one came after 2 hours wait. I went down stairs and check with front desk staff due to the full occupancy that they cannot change the room for me but promised would come to clean my room SOON. However when I came back at 5, STILL NOBODY CAME! UNTIL 9PM when I call them again, the lady told me that all housekeepers have gone that I HAVE TO SLEEP IN DIRTY BED TONIGHT.
Very Poor Service and Hospitality😡 Hotel doesn’t care about hygiene or cleanliness of the guests We came to Vegas for our honeymoon and we booked our stay at Conrad thinking we would have a good experience since it’s a new hotel but the service is really bad 1) Our Room was not cleaned the whole day and when we called the room service they never picked up & finally when we spoke to the guest expertise they said “ House keeping is shutdown for the day” What kind of hotel is this if they don’t care about the hygiene of the guests especially during this pandemic time. 2)We asked for a dental kit and waited for 1hour in the morning and they never delivered it Had one of the worst hotel experience!!
It’s a beautiful new resort hotel with free parking but that’s it. We had to wait almost 1 hour on the line to check in, and the room was a total mess so we had to call the concierge for housekeeping to make up the room at night. Wall outlets were broken so we had to charge the phones one at a time. Food court restaurants are serving low-quality foods and definitely overpriced, and the casino is not big enough for a five-star hotel. The majority of shops are still in preparation to open their businesses, (actually it is understandable since it’s a new hotel opened a half year ago) and location is not favorable for family since adults clubs and shops are all around.My experience on Kitchen restaurant was not very nice with overpriced foods and drinks compared to the taste and service.However, Caviar Bar restaurant was great. They serve very nice foods and their services are outstanding. Melina was our server and we felt like we were very well taken care of.
Five star winner! Exceeded my expectations. One bedroom suites are very spacious and functional. Second (half) bathroom a big plus. Two large 4k TVs with streaming options. A small guest fridge is a plus. Manyrestaurants choices onsite. A short walk from the plethora of high end restaurants at the Wynn.

4.5.Room was spacious with 2 queen beds. Beautiful view of Circus Circus. At night you had a great view of downtown. There was only one electrical outlet near the bed. We had to unplug the clock in order for my mother to use her CPAP machine. The clock plug did cover up other forms of outlets. Big square cutout in the wall, below clock outlet, with wires hanging out was sloppy but otherwise not noticeable unless you are looking for another outlet. Shower was awesome with a standard shower head with an extention hose and a ceiling "rain" type of shower head directly above you. No vent in the shower that I could see. There also was a generous sized closet with robes. Closet also held an iron and ironing board. Blow dryer located in the bathroom. The is a safe in one of the dresser drawers below the TV. Nothing that would be a deal breaker for me. My mother loved the room. Overall a very good experience.
O hotel e meu quarto eram lindos. Mas saí me sentindo vazio. Eu cheguei na chuva. Nenhum porteiro para me ajudar. Eles cobram uma taxa incidental de $ 150. Depois de ler sobre este hotel de 59 andares ser o hotel mais caro de Las Vegas, com US $ 4,3 bilhões, eu tinha grandes esperanças, mas não me senti impressionado. Minha estadia de duas noites foi de segunda a quarta-feira.Meu quarto tinha vista para a cidade, mas meu quarto estava posicionado ao lado de todo o prédio coberto com lâmpadas LED piscando constantemente anúncios animados, então eu tive que fechar minhas cortinas porque não conseguia dormir. Se ele se autointitular como cinco estrelas, irei subtrair outro ponto.Uma coisa que me pareceu estranha foi que não havia mesa na sala. Havia uma mesa com duas cadeiras, mas eu trouxe trabalho comigo e precisava de tomadas e uma escrivaninha de verdade. Se Hospedaram neste lindo hotel novo que faz parte do mundo dos resorts. Aparentemente, eles abriram em junho e os quartos estão lindamente decorados. Bons acabamentos, muito espaçosa, ótima vista, e a cama e os travesseiros são super confortáveis. The hotel and my room was beautiful. But I left feeling empty. I arrived in the rain. No doorman to assist me. They charge a $150 incidental fee. No was cloths in the room, just large towels.Not one restaurant there had Caesar salad or ice tea. And they didn't even acknowledge me Hilton Honors member.And the night stands needed cleaning.
Nice rooms. Easy access to casino. Careful if you book a room view Expedia or other credit card portals. Hotel double charged me for my stay and currently working on getting refund. Keep an eye on your credit card.Customer service from front desk and other employees was great.
After reading about this 59-story hotel being the most expensive hotel ever in Las Vegas at $4.3 billion, I had high hopes but left feeling unimpressed. My two-night stay was Monday to Wednesday.My room had the city view, but my room was positioned right next to the entire building covered with LED bulbs constantly flashing animated advertisements, so I had to close my drapes as I could not sleep. I really wanted to open my drapes and enjoy the view, but that was not possible. Subtracted a point for losing sleep.On the second day, I left at 9:00 a.m. and came back at 6:00 p.m. to see that the maid never came. I don't care about that, but I'm sure some do. This hotel is more deserving of 4.5 stars, maybe 4, but certainly not 5 after having stayed at other five-star locations around Vegas. If it bills itself as a five-star then I am going to subtract another point.One thing that struck me as odd was there was no desk in the room. There was a table with two chairs, but I brought work with me and needed plugs and a real desk. All the other five-star hotels come with desks and plugs, not Conrad.However, it does come with a very impressive and huge gym with different equipment for different people.I don't know if that is the norm but the deposit was $402 for my room and the room had a mini-bar. I checked out in person to be sure there'd be no surprise charges and she informed me there weren't any. The charge eventually disappeared from my credit card, so all is good.
Stayed at this beautiful new hotel which is part of resorts world. Apparently they opened in June and the rooms are beautifully appointed. Nice finishes, very spacious, great views, and the bed and pillows are super comfortable. Plenty of shared amenities including an awesome street food court with dishes from all over the world. Will definitely stay again
Novo resort lindo com quartos grandes e elevadores rápidos. Os restaurantes eram caros, mas acho que é o que se esperava, depois de ter sido fechado para Covid no ano passado. $ 5 por uma xícara de café é um pouco alto na minha opinião. Nós apreciamos a vista e a cama era muito confortável.
Beautiful new resort with big rooms and fast elevators.The restaurants were pricey but I guess it's expected after being shut down for Covid last year.$5 for a cup of coffee is a little high in my opinion.We enjoyed the view and the bed was very comfortable.
Ótimo hotel! É uma propriedade mais recente. Tem muitas comodidades modernas e entretenimento. Perfeito para uma escapadela de fim de semana. Tem a boate mais badalada de Las Vegas. A equipe é incrível e prestativa, mesmo com coisas que não fazem parte de suas responsabilidades diretas. Considerarei reservá-los no futuro 👍
Great Hotel! It is a newer property. Has a lot of modern amenities and entertainment. Perfect for weekend getaway. It has the hottest night club in Vegas. Staff is amazing and helpful even with things that are not part of their direct responsibilities. Will consider booking them in the future 👍

La peor experiencia! Nos hospedamos en el hotel Conrad en Las Vegas y el último día dimos positivo en el pcr. Nos contactaron delSNHD (Departamento de Salud en EEUU) quién nos indicó hacer cuarentena de inmediato durante 10 días y firmar una declaración jurada de salud sobre las medidas y resguardo que debemos tomar.Ha sido una terrible experiencia, el hotel no nos ha prestado ninguna asistencia, estamos encerrados en la pieza y la gerente Denay Castro nos llamó para indicar que debemos bajar a recepción para entregarlos papeles. Le expliqué que por razones obvias no bajaremos.Por otro lado, el hotel exige hacer cuarentena por 14 días, que implica pagar más y sin ninguna garantía o asistencia mínima para estos casos. Nosotros tenemos que volver a trabajar a nuestro país y no podemos quedarnos más días de lo que indica el departamento de salud.No pedimos nada gratis, pero lo mínimo es una atención decente y protocolos para sus huéspedes porque aún así, tenemos que pagar el total de la estadía, sin descuentos o facilidades.... Seguimos siendo huéspedes con todos los cobros que hacen.Después de varias conversaciones, insiste que si no queremos quedarnos acá podemos irnos a otro hotel... Le expliqué 10 veces que no podemos salir del hotel porque estaríamos infringiendo la ley además de exponer al resto de las personas.El hotel no entrega ningún tipo de información, además de esto, en toda nuestra estadía no vinieron hacer aseo, a lo que Denay me explica que por contexto covid debemos avisar para que vengan.... Jamás nos indicaron eso cuando llegamos.No se queden acá, pueden encontrar hoteles por el mismo precio y mejorcalidad o trato.

Es un hotel nuevo y está excelente, huele a nuevo a diferencia de otros que huelen a humo en la vegas, el costo es accesible y tiene muy buena vista, en recepción tardan un poco peroquién no atendió era estadounidense y fuemucho más amable que los latinos que no quieren hablar español,buena vista sobre todo hacia el strip

Los restaurantes son malos, las camas son cómodas, pero todos los días de 3:30 a.m a 5:00 a.m, por el aire central se escuchaba un piano y un señor cantando como si estuviera en la habitación. Así que si quieres que te priven del sueño, es el lugar ideal. En el casino tienes que estar persiguiendo a las meseras para que te sirvan bebidas y te contestan que no es su zona o te traen lo que no pediste. No volvería, ni lo recomiendo.
Newly built and just beautiful. Hotels decor Is soothe and modern. Loved the large lobby, casino offered latest slot machines and games. The room was just gorgeous with great views. Hotel staff were polite and accommodating. Although the check in process was hectic with no clear line formation and not enough staff on duty to fast track the process.

This is 1 of 3 Hilton branded hotels that just opened inside Resort World. One of the newsletters hotels on the Las Vegas strip. Heather checked us in and was very dedicated and informative on the hotel and all the amenities it offered. She even walked and guided us to the elevator! Now that's excellent customer service! I am a Hilton Diamond member so my room got upgraded to a partial strip view! The room was very modern, clean and spacious. Very relaxing. Downstairs is the hotel casino and you can walk to the new mall. There is also Famous Street Foods if you really like Asian street food. I will be back!

Very nice casino, no real theme to it, however it does have an Asian aesthetic sprinkled into it here and there. Excellent food choices, albeit you are going to pay "downtown prices" for it. Gorgeous bars and the machines seemed to pay and play for a long time. This will make many people happy. Recommend, plus there are plenty of rooms and the quality is top notch!!
