As coisas estavam empoeiradas e sujas. Pinte rachaduras no banheiro. A tela de plástico que eles colocaram no lugar da cortina de chuveiro estava parecendo que estava prestes a cair, o adesivo descascando. Para uma estadia de uma noite, isso pode ser facilmente esquecido. O que não posso ignorar é a cama que simplesmente não era confortável. Muito duro, o colchão tinha cerca de 7 centímetros de folga antes de parecer que você batia na madeira. Não tive uma noite repousante principalmente por causa disso. No geral, parece um hotel que precisa de revitalização. Embora tenha a vantagem de estar perto do aeroporto, também há alguns outros lugares perto do aeroporto, muitos dos quais podem ser vistos do meu quarto de hotel. Things were dusty and dirty. Paint cracking in the bathroom. Plastic screen they had put up in lieu of a shower curtain was looking like it was about to fall off, the adhesive peeling away. For a one night stay this can be easily overlooked. What I can’t overlook is the bed which was simply not comfortable. Very hard,the mattresshad about 3 inches of give before it felt like you hit wood. I did not have a restful evening primarily because of this. Overall it feels like a hotel in need of revitalization. While it does have the advantage of being near the airport, there are also quite a few other places near the airport many of which could be seen from my hotel room. Management of online review scores and proximity to the airport will only get this hotel so far. Eventually some actual maintenance money will need to be spent to improve the experience.

Hotel is old and outdated.In need of a whole facility upgrade.Luckily the only thing that wasn't dirty was the room.However all closet doors were broken off the hinges.There was no hair dryer in the room and no wash cloths.The rooms were also dark and had poor lighting.It did have quick shuttle pick and drop off for this is the only reason I give it 2 stars.

One of the last few hotels near the airport that treats you with Hospitality and does not sub for alternate living space aka shelter. Clean Rooms! Accommodating Staff! Airport Shuttle Service!

Não limpo - as duas coisas que estavam limpas em todo o quarto eram a cama e o banheiro. Voltas todo empoeiradas, chão tem algum lixo nele e em geral - não é um lugar muito limpo. Fora do quarto de hotel, o carpete definitivamente precisa de aspirador. Os quartos são antigos e não estão bem conservados. No entanto, a cama é muito confortável, bem-vinda e a recepção prestativa e rápida. Pequena loja tem tudo o que precisam e o bar / restaurante abre até tarde.

Not clean - the two things that were clean actually in the whole room was the bed and the bathroom. Laps all dusty, floor has some litter on it and in general - not a very clean place. Outside the hotel room, carpet definitely needs vacuuming. Rooms are old and not well kept. However, bed is pretty comfy, welcome and the reception helpful and quick. Little store has everything they need and the bar/restaurant open late.

Roman the general manager. Excellent customer service, it wasn't just for me because I stood back and watched. He takes pride in his work and it shows. And he made my stay excellent. Great hotel, it was clean, shuttle was convenient, and if your looking for food you can find it. CRUNCH FITNESS under 2 miles away grab an Uber nice gym, 10 dollars for a day pass, first day is free. Again thanks to Roman EXCELLENT SERVICE PROVIDED.

We arrived last evening (Tues 6/16) and were warmly greeted by the front desk staff. To our surprise, the kitchen was open until 11pm making these two hungry travelers very happy. We ordered the half roasted chicken which was moist and delicious! Best of all our server, Miss T, was so pleasant that she made our dining experience that much better. The room was clean and updated.

Un Courtyard típico. No es el mejor ni el peor. El servicio al cliente estuvo bien. La habitación estuvo limpio pero un poco mal tratada. La ubicación es ideal si está yendo a JFK or quiere estar cerca de allí. Me quedaría aquí otra vez si se necesita.
