Staff was fantastic at the front desk. They were polite and friendly. Front desk also dealt with our small credit card issue quickly and with smiles.

Good bed. Clean room. Friendly front desk staff. A basic expectation of a hotel stay is having electricity.They had a power problem that was not resolved by morning. Complete blackout in evening and off/on rest of night. Neighboring buildings not affected. They shouldn't have booked our reservation

We come to this hotel every year. The staff is friendly. The pool is nice enough To be honest. The front desk got our booking wrong. Whnen ee checked in. They gave us the wrong room. So we went back to the desk and explained that to them. The front desk person seemed offended by it. She then gave us another room and again it was t

Staff was very nice well the receptionist Is the only one we dealt with. The king bed was like sleeping on cement very uncomfortable.Several kids were were playing hockey in the hall late into the evening. Very drunk people next to us very noisy loud. We will not stay here again.
