Very satisfied with my stay here. The property manager was very professional and honest. The hotel room was super clean and comfortable. The location was secure and safe. I will be staying here again in the future!

If you arrive late, expect to have to wake up the owner to let you in. Rooms are clean, price is decent, neighborhood is decent and quiet (other than the construction depending on when you stay)

O local ficava ao lado da rodovia, era um pouco de construção de rua difícil de entrar e sair. É um lugar tranquilo dependendo da hora. Um estacionamento bastante grande que envolve. Os quartos eram cheiro fresco limpo. Acima da placa ficar apenas o problema que eu tinha acontecido para ligar pela primeira vez. Eu entendo que são 3 da manhã os funcionários do hotel estão dormindo, embora o cara fosse um pouco baixo e rude. Querendo me cobrar um pouco mais do que eu tinha visto no Google e Expedia. Reservado através da Expedia pagou minha verificação antecipada economizou 35 dólares.

The location was right off the freeway, was a bit of street construction hard to to get into and out. It is a quiet place depending on the time. Quite a large parking that wraps around. Rooms were clean fresh smell. Above board stay only issue I had happened for first time calling. I do understand it's 3am hotel staff are asleep although the guy was a little short and rude. Wanting to charge me a little more than what I had seen on Google and Expedia. Booked through Expedia paid my early checking saved 35 dollars.

Eu já fiquei em vários hotéis nos últimos 40 anos e devo dizer que nunca experimentei a atenção pessoal que recebi de Jay e sua equipe. Quando liguei para fazer uma reserva, na verdade estava vindo do Hospital Beverly, onde passei 9 dias me recuperando de uma doença e tive que usar um andador. Eu mencionei isso a eles naquela época e quando cheguei para minha surpresa, eu tinha recebido uma bela e espaçosa sala com um banheiro que era tão impressionante, box amplo com assento e vários chuveiros e uma enorme área de secagem com lâmpadas de calor no teto. Posso dizer honestamente que, por causa disso, senti que meu tempo de recuperação foi muito reduzido, já que consegui afastar aquele andador chato em questão de dias. Bem, acabei ficando alguns meses e conheci Jay muito bem, já que ele sempre estava no estacionamento fazendo alguma coisa ou ajudando outros Convidados, já que ele é um Gerente muito prático. Gostei tanto do lugar que comecei a me referir a ele como Casa. Eu ficaria lá novamente absolutamente 100% !! Um sincero agradecimento a Jay e à equipe por me fazerem sentir em casa

Obrigado Jay pela incrível hospitalidade, acomodações e serviço acolhedor. Conseguimos um quarto após 1h da manhã após um mau livro de hotel e ficamos satisfeitos em ver que o Epic Hotel não estava apenas aberto, mas atendia às nossas necessidades. Ficamos por mais 2 noites. Localização de meio termo muito limpo e excelente se você estiver de férias em torno de LA.

Thank you Jay for the amazing hospitality, accommodations and welcoming service. We got a room past 1am after a bad hotel book and were pleased to see Epic Hotel was not only open but catered to our needs. We stayed for another 2 nights. Very clean and great middle ground location if youre vacationing around LA.

I've stayed at numerous hotels in the past 40 years and I will say I've never experienced the personal attention that I received from Jay and his Staff. When I called to make a reservation I was actually coming from Beverly Hospital where I had spent 9 days recovering from an illness and had to use a walker. I had mentioned that to them at that time and when I arrived to my surprise I had been set up with a beautiful, spacious room with a bathroom that was so impressive, walk in shower with a seat and multiple shower heads and a huge drying area with heat lamps in the ceiling. I can honestly say that because of that my recovery time I felt was greatly shortened since I was able to sideline that annoying walker in a matter of days. Well I ended up staying a couple months and got to know Jay pretty well since he was always out in the lot doing something or assisting other Guests since he's a very hands on Manager. I liked the place so much that I started referring to it as Home. Would I stay there again Absolutely 100%!! A Heartfelt Thank You to Jay and the Staff for making Me feel at Home

Me dieron una habitación de no fumadores y el encargado me pidió no fumar adentro y cuando subí al cuarto el aroma a cigarro estaba horrible la alfombra parece que la habían lavado y estaba húmeda y el piso del baño al parecer encerado sin ninguna indicación mi esposa se resbaló y cayó de tan resbaloso que estaba definitivamente no lo recomiendo

Me encantó este hotel muy limpio buen servicio las camas muy cómodas aunque algo altas pero bien. El baño muy bonito. Todo nuevo!
