There was not enough attention to detail while cleaning in some spots like corners, walls or around the foot of the bed. Toiletries were sufficiently stocked and fresh towels provided.Wifi connection was good and the decor was clean and modern. Views were not the best. As stated from previous customers your hotel is lacking big time, as with the Covid your establishment should be kept cleaner then before and mask wearing enforced. I have always enjoyed my stays here but the last few months it has been lacking and failing.I went to the manager with concerns just to be left flabbergasted with his no caring.. I want the price match so I can get my points with EST was told you only price match with Expedia and Booking..then the rates are to low for you to price match..you shouldn’t offer price match.My main concern is your cleanliness more then the pricing and the last time I was there with the bugs in the shower and window sill and dusty furniture thus the reason why I will be hesitant in staying in your hotel.Maybe you should start paying attention to your customers.I have uploaded the pictures of the dirty room.

Look I'll be honest if the hotel actually followed covid-19 precautions it probably would have received five stars. Beautiful hotel great room wonderful bathroom but none of the staff followed social distancing or wore a mask properly. Signs posted everywhere telling you to wear masks yet no one dead and guests just walking through the hotel without masks on when walking in the hallway. An outbreak waiting to happen. Even the housekeepers come into your room with no masks. Truly sad.

This place is getting more expensive, my husband and I went there in the beginning when it had just open, actually we've been there quite a few times and every time we went the price keep going up,one time we had no hand soap to even wash our hands when I call front office the reception told me there's no cleaner on site and I should come down to the office to get the soap, which I think is ridiculous, they are providing a service, didn't they check the room to make sure it was suitable for their guests? Some times there's hair on the towels that are supposed to be cleaned, we still go there occasionally but the kids are home and we need a little us times and that is in the area but if I can help it I won't go there.

I’ve been to many hotels in my time and a must say that EST takes the cake! Not only is the staff at the front desk including management very polite and helpful! The rooms are amazing especially clean and organized! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting in the city of Toronto or even for a little get away

Although the hotel decor is nice and modern and the service is good, I wouldn't call this hotel clean. There is hair in all corners and edges of the floors, even a live spider in its web in the corner of the bathroom floor. Hair can be found in the bathroom, on the bed and under my socks. Not sure they vacuum or dust the rooms. One of the pillows is stained. If you are a stickler for cleanliness, I would not recommend this hotel. Also, my booking indicated I was here on business, but I was not provided a room with any sort of desk and chair … had to work on the bed.

Um pouco fora de Toronto, mas a diferença de preço vale a pena considerar.A área é um pouco degradada para ser honesto, mas você ficará agradavelmente surpreso ao entrar no hotel. Tudo era muito moderno e limpo. A equipe foi amigável e profissional. O quarto em si também era muito agradável, com recursos modernos.O pequeno-almoço continental está incluído e está bem. EST Hotel is a great place to stay. A bit outside of Toronto but the price difference makes it worth considering.The area is a bit run down to be honest but you are pleasantly surprised when you enter the hotel. Everything was very modern and clean. The staff was friendly and professional. The room itself was also very nice with modern features.Continental breakfast is included and is OK. Not all the food options were on the table when I went to eat about 15 minutes after the opening time but not a huge deal.Free parking is available, there’s a pool (didn’t try it) and a business centre.All in all a great stay and good value.
