location is great staff were rude, didn't have a room ready on time, didn't have a dog room available despite me calling in advance. Walls were thin so we learned far too much about our neighbors.

The location to my work yard. They have terrible staff they never clean the rooms nor have supplies when we request them. I've talked to all personnel about the cleaning they reply were too busy or no one knows why the room wasent clean. I'm after all personnel to clean my room

The receptionist This hotel is very old and not clean.. extremely bn old pillows and blankets. Pillows have been washed way to many times and lost the cushion. The blankets are so so old and thin we froze all night.

It had a kitchen. We didn't need it but it was nice. They were still booking rooms and were completely out of parking spaces. I found the last one and I saw people driving around and around looking for a parking space. Some parked in no parking and handicap spots just to park. No parking in the street.
