Muito bom os quartos! Tem muito espaço, tábua de passar e ferro. Recepção tranquila! Boa localização e tem muitos restaurantes próximos! Do lado tem o dennys que é mto bom. O café da manhã é um ponto negativo!Deveria melhorar....roscas estavam duras, sem opção!

Encontrei um comprimido no chão, sob a beira de uma das camas, de um hóspede anterior ou de um funcionário do hotel. Felizmente não tínhamos filhos pequenos conosco. Se uma criança tivesse encontrado e ingerido, ela poderia ter acabado no hospital ou possivelmente morrido, eu pesquisei no Google. O café da manhã não foi até nm par com qualquer outro Hampton Inn em que eu já fiquei. O bacon estava mal cozida e os ovos provei velho / obsoleto, apenas um tipo de café. O bar / restaurante estava fechado. Thrre não mencionou isso em seu site ou na Priceline.

No geral, quarto espaçoso. No entanto, um pouco caro para a área. Não havia muitas comodidades disponíveis. Só fui ao clube Cafe Internationale para ouvir uma banda e ir dançar. Bebidas muito básicas / bartending. As mesmas bandas tocam lá há anos, com muito pouca diversidade. Esta é uma multidão com mais de 40 anos, estou muito grata por isso. O site não é atualizado, então você precisa ligar para saber quem está jogando.

Very disappointed.Roaches were everywhere in the bathroom. Very smokey smell. Took pics and videos of Roaches. Won't let me post them. Never staying here again!

Overall spacious room. However a little pricey for the area. Not many amenities were available. We had to ask the front desk for the complimentary bottled water because they were more focused on their mobile phone. More attention to cleaning was needed in the bathroom especially the mold in the shower corners.

Only went to Cafe Internationale club to hear a band and go dancing. Very basic drinks/bartending. Same bands play there for years, very little diversity. This is an over 40's crowd, I'm very appreciative of that. Website is not updated so u have to call to find out who's playing.

I found a pill on the floor under the edge of one of the beds either from a previous guest or one of the hotel staff. Luckily we didn't have small children with us. Had a child found and ingested it they could have ended up in the hospital or possibly died, I googled it. The breakfast was not up to nm par with any other Hampton Inn I've stayed in. The bacon was undercooked and the eggs tasted old/stale, only one kind of coffee. The bar/restaurant was closed. Thrre was no mention of this on their website or Priceline.

Hola, este es el mejor lugar para alojarse cuando estés en Newburgh. Tenía 25 salas para nuestro evento y todos estaban muy contentos sin quejas de mi personal. Lugar muy bonito y cómodo. La recepción día y noche nos ayudó a mí y a nuestro invitado con mucha rapidez y a nuestras necesidades. Gracias. Volveremos el 18 de diciembre con un espectáculo más grande. Ojalá mayor descuento 🤭. Hi this is the best place by far to stay when your in Newburgh. I had 25 rooms for our event and everyone was very happy no complaints from my staff. Very nice place and comfortable. The front desk day and night assisted me and our guest very promptly and to our needs. Thank you. We will be back December 18 with a bigger show. Hopefully bigger discount 🤭. Thank you. Either way we will be coming back with lots more attending.

Não recomendo nada pelo preço. Esperava muito mais limpo e atualizado, fiquei desapontado. Anuncia um bar e café da manhã grátis, mas você não ganha nenhum dos dois. Pode ser uma coisa boa, considerando todas as coisas. O elevador não funcionou. Ainda bem que meu tempo se limitou a dormir. Lamento não pagar um pouco mais pelo Hampton Inn.

Do not recommend at all for the price. Expected much cleaner and up to date, was disappointed. Advertises a bar and free breakfast, but you do not get either one. Might be a good thing all things considered. Elevator did not work. Glad my time was limited to sleep. Regret not paying a little more for the Hampton Inn.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Cockroaches everywhere!!! Had to find a different hotel at 11PM!!!! The response from the front desk, from 2 different staff members, "I only work here." On check in, we inquired about breakfast, staff stated there was none. Per our reservation, it included complimentary breakfast. Staff member stated, " that's right, complimentary, we are not required to provide it." I wouldn't even give it one star, but it won't let me post without it.

Os preços internos por noite são bem altos pela forma como são mantidos. 1 quarto tinha um banheiro quebrado, outro tinha insetos. O pessoal de limpeza parece estar lá apenas algumas vezes durante a semana. É uma pena, se fosse sob uma propriedade mais diligente, o lugar seria ótimo. O recepcionista agia sempre como se estivesse muito ocupado para lidar com os clientes e ele deixaria isso muito claro.

Edit:After posting this review I went and looked at all the others. There are over 20 different reviews that that mentioned cockroaches and the owner has commented on all of them and each time he pretends it's the 1st time he heard of it. *********************************** This place is disgusting! There are cockroaches everywhere. As soon as you turn the light on they scurry to hide. I woke up to something crawling across my neck. When I turned the light on I could see 2 of them in my bed. This is the one I was able to kill. I complained to the front desk and they said they would have somebody check in on it it. The person acted like they absolutely did not believe that a bug could ever have gotten into this hotel. Such a fake shock. There are so many cockroaches everywhere in this place, there's no way the front desk did not know there was a pest problem.

The in-house prices per night is pretty high for the way it is kept. 1 room had a broken toilet,another had bugs. The cleaning staff seems to only be there a few times during the week. It's a shame though, if it was under a more diligent ownership the place would be great. The desk clerk acted always acted like he was too busy to deal with customers and he would make that very clear.

The hotel was easily accessible to both rt 87 and 84. The hotel was so perfect it seemed brand new. The room was luxurious and the bathroom spectacular. Just down the street, there were many chain restaurants if that's what you prefer on the road. We chose a charming local Italian restaurant named Cossimos that was wonderful. Endless coffee and a number of breakfast choices was an unexpected pleasure.
