My stay at this hotel was great! The staff members accommodated me to the highest. Anytime I had a question it was very easy getting ahold of the front desk. I was given several different places nearby to eat for breakfast and dinner. I will be returning shortly to this hotel and will make sure that I choose Hampton Inn and Suites in Santa Monica.

This hotel is wonderful for the price! Totally exceeded my expectations. The rooms are so modern and clean and even better than a "nicer" hotels in the area. Staff is friendly, attentive and customer service oriented. Free breakfast in the morning!

LOUD. You hear every step of the person above you. Location is pretty good though.
I called to change rooms but they didn't have a similar room available. They contacted guest above to walk more carefully. No change, it's probably not their fault. The floors here just transmit every step. Driving us nuts... don't recommend if foot stomping sounds bother you.

cleanliness was poor. stained sheets, hair from previous guest or from the hairy cleaning person. Either way I didn't want to identify the stain. Room 430, check in 9-17-2020 and check out 9-19-2020. Parking robbery at $100 bucks for 2 nights. Swimming pool lame. The picture was nicer. Big disappointment, in my opinion for the price. Next time I go Economy again.

The worst hotel ever don’t go there, there’s no parking lot at all and the people who works here are so rude with the customers, also the room wasn’t clean and the pics is not like reality at all. And the Beach is so far to the hotel If I could give it 0 Star I will

This place is amazing! The best hotel I've been to so far. My wife and I loved it! Super spacious and really high ceilings with lots of lighting. The balcony was a huge plus, especially in the evening. Definitely going to come here again.

What a great Hotel! Great breakfast, nice simple lobby bar, and rooms are very cleaned and well-arranged. Everything works well including the wifi. There was even a sauna on every floor to complete your memorable experience. I will be recommending your Hotel to all of my friends and family!I am very happy with this service!

We spent 3 days in this hotel and had a good time. It is newly furnished room with such comfortable beds and all the basic necessities. They offered Onsen(Hot Spring) that is about 8 minutes walk through the hotel and it is so nice and make yourself so relaxing after a long day of travel and tiredness. Breakfast is buffet type and quite a lot to choose from. Highly recommended place for everyone!

Hotel nuevo, muy buen ubicado a pocas cuadras de la playa y a metros del Promenade donde está todo el comercio y el paseo peatonal. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia, absolutamente superior a lo que se puede apreciar de más fotos de los blogs. Lo recomiendo 100%. Para hacerlo Perfecto, mejoraría el desayuno que es bastante básico, de todas maneras creo que es una muy buena opción.
