U Dated room, cheap furnishings. Had to wait in line 20 minutes for an elevator to my room (it appeared only one was working for an entire large hotel tower. ). Very old tiny flat screen TVs in room.

Loved the beach area, good food options, and friendly staff. Dislike so many things!! The parking lot elevator took forever, ended up using the stairs with 118 degree weather. The room was so outdated, the bathroom was dirty. And once again the elevators did not work other people not just me used the stairs instead

I love this hotel, it is the best in Laughlin, in my opinion. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The people,staff and otherwise, I have always found to be very friendly. It is a nice place to come to relax. They did not give me the room I paid for because of an issue in the tower I booked, so I didn't get riverfront,which was disappointing,but I still enjoyed my stay and they waived the resort fee.

I was moved into another room once I informed the front desk that my room had dirty towels, but they didn't seem too concerned which was concerning to me especially right now during a pandemic. When I checked in - I began to clean the room with my own cleaning supplies and found that in the closet, there were piled up used towels which made me question how clean the room was. I called the front desk and they did move me rooms.

The view of the river from our dirty hotel window I expected the hotel to look better, but it looked dirty. The window from our hotel was so dirty we couldn't really enjoy the view of the river. The rugs were dirty. The swimming pool was packed with people not practicing social distancing.

Away from strip so a little less crowded and less noisy. A full service hotel/casino with spa and pool. Great service. Furniture in the room was old and some drawers broken. Carpeting in the room and in the halls was old and worn.
