Hotel is new, but probably should have delayed opening until they were more ready. Breakfast was lacking many items that are normally at HI breakfasts. Girl that checked us in was great, but guy at checkout was not good. Television would not stay connected to the programs. This hotel is brand new, my wife and I were the 1st people to stay in the room we were in on their 2nd night being open. The girl working the late night was the friendliest person I ever met, even at 1am she had a genuine smile, as if she was so happy to see us, felt like family! The room smelled so clean and so fresh, bed was so comfortable, breakfast was delicious and FREE!!! The man who checked us out was informative and attemtive even with a lobby full of people. We will definitely be back to this Holiday Inn! Its also right behind a casino that is open 24/7. Thank you for the wonderful stay Sarah and Jeremy! You two are top notch!! Este hotel es completamente nuevo, mi esposa y yo fuimos las primeras personas en quedarnos en la habitación en la que estábamos abiertos en su segunda noche. La chica que trabajaba tarde en la noche era la persona más amable que he conocido, incluso a la 1 am tenía una sonrisa genuina, como si estuviera tan feliz de vernos, ¡se sentía como en familia! La habitación olía tan limpia y fresca, la cama era tan cómoda, el desayuno delicioso y GRATIS!!! A moça que trabalhava tarde da noite era a pessoa mais simpática que já conheci, mesmo à 1 da manhã ela tinha um sorriso genuíno, como se estivesse tão feliz em nos ver, parecia uma família! O quarto cheirava tão limpo e fresco, a cama era tão confortável, o café da manhã era delicioso e GRÁTIS! O homem que fez o check-out foi informativo e atencioso, mesmo com um saguão cheio de gente.
