Lugar incrível quando se viaja com cães! Nós tínhamos o quarto 142. No final do prédio. Os cães entraram na porta do final direto para o quarto. Porta diretamente fora do nosso quarto com um cesto de lixo ao virar da esquina. O chuveiro estava no lado pequeno, mas incrível além disso.

We had a great stay in Holiday Inn Express in Mesquite, Nevada. The room is very clean and genuine. There also a free complimentary breakfast and a swimming pool. This hotel is very excellent and nice.

Brian (with an I) at the Mesquite Nevada location was absolutely amazing!!!! We have been to a lot of hotels and never have we had such AMAZING customer service ever. He should be employee of the year. If he is there during your stay you will have an amazing stay. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and for letting us have such a fun time in the pool at night. Your kindness will always be remembered.

Awesome place when traveling with dogs! We hade room 142. At the end of the building. Dogs went in end door straight to the room. Door directly outside of our room with a waste basket just around the corner. The shower was on the small side but awesome other than that.

Por US$ 189/noite eu esperaria uma estadia decente. Isso estava longe de ser uma estadia decente no entanto devido a uma coisa: pisos rangentes. Eu não conseguia dormir porque toda vez que as pessoas acima de mim andavam pelo quarto, havia sons altos ecoando pelo meu quarto. Isso pode parecer um exagero, mas não é. Andar pelo meu quarto também tinha os mesmos rangidos, então suspeito que aqueles abaixo de mim estavam igualmente descontentes. Eu suspeito que este é o resultado de ser um hotel muito antigo. Além disso, os móveis são velhos e velhos. A cabeceira tem uma parte do couro faltando, a poltrona do sofá já viu seu quinhão de dias também.

For $189/night I would expect a decent stay. This was far from a decent stay however due to one thing: creaky floors. I couldn’t sleep because every time the people above me walked around there room, there would be loud sounds echoing around my room. This may seem like an exaggeration, but it is not. Walking around my room also had the same creaking noises, so I suspect those below me were equally displeased. I suspect this is a result of this being a really old hotel. Also, the furniture is old and beat up. The headboard has a part of the leather missing, the sofa chair has seen it’s fair share of days as well.

A equipe foi amigável. O exterior do hotel faz com que pareça muito bom, mas os quartos são bastante terríveis. Os tapetes são tão nojentos e manchados. O banheiro tinha cabelo no chuveiro e os lados do vaso sanitário estavam visivelmente sujos. O rangido das pessoas andando acima de você soa como se você estivesse em uma casa de 100 anos. As camas são confortáveis, mas um dos melhores do nosso quarto era muito rangente. Pedimos outro cobertor e travesseiro. O cara da manutenção foi muito simpático e prestativo e levou meu marido por todo o hotel à procura de um cobertor e travesseiro. Ele lhe deu um travesseiro, mas eles não conseguiram encontrar uma fronha em lugar nenhum 😂. Com certeza não é tão bom quanto algumas pousadas de férias expressam que já ficamos antes. Estou feliz por estarmos apenas de passagem e ficando uma noite!

The staff was friendly. The exterior of the hotel makes it look really nice, but the rooms are pretty terrible. The carpets are so gross and stained. The bathroom had hair in the shower and the sides of the toilet were noticeably dirty. The creaking noise of people walking above you sounds like you are in a 100 year old house. The beds are comfortable but one of the best in our room was very creaky. We asked for another blanket and pillow. The maintenance guy was very friendly and helpful and took my husband all around the hotel looking for a blanket and pillow. He gave him a pillow but they could not find a pillow case anywhere 😂. It is for sure not as nice as some holiday inn expresses that we have stayed in before. I’m glad we are only passing through and staying one night!

Quarto com cheiro de mofo antigo. A piscina foi incrível, o lobby é lindo, mas os quartos precisam de alguma atenção. Tínhamos azulejos rachados no chão do banheiro, o carpete tinha vários rolos e definitivamente deveria ser substituído por algo como piso laminado. Ficamos no quarto 401.

They are advertised as pet friendly, but they are charging $75 per pet per night. It is not listed anywhere at the hotel or online. They just spring it on you at the check in counter. I couldn't cancel my reservation because I paid through a third party. Nice comfortable hotel. Very noisy if anyone above you is walking. All doors seem to bang to be closed, so makes for a noisy time.

Room had an old musty mold smell. The pool was amazing, the lobby is beautiful but the rooms need some attention. We had cracked tiles on the bathroom floor, the carpet had multiple rolls and should definitely be replaced with something like laminate flooring. We stayed in room 401.
