The nicest HIE hotels we've stayed at. Modern lighting including heated mirrors (it seemed). Menu for breakfast and assigned pickup. Very well run place.

Fiquei muito decepcionado com o profissionalismo deles. Pedimos café da manhã para 8 pessoas, mas eles providenciaram 5. Mais tarde percebemos por um insider que eles estavam segurando alguns itens. Também vimos 7-8 funcionários fumando em um grupo. A piscina e zukusi estava ok.

Very nice location. We enjoyed our stay and staff arr very nice and respectful. With covid19 staff wear mask and signs everwhere for health purpose. Swimming pool is limited to reservations which we love. No buffet but they prepare thr breakfast order in a bag.We loved it.Also staff was very aware of whats going on in the hotel.Their were an incident when a party of guest came in the pool and the staff saw and acted quickly and removed everyone out to disinfect and clean to make sure they fallow guidelines of how many guest are allowed. Over all we would go back to the place. Also we left a reading glasses and called the fallowing day and they found and mailed what we left. Great place to stay near lake george and other lakes

Muy linda ubicacion. Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia y el personal llegó muy agradable y respetuoso. Con el personal de covid19, use máscara y carteles en todas partes por motivos de salud. La piscina está limitada a las reservas que nos encantan. No hay buffet, pero preparan el desayuno en una bolsa. Nos encantó. Además, el personal era muy consciente de lo que estaba pasando en el hotel. Hubo un incidente cuando un grupo de invitados entró en la piscina y el personal vio y actuó rápidamente y sacó a todos para desinfectar y limpiar para asegurarse de que cumplieran las pautas de cuántos invitados están permitidos. Sobre todo volveríamos al lugar. También dejamos unas gafas para leer y llamamos al día de descanso y encontraron y enviaron por correo lo que dejamos. Gran lugar para alojarse cerca del lago George y otros lagos

I was so disappointed by their professionalism. We asked for breakfast of 8 people, but they provided for 5. Later realized from an insider they were holding on items. We also saw 7-8 employee were smoking in a group. The pool and zukusi was ok.
