Our stay here was such a wonderful experience, I don't even know where to begin! Everyone working at this hotel is friendly, kind, and goes above and beyond with excellent customer service. We had a lovely, cozy room, very quiet. We enjoyed a great room service breakfast, and the room attendant sang happy birthday to my daughter. For anyone who wants a real Hollywood experience in a truly beautiful vintage hotel, I highly recommend the Roosevelt. Awesome location, very safe, valet parking, beautiful pool area, great food, comfy beds, money well spent. We will be back!

Best hotel stay ever! Kindly got upgraded and the trip was amazing. I’ll be back next month, can I give you guys a shout beforehand? The only thing I’d change is being able to add room service to the bill easily, because I adjusted my order and didn’t receive a credit, but the food was amazing so they deserved the tip. Room was quiet, bed comfy and the bars and lobby are great

At first it started out rocky when I got to my room, but it turned out for the better as my concerns were addressed in a professional manner and promptly. I was very pleased of the service that was offered. The room I stayed in for 5 nights, to the hospitality everyone so welcoming, to the amenities that’s offered; and your in a prime location right near Hollywood walk of fame and other hot spots this hotel is worth the stay. If staying in Hollywood would recommend this hotel!

I don't normally write reviews, but this hotel well deserves one! I stayed here last week with a friend of mine and we both absolutely loved it. We got there early and were able to check in early because they had a room that was ready- which was EXTREMELY NICE, not a lot of hotels do that nowadays. I loved how the staff was so nice and friendly at all times. We loved the pool there as well- very vintage style, loved the vibes! If anyone is traveling to LA, I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Marvelous assistance! This was the first time I visited this place, and I am very happy that I came. Alex the cool guy was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. I will surely come back!
