Eles nos deram um quarto diferente do que originalmente reservado. O hotel é suposto vir com pequeno-almoço continental. Se um hotel fica sem pão e leite, e tudo mais, você julga a administração e o serviço. O estacionamento não estava incluído (US $ 20 por noite)

They gave us a different room from what we originally booked. The hotel is supposed to come with continental breakfast. If a hotel runs out of bread and milk, and everything else, you judge the management and the service. Parking was not included ($20 per night)

Esta é difícil. O hotel em si é bom. Os quartos são novos, eles eram grandes e foram um ótimo ajuste para a nossa família. Mas tive problemas com algumas coisas. Não gostei do fato de ter que pagar US$ 17 para estacionar meu carro lá. Não me cobre pelo estacionamento, apenas coloque no preço da estadia lá. Eu sinto que isso é níquel e me diminua. A maioria dos funcionários foram muito agradáveis. Eu aprecio que eles têm uma piscina e uma mesa de pingue-pongue para as pessoas jogarem. Acontece que estávamos lá ao mesmo tempo que um torneio de beisebol, então havia crianças correndo por todo o lugar. Agora eu não tenho nada contra as crianças porque eu tenho várias, mas eu tive um problema com os pais que simplesmente deixavam seus filhos correrem para todo lado a qualquer hora da noite. Agora eu não posso responsabilizar o hotel pelos filhos de outras pessoas, no entanto, as crianças foram convidadas a deixar a piscina às 10:00 quando ela fechou, mas essas crianças eram barulhentas e indisciplinadas e jogavam pingue-pongue depois das 10:00 batendo seus remos no tabela. This is a hard one. The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are new, they were large and were a great fit for our family. But I did have problems with a few things. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay $17 to park my car there. Don't charge me for parking, just put it in the price of staying there. I feel like that's nickel and diming me. Most of the staff were very nice. I appreciate that they have a pool and a ping pong table for people to play on. We happen to be there at the same time as a baseball tournament so there were kids running all over the place. Now I have nothing against kids because I have several myself but I did have a problem with parents who just let their kids run all over the place at all hours of the night. Now I can't hold the hotel responsible for other people's children, however the kids were asked to leave the pool at 10:00 when it closed but those kids were loud and rambunctious and played ping pong after 10:00 banging their paddles on the table. I finally called the front desk at 10:20 in the evening to get them to stop the banging and the loud screaming by the kids. The front desk finally did something about it shortly after 10:30. The breakfast was amazing. They had two women in charge of taking care of the breakfast. I don't know if they had a bad morning with all the kids from the baseball teams but they were little brash. They were very much in charge and had a very specific way they liked things done. They barked orders to everybody. Perhaps they should have calmed down a little bit and just let us get our food. It may have been a more enjoyable experience but perhaps it caused them more work and that's why they were so irritable. I can't really blame the hotel for the actions of other guests but I will probably think twice about staying here again. We were on the second floor right outside the pool and the ping pong table. I would bet if we had been staying on the 5th or 6th floor or on a different side from the ping pong table and the pool things would have been very different and I would have only had to deal with the two women at breakfast.

This hotel was amazing. Great suites. With full kitchen and all cookware and dishes you would need. They have the best fitness center I've ever seen at a hotel. I would highly recommend a stay here. If you in for a night, weekend, or longer. Excellent Service as well from checking in. The breakfast staff all the way through checking out. Very pleased with my choice to stay here.👑💜✨

Nice hotel que acomodou 2 adultos e 3 crianças. a retirada foi perfeita para o nosso filho de 11 anos. o layout da sala é bem organizado e não nos sentimos apertados. muito espaço para bagagem. bom e grande café da manhã: ovos, salsichas, torradas, máquina de waffles, etc. Eu gostaria de alertar que o horário do café da manhã das 8h às 9h30 foi agitado ... especialmente se você estiver preocupado com cobiça. vá mais cedo ou muito mais tarde. os pobres funcionários estavam maltratados. (então seja gentil, por favor!). minha única surpresa foi que eles cobraram pelo estacionamento. Pensei ter filtrado por isso ... $ 17 por noite.

O quarto era muito limpo, mas ainda assim eu recomendaria limpar as coisas. Algumas alças em armários tinham resíduos de comida. Havia cães latindo à noite. A culpa é minha por não verificar se havia animais de estimação permitidos no hotel. Crianças corriam pelos corredores e fui acordado às 5 da manhã com sons de construção do outro lado da rua. Pode ser melhor pedir um quarto que não dê para a rua. Eu tenho 2 horas de sono. Dito isso, pode ser um ótimo lugar se esses fatores não estiverem lá.

Nice hotel which housed 2 adults and 3 kids. the pull out was perfect for our 11 year old. the room layout is well organized and we didn'tfeel cramped. plenty of space for luggage. nice large breakfast: eggs, sausages, toast, waffle maker, etc. i qould caution that breakfast time 8am-9:30am was hectic...especially if you are worried about covid. go earlier or much later. the poor staff were running ragged. (so be kind please!). my only surprise was that they charged for parking. i thought i filtered for that...$17 per nite charge.

Room was pretty clean, but I would still recommend wiping things down. Found some handles on cabinets had food residue. There were dogs barking at night. That's my fault for not checking if there were pets allowed in the hotel. Kids were running through the halls and I was awakened at 5am to construction sounds across the street. It may be best to ask for a room not facing the street. I got 2 hours of sleep. That being said it can be a great place if those factors are not there.

Quando fiz o check-in a senhora da recepção foi muito rude !! Eu sou um local e ela me tratou como se eu não soubesse como funcionam os hotéis em Las Vegas. Eu disse a ela que ela me deu o quarto errado e ela disse que não era culpa dela se eu escolhesse o quarto errado (o que eu não escolhi porque fui MUITO cuidadoso com a escolha do quarto). Ela então me disse de forma desagradável "o quarto que você quer não está perto do valor que você pagou e VOCÊ PROVAVELMENTE NÃO PODERIA PODER DE MANEIRA ... então eu não sei o que você estava esperando !!!". Quase PERDI, mas porque foi uma surpresa especial para a minha filha e não queria correr o risco de ser retirada da propriedade. Eu pedi a ela coisas extras para o quarto e ela nunca disse a ninguém para mandar, então eu tive que VOLTAR PARA BAIXO para dizer a ela para fazer o trabalho dela !! Eu nunca vou ficar lá novamente !!! ... o que é muito ruim porque eu fiquei no Hilton em Valencia, CA e tudo era prefeito !! ... Eu estava esperando que fosse ser o mesmo, mas eu estava errado!

When I checked in the lady at the front desk was very rude!!I am a local and she treated me like I don't know how hotels in Vegas work.I told her she gave me the wrong room and she said it wasn't her fault if I picked the wrong room (which I didn't because I was VERY careful with the room selection).She then told me in a nasty way "the room you want isn't close to the amount you paid and YOU PROBABLY COULDN'T AFFORD IT ANYWAY ...so I don't know what you were expecting!!!". I almost LOST it but because it was a special surprise for my daughter and I didn't want to risk being removed from the property.I asked her for extra things for the room and she never told anybody to send it up so I had to GO BACK DOWNSTAIRS to tell her to do her job!!I will never stay there again!!!... which is too bad because I stayed at the Hilton in Valencia, CA and everything was prefect!!...I was hoping it was going to be the same but I was wrong!

Os quartos eram muito espaçosos e limpos. As camas eram confortáveis. O frigorífico e o fogão de tamanho normal foram excelentes para nos ajudar a poupar algum dinheiro em comida para a nossa viagem. Buffet de café-da-manhã foi bom e a equipe foi incrível! Estacionamento coberto e seguro era uma grande vantagem e a propriedade fica do outro lado da rua de uma delegacia de polícia.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Full size fridge and stove were great to help us save some money on food for our trip. Breakfast buffet was good and the staff was amazing! Covered, secure parking was a big plus and the property is right across the street from a police station.
