Just want to thank Jenni for the fastest check-in I've ever experienced. Had my room key in 5 minutes. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Some things are dated but I'm surprised people are shocked by that for the price you pay. Overall I had a good experience and I would definitely stay here again if I was on a budget.

Algunos hoteles se escudan en el covid para no hacer limpieza de habitaciones .. OYO ES UNO DE ELLOS .. por que no avisan que si necesitas limpieza debes de pedirla.. estuve 5 días esta semana pasada y ni un día limpiaron, ni la basura sacaron, ni toallas limpias nada.. Cuando te estas bañando sale derrepente el agua fría o muy caliente.. esta mejor el straty es al mismo precio .

Atendimento bom pela linguagem espanhol e inglês. Agora para descansar sem condições,porta barulhenta, nos quartos, vc houve tudo o que acontece dos quartos ao lado. Se alguem quer descansar optem por outro hotel.

I didn’t spend much time in the hotel because I was only there for 2 days. The beds were comfortable linen clean. The rooms were dated could use and upgrade. There was no remote for tv. The outlets look rather dangerous and unsafe to use.The Steak and Shake restaurant was permanently closed but no sign posted. The Hooters restaurant was clean and okay. The reservation desk representatives were short handed. They were pretty nice but a long wait to be serviced if doing other services. Location of hotel was good if wanted to do things on the strip and the distance from the airport was affordable. I went to the wrong side of hotel to get to my room.The ceilings had water damageand the floor was creepy. The hotel as good if you had no intentions of spending a lot of t8me in the room.The all around staff was nice. 💯🙏🏿

No es un lugar familiar, Por el precio, tiene pocos servicios, y tenes que pagar extras por todo. Tiene dos buenos restaurantes, incluido Hooters, que tiene servicio por la noche. La ubicación es buena, a 1 cuadra de Las Vegas Strip. La zona es de fácil acceso, y mas si vienes en auto.

The wings are good and I don't know if it's was because we were in Vegas but they made our drinks strong but good with 2 we were feeling happy. They have karaoke nights on the weekends and people get really into it i loved it. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. You do have to walk about a block or two to get to main strip but I don't mind walking. Two things I don't like #1 they use a perfume to mask the cigarette smell and the whole main lobby/casino stinks of it and #2 in the shake and steak they have horrible service the food is good but the employees have a horrible attitude, they need to work a lot at their customer service skills and learn how to talk and serve people.

I honestly started looking for another hotel based on other reviews, but because it was super bowl weekend, everyone was booked solid. This hotel actually wasn’t as bad as I was expecting based on the reviews. The staff was friendly. We got the top floor of the ocean view tower, which overlooks the strip. The hotel is definitely older, as many hotels in Vegas are. The bathroom could have definitely been cleaned better, but really needs an update. The toilet is one that you have to hold the handle while it flushes, so you are standing there for a good 20-30 seconds. The toilet lid didn’t even fit the toilet. I definitely don’t recommend taking a bath. Shower only! The bathtub was pretty dingy. Other than the bathroom, the room was nice. The bed was comfortable. We upgraded to a premium room, which now has a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We ended up not even using any of that, but got it because so many reviews complained about not having those room amenities. The hotel overall is about average. I’ve definitely seen worse! We did have our 10 month old with us, so if I could do it all over again, I would select a non-smoking hotel such as Park MGM that’s nearby or the Trump Tower if I want to stay at the other end of the strip. I noticed some reviews complained about the homeless sitting outside of the hotel. I’m just gonna say, that’s EVERYWHERE in Vegas, not just the Oyo Hotel. They were at several hotels along the strip. In fact, we were taking elevators with the stroller and one man was sleeping in an elevator. So don’t let the other bad reviews scare you. It really wasn’t that bad!It’s inexpensive if you are trying to go to Vegas on a budget. It’s a short walk to get to the strip. And a quick walk to Denny’s for breakfast ;)

The casino floor looks realy classy and American style. The fact that they have 1 dollar Blackjack, 5 dollar side bet and 2 dollars inside bets at craps and roulette (1$ but 5 in total on the field) is very awesome to play long and with lots of fun. The atmosphere with people was one of the best I had in Vegas. Everyone had fun, even the dealers enjoyed it. The hotel room is definitely old, seen better days. So if you want to spend time in a nice room, it's probably not your place. But for a good time in Vegas with a clean bed and every thing in Vegas inwalking distance, this place is great. I would definitely come here again to play and to stay.

Stayed here for a soccer tournament and let me just say I am disappointed that the travel company that we are required to use would utilize this hotel. First off the smell of weed that permeates the grounds both inside and out are enough to make anyone sick. Secondly when I checked in I was asked if I wanted daily housekeeping and I said yes. Well I stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping never came once. When I got my text survey asking about my stay I called them out on it and was told that I had to request by 9am.Why offer something and then not carry through?The rooms are nothing like pictured. They are old and dated and cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Our closest was missing half a door and the lights in the hallways were falling apart. There are no goodfood choices for families and with no refrigerator it really limits what you can do. It really sucked for the kids not to have access to the pool as it was closed as well. This hotel really needs to modernize and update.

The first night was okay. Was assigned a room with a view of the strip. The room was very old. The bed was comfortable. Distance to main strip is two blocks. Aside from that, nothing else was good. Stayed for 5 days and even though I signed for daily room upkeep, I had to call over 3 times to even get clean towels. They never cleaned my room and the lady in charge of maintenance/cleaning lied to me, promising she would send someone over and over only for me to come back to the room and see it unchanged. They still charged me resort fees even when I didn't get any of the things included in the resort fee. Tried to call/send a message to get the fees refunded and of course, no one returned my emails/calls. It's cheap, so you get what you pay for. Don't expect anything but the bottom of the barrel minimum.

It's definitely a bare minimum hotel. It did it's job but the hotel was small, bland, and dusty. Our room was so dusty that we don't think anyone stayed in that room for awhile. If you like eating at hooter and you aren't a big gambler then go for it. The only good thing about it was grace at the front desk. She was really nice and a big help!

Stayed the weekend, flew in a day early and they were able to accommodate us. Angela at the front desk was great and also met Donald from Southside Eatery. He was so nice and friendly. He made us the perfect iced coffee! I loved the location to the hotel, I loved being able to gamble right down stairs. Everyone was nice. Would definitely stay again.

I absolutely love this hotel and it is must place to stay! I can see why their rating is so high.
I got the 14 floor and love the view. Especially the mountain. I really like their fitness room because have variety lifting I can do compare other hotels. They got two pool and plenty of chair. Do have a nice comfortable chair to sit on.
WiFi work great and free just like parking.
The bed is kind of comfortable to sleep on. Yes!
The front desk was quick and nice.
Got couple restaurants to eat.
Extremely close to airport.
One downside is AC doesn’t to cool my room down.

Great place to stay. First time staying here and had a blast (4 days 3 nights). Table's and dealers were fun. Great drink specials if you aren't gambling. Got plenty of free play with my stay and free swag with my points. Room was clean and had all amenities (fridge and microwave) close to the strip and airport. If your looking for a deal for quick stay this is the place. I only hoped the pool was open more often and longer, but I think they are short lifeguards. Other than that no complaints from me. Masks were enforced but they weren't rude about it. So in closing, thank you OYO for the great stay and look forward to staying again. -Joe.

The five stars is only because of The Manager Angela!! She was Amazing words can't explain how much I appreciate her . She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a comfortable one while I was staying for that I will come back.. I will say that there needs to be a at least a coffee maker in the rooms if Nothing else you can only get it at Hooters or leave not a good thing for someone like me who must have coffee. Angela made sure that we had clean sheets towels also gave us a food credit due to us having to change rooms . Older hotel but Great location to the strip.. Thanks again to Angela

This casino was not great but it wasn't awful either. I read a lot of reviews previously to getting here and I must say my experience was very different. The staff was friendly, the hotel room was very basic, a bed, a table with two chairs, a dresser drawer with TV on top, a safe to lock valuables in and a bathroom and shower. Nothing fancy, or over the top, just a basic room. There is no fridge or microwave. I can see why there is a lot of bad reviews. For me the room was clean and did not smell of smoke. The hotel however does smell of smoke wherever you go so that might be a negative for some people. The hooter was booked out every time we tried to go there with 1.5hr wait time. The offered us some vouchers for free drinks which was nice. The casino area is relatively small. There is sport betting here. Overall not a bad hotel. The price was very good for our 4 day stay.
